The meditations of Bodhisattvas are because the mind is pliable. Because they overcome the realms of form and formlessness. The meditations of Bodhisattvas are knowing all of meditation, liberation, samadhi, absorption, and rising from absorption. Because they overcome the absorption of all Hearers and Solitary Buddhas. The meditations of Bodhisattvas are peace and extreme peace. Because they are utterly ultimate. The meditations of Bodhisattvas are unshakeable. Because they thoroughly destroy all connections of afflictions and habitual tendencies. The meditations of Bodhisattvas are the antidote to wrong practices. In order to liberate from all worlds. The meditations of Bodhisattvas are entering into wisdom. In order to liberate all sentient beings. The meditations of Bodhisattvas are preceding the thoughts of all sentient beings. In order to perfect the inexhaustible meditation of the Tathagata. The meditations of Bodhisattvas are not cutting off the lineage of the Three Jewels. In order to constantly abide in equality. The meditations of Bodhisattvas are undiminished. In order to perfect all the Buddha's teachings. The meditations of Bodhisattvas are the wisdom that has power over all dharmas. Because the nature of wisdom is great. The meditations of Bodhisattvas are pervading space, son of the venerable Sharadvati. These are the sixteen aspects of the perfection of meditation of Bodhisattvas, which are not possessed by Hearers and Solitary Buddhas. So what is the complete training in meditation? It is the perfection of clairvoyance and wisdom. So what is clairvoyance? What is wisdom? That by which one sees all that appears as form is called clairvoyance. That by which one knows that the nature of all forms is inexhaustible, but does not manifest the inexhaustible dharma, is called wisdom. That by which one obtains all the sounds that are heard is called clairvoyance. That by which one can speak of the previous and later limits of all sounds

Knowing without limits, this is called wisdom. Knowing the actions of the minds of all sentient beings, this is called supernormal knowledge. Knowing the cessation of mind, but not manifestly causing the cessation of mind, this is called wisdom. Recalling the past and future limits, this is called supernormal knowledge. Knowing without attachment to the three times, this is called wisdom. Going to the realms of all Buddhas, this is called supernormal knowledge. Knowing that realms are equal to space, this is called wisdom. Desiring undifferentiated Dharma, this is called supernormal knowledge. The wisdom that sees all Dharmas as equal, this is called wisdom. Knowing the nature of all worlds as undifferentiated, this is called supernormal knowledge. Knowing without mixing with all worldly Dharmas, this is called wisdom. Overpowering Indra, Brahma, and the protectors of the world, this is called supernormal knowledge. Knowing the crown of all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, this is called wisdom. Venerable Sharadvatiputra, these are the complete cultivation of meditation by Bodhisattvas. Furthermore, as many afflictions and mental distractions as all sentient beings have, the Bodhisattvas also know that many collections of meditation and abiding minds. As many afflictions and mental distractions as all sentient beings have, the Bodhisattva should also diligently cultivate the collections of meditation. Because of abiding in equality, it is called abiding in equality. Because of abiding in the equality of sentient beings, the equality of mind, the equality of intention, the equality of higher intention, the equality of action, generosity, ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom, and the equality of all the Buddhadharmas, it is called abiding in equality. Whatever Samadhi is equal to Bodhi, it is equal to that. Whatever Bodhi is equal to, all sentient beings are equal to that. Whatever all sentient beings are equal to, all Dharmas are equal to that, equal.
