因为没有疑惑而对佛陀有信心,因为法性的神圣之法而对法有信心,因为对所有圣者僧团的欢喜而对僧伽有信心,因为对上师的恭敬而殷勤侍奉,以五体投地的方式向佛、法、僧顶礼而身体极度恭敬,即使对极小的过错也视为可怕而持戒不放松,不依赖其他乘而戒律不破损,断除产生痛苦之处而戒律不衰退,不与不驯服之人以及烦恼混杂而戒律不混杂,白色善法单方面增长而戒律不杂乱,随心所欲而行持的自在之戒,不被智者呵责的极度赞叹之戒,忆念和正知完全安住,是殊胜之戒,一切时处没有过错的不被呵责之戒,守护根门而极度隐藏之戒,思念所有佛陀之法而名声远扬之戒,对适宜之物知足而少欲之戒,断除贪恋而知足之戒,身心寂静而自性寂静之戒,完全断除喧嚣而安住于寂静处的戒律,不看他人脸色的高贵种姓知足之戒,善根从自身口中而出而修习的功德,节俭用度的戒律,令天人欢喜的如是说如是行之戒,成为一切有情众生的朋友的慈爱之戒,忍受一切痛苦的慈悲之戒,内心不退缩的欢喜之戒,断除贪恋和嗔恨的舍弃之戒,对自己的心确定思念的观察自己错误的戒律,守护他人的心而不以过失看待他人错误的戒律,令有情完全成熟的布施之戒,极度守护戒律的极度受持之戒,对一切有情没有嫉妒之心的忍辱

Having faith in the Buddha because of no doubt, having faith in the Dharma because of the sacred Dharma of Dharmata, having faith in the Sangha because of joy in all the noble assemblies, being diligent in service because of respect for the Lama, prostrating to the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha with the five limbs, thus the body is extremely reverent, viewing even the smallest fault as terrible, thus not relaxing in discipline, not relying on other vehicles, thus the precepts are not broken, abandoning the arising of suffering, thus the precepts are not diminished, not mixing with the unruly and afflictions, thus the precepts are not mixed, white virtuous Dharma increases in one direction, thus the precepts are not confused, the discipline of freedom to act as one wishes, the discipline of extreme praise not condemned by the wise, mindfulness and awareness are fully present, it is the supreme discipline, the discipline of being blameless at all times and places, the discipline of extreme concealment by guarding the senses, the discipline of being renowned by thinking of all the Buddha's teachings, the discipline of small desires by knowing contentment with what is suitable, the discipline of contentment by abandoning attachment, the discipline of natural solitude by being solitary in body and mind, the discipline of dwelling in solitude by completely abandoning busyness, the discipline of contentment of the noble lineage by not looking at the faces of others, the merit of practicing good roots from one's own mouth, the discipline of frugal use of resources, the discipline of pleasing gods and humans by acting as one speaks, the discipline of love by becoming a friend to all sentient beings, the discipline of compassion by enduring all suffering, the discipline of joy by not being discouraged in mind, the discipline of equanimity by abandoning attachment and anger, the discipline of examining one's own faults by firmly thinking about one's own mind, the discipline of not seeing the faults of others by guarding their minds, the discipline of generosity by fully ripening sentient beings, the discipline of extreme adherence by extremely guarding the precepts, the patience of having no jealous mind towards all sentient beings.
