It is not to be done, it is not to be spoken, it is not to be taken, it is not to be abandoned, it is not to be completely abandoned, it is not to be completely abandoned. Why is that? Manjushri, all dharmas are extremely abandoned, not by nature, they are constantly abandoned. Those are not to be understood by knowledge, nor are they to be understood by ignorance. Therefore, that is the language of a stake. Then, youthful Manjushri said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, starting from the language of a stake, I also generate courage. The Blessed One said: Manjushri, generate courage. Manjushri said: Blessed One, all sentient beings attain enlightenment, this is the language of a stake. The Blessed One said: Manjushri, why is that called the language of a stake? Manjushri said: Blessed One, all dharmas are not attained, not truly attained, not subsequently attained, separated from attainment, not realized, not manifestly realized. Blessed One, therefore that is the language of a stake. Blessed One, all sentient beings attain all-knowing wisdom, this is the language of a stake. The Blessed One said: Manjushri, why is that called the language of a stake? Manjushri said: Blessed One, sentient beings are not all of everything, and all-knowing wisdom also follows after non-things. Therefore it is said that all-knowing wisdom is attained. Blessed One, all-knowing wisdom is not abiding closely in a way that can be attained by anyone. Why is that? Blessed One, all-knowing wisdom is the nature of sentient beings, therefore that is the language of a stake. Blessed One, all sentient beings possess the wisdom of all-knowing, this is the language of a stake. The Blessed One said: Manjushri, why is that called the language of a stake? Manjushri said: Blessed One, all sentient beings are without essence and separated from essence, with the characteristic of a single essence, following after the equality of the Tathagata.

Said (ིས་པ།). It has the nature of omniscient wisdom. Therefore, that is the word of the peg. Blessed One, all sentient beings are called the heart of enlightenment. This is the word of the peg. The Buddha said: Manjushri, why is it called the word of the peg? Manjushri Bodhisattva reported to the Buddha: Blessed One, what is the meaning of the phrase called the heart of enlightenment? The Blessed One told Manjushri: Manjushri, the so-called heart of enlightenment is the heart of tranquility of all dharmas. The heart of all dharmas is unborn. The heart of all dharmas is without things. The heart of all dharmas is unattainable. The heart of all dharmas is without self-nature. Manjushri, that is the meaning of the word heart of enlightenment. Report: Blessed One, then aren't all sentient beings always with that heart? The Blessed One told Manjushri: Manjushri, that is so. Report: Blessed One, in this way, with that reason, all sentient beings are the heart of enlightenment. Therefore, that is the word of the peg. Blessed One, all sentient beings have obtained forbearance. This is the word of the peg. The Buddha said: Manjushri, why is it called the word of the peg? Manjushri Bodhisattva reported to the Buddha: Blessed One, all sentient beings are inexhaustible dharmas, undiminished dharmas, and have unborn dharmas. Because of the forbearance that is separated from the characteristics of names, it follows the equality, so that is the word of the peg. Blessed One, all sentient beings have unobstructed fearlessness. This is the word of the peg. The Buddha said: Manjushri, why is it called the word of the peg? Manjushri Bodhisattva reported to the Buddha: Blessed One, all sentient beings, whatever it is, whatever becomes fearless, that and that do not exist in all ten directions. Blessed One, all sentient beings follow the equality of no obstacles, and are quiet and abide in their own nature, so those do not exist. Blessed One, for that reason, that is the word of the peg. Blessed One, all sentient beings have obtained Dharani. This is the word of the peg. The Buddha said: Manjushri, why is it called the word of the peg?

It is called. Manjushri asked: World Honored One, all sentient beings have the perception of sentient beings. In order to grasp the characteristics with the inverted thoughts of the completely conceived that are not correct, they grasp form, sound, smell, taste, and touch. Therefore, this is a stake word. World Honored One, all sentient beings have loving-kindness, I say it is a stake word. The Buddha said: Manjushri, why is it called a stake word? Manjushri asked: World Honored One, all sentient beings do not have sentient beings. By nature, there is no intention to harm, and the intention to harm and loving-kindness do not always exist. Having attained equality, therefore, this is a stake word. World Honored One, all sentient beings have great compassion, I say it is a stake word. The Buddha said: Manjushri, why is it called a stake word? Manjushri asked: World Honored One, all sentient beings have uncreated and unmade compassion. Not having transcended the equality of the Tathagata, having the nature of great compassion, therefore, this is a stake word. World Honored One, all sentient beings have samadhi, I say it is a stake word. The Buddha said: Manjushri, why is it called a stake word? Manjushri asked: World Honored One, all sentient beings have nature in order to be separated from objects. World Honored One, with whatever object the consciousness of whatever sentient being arises, that consciousness is not confused with that object. Why? World Honored One, the consciousness of objects is momentary. Therefore, this is a stake word. World Honored One, all Buddhas have desire, I say it is a stake word. The Buddha said: Manjushri, why is it called a stake word? Manjushri asked: World Honored One, all Buddhas have desire, have the nature of desire, and have not transcended equality by mindfulness. They are joyful, very joyful, and completely joyful, and have no afflictions. World Honored One, desire itself is bodhi. Why?
