The vow is only diligence in the Dharma, nothing else; it is not with wrong diligence. Those who have entered this path have revered the Khenpo and Acharya. They have made replies to the vows. They eat the alms of the country without debt. They are diligent in the words of the Tathagata. They have crossed the river. They have far surpassed the monastery. They raise umbrellas, victory banners, and flags. They are heroes who are completely victorious in battle. They are fearless and without dread like lions. They are conscious like sheep. They are very peaceful in mind like elephants. They are like the best of the herd, not overwhelmed by all external adversaries. They are doctors who completely liberate all beings from all diseases. They are not afraid to teach the profound Dharma. They are perfect in generosity and completely abandon all afflictions. They are completely pure in morality, peaceful, and have reached the other shore of noble tranquility. They possess the power of patience and are free from grasping at self and grasping at mine. They are greatly diligent and have exhausted limitless accumulations in countless eons. They are perfect in meditation, possess mindfulness, and are one-pointed in mind. They possess great wisdom and are skilled in teaching the wisdom that thoroughly distinguishes the meaning of all dharmas. They are great merit, well adorned with the signs of a hundred merits. They are great splendor, having obtained the ability to overwhelm the sun and moon. They have obtained great power and hold the strength of the ten powers. They proclaim the Dharma like great clouds. They send down a great rain of Dharma, completely pacifying all afflictions. They abide, having entered the city of Nirvana. They are the protectors of those tormented by the fears of samsara.

They are lamps, free from darkness and gloom. They are the refuge of those who are afraid of demons. They are the support of all sentient beings. They are the empowerment of the heart of enlightenment. They have obtained the Dharma eye. They see the suchness of the Dharma. They know all Dharmas to be empty. They dwell in great compassion. They have truly entered into great love. They do not abandon all sentient beings. They have turned their backs on the lesser vehicle. They are manifestly inclined towards the Great Vehicle. They have abandoned perversion. They are close to equality. They have entered into the certainty of the Bodhisattva. They abide in the heart of enlightenment. They have subdued the hosts of demons. They have comprehended omniscience. They will turn the wheel of Dharma. They will do the work of the Buddhas. Friends, even if I were to praise those noble beings who diligently practice this Dharma for an eon or more, I would not be able to exhaust the praise of those noble beings who diligently practice this Dharma. Like the Tathagata, they will become perfectly endowed with fearlessness. Then, in that very assembly, a son of the gods named Irreversible gathered and sat down. Then, the son of the gods, Irreversible, said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, what is called diligence in the Dharma, diligence in the Dharma? By what measure, Blessed One, is it called diligence in the Dharma?" The Blessed One said: "Son of the gods, what is called diligence in the Dharma is the absence of diligence in all Dharmas; this is diligence in the Dharma. Why is that? If one does not diligently engage in Dharmas, then one does not engage in all Dharmas, nor does one differentiate. That which does not engage or differentiate is diligence in the Dharma. That which does not engage in virtue, nor does it engage in non-virtue, is diligence in the Dharma." Similarly, in summary, it is neither worldly nor transcendental, neither with outflows nor without outflows.

Na, not with faults, not without faults, not conditioned, not unconditioned, not samsara, not entering nirvana, this is called the diligence of Dharma. There is no diligence for all Dharmas, this is the diligence of Dharma. If one perceives Dharma, there is no diligence of Dharma, because one will be happy to "be diligent towards this Dharma." If one is happy to "not be diligent," then one has not entered. The diligence that follows all Dharmas, this is the diligence of Dharma. Without elaboration, therefore without antidote, this is called the diligence of Dharma. Then, the non-returning son of the gods said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, those who have entered this truly diligent, and those who will enter, do not have extremely inverted diligence. What is the reason for this? Blessed One, this is extremely true diligence, for those who have entered the wrong path, there is no diligence whatsoever. For those who abide in the right path, there is no diligence of Dharma. For those who have truly entered, there is no unequal Dharma whatsoever. What is the reason for this? Blessed One, all Dharmas are equal, without difference. Then, Brahma Superior Mind said to that son of the gods: Son of the gods, have you entered this diligence? He replied: Brahma, if the Blessed One were to divide diligence into two, then I would also be diligent in this diligence. Diligence is non-dual, in which there is no one who is diligent, and there is nothing to be diligent about. There is no one who is being diligent, however, Brahma, I enter this diligence in order not to increase or fabricate. As is the nature of Dharma, so is the diligence of Dharma, if one enters Suchness in that way, it is called entering. Brahma said: Son of the gods, I have never seen this Buddha-field before. He replied: Brahma, this Buddha-field also has never seen me before. He said: Is this Buddha-field seen or not seen, without thought or discrimination? He replied: Brahma, whether I have seen it before or have not seen it before, I also do not think or discriminate. He said:
