Having heard this, they will rise from the obscurations of past deeds and, wherever they are born, they will become: Possessed of profound patience, possessed of certain patience, and skilled in expounding the profound Dharma. The Blessed One said: Mañjuśrī, by whose power do you remember the obscurations of karma that you have manifestly accumulated for so long? Mañjuśrī replied: Blessed One, whatever bodhisattvas think, whatever they say, whatever they remember, all of that is the power of the Tathāgata. Why is that? Blessed One, all dharmas arise from the Tathāgata. The Blessed One said: Mañjuśrī, obtaining the ten powers of the Tathāgata and hearing this are the same. Obtaining forbearance of non-arising dharmas and hearing this are the same. Mañjuśrī replied: I understand the meaning of what the Blessed One has said; hearing this Dharma discourse is inconceivable. The Blessed One said: Mañjuśrī, it is just so; hearing this Dharma discourse is inconceivable. However, because some who are unprepared will not develop faith upon hearing it, the Tathāgata does not reveal the prophecy. Then Mañjuśrīkumārabhūta and the bodhisattva mahāsattva Maitreya said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, in the last five hundred years of the future, by all means may this Dharma discourse spread widely and reach the hands of many beings, and please bless it so that demons or gods of the demonic class will not find an opportunity. Then, in order to bless this Dharma discourse, the Blessed One looked to the left and right. As soon as the Blessed One looked in that way, at that time, the Buddhafields in the ten directions, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, shook in six ways. They shook violently, they shook completely. At that time, the Blessed One blessed this Dharma discourse, and other Blessed Buddhas also blessed this Dharma discourse from worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges.

So. When the Blessed One taught this Dharma discourse, beings as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River in the ten directions, and even far more, obtained forbearance of the Dharma of non-arising. Those who abide in the Hearer Vehicle, or abide in the stage of learning or the stage of no more learning, need not be mentioned. Then, the Venerable Ananda said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, what should be the name of this Dharma discourse? How should it be held? The Blessed One said: Ananda, therefore, this Dharma discourse should be held as "The Non-arising of All Dharmas." After the Blessed One had spoken thus, Manjushri, the youth, and the Bodhisattva Maitreya, and the son of the gods, Lotus Play Abhijna, and that great assembly of Bodhisattvas, and those five hundred monks, and the Venerable Ananda, and the world with gods, humans, asuras, and gandharvas, rejoiced and greatly delighted in what the Blessed One had said. The Great Vehicle Sutra "The Noble Non-arising of All Dharmas" is complete. Translated, revised, and finalized by the translator Pandit Rinchen Tsho. The Noble Great Vehicle Sutra Called "The Teaching on the Non-arising of All Dharmas."
