Just like what? As the sound is, so is the image of the sound. The correct realization of your various eloquence is inexhaustible, it has been understood. If you wish, even if you answer the meaning of this question for a kalpa or more than a kalpa, your eloquence will not be exhausted, but the words of the Buddha are peaceful, extremely peaceful, nearly peaceful, the meaning of no letters. The meaning is unspeakable, the more you say, the less meaning there is. Rely on the meaning, do not rely on the letters. Realizing that these two points are exhorted by the Tathagata, he became silent. Son of good family, in this way, if you want to know that Bodhisattvas use eloquence to show the Dharma, even after hundreds of thousands of kalpas or more, it can be understood. Son of good family, at that time, do not think that the two Bodhisattvas who appeared are different people. Why is that? Because Manjushri, the youth, became the Bodhisattva Inexhaustible Wisdom at that time. You who abide, at that time, became the Bodhisattva Excellent Wisdom. At that time, the Great Brahma Excellent Mind became the Brahma Excellent Light. Then, the Brahmin son of the Great Sala Tree, who abides, said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, whoever strives diligently, and initiates diligence in doing this, the Bodhi of the Tathagatas will gain great benefit, but what can hundreds of thousands of Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, do for those who do not strive diligently? Blessed One, diligence is Bodhi. Then, Manjushri, the youth, said to the Brahmin son of the Great Sala Tree, who abides: How is a Bodhisattva diligent, called diligence? He replied: How does a Bodhisattva strive to attain realization, this is diligence. He asked again: How does diligence lead to realization? He replied: For any Dharma

If there is no conceptualization, then by striving diligently in this way, realization will be attained. Said: How is realization realization? Said: By equality, by which all dharmas are seen as equal, then in this way, realization is realization. Said: Son of good family, can equality be seen? Said: It cannot. Said: If it cannot, it will become unequal, it cannot be equal. Superior Mind said: Manjushri, not seeing all dharmas with equality is called realization. Manjushri said: Brahma, why is it not seen? Said: Because it is free from duality, it is not seen. Manjushri, not seeing is truly seeing. Said: Brahma, who sees the equality of the world? Said: The Tathagata. Said: How does he see? Said: How he does not make the suchness of form other than itself, and the suchness of feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness not other than itself. Manjushri, seeing the suchness of the five aggregates as they are, is truly seeing the world. Said: Brahma, by what is the world distinguished? Said: It is distinguished by the characteristic of exhaustion. Said: If the world is distinguished by the characteristic of exhaustion, then Brahma, will the characteristic of the world be exhausted? Said: Manjushri, the characteristic of the world will not be exhausted. Said: Then how do I distinguish the world by the characteristic of exhaustion? Said: Manjushri, that which is completely exhausted will not be exhausted. Why is that? Because that which is exhausted will not be exhausted. Said: Brahma, didn't the Tathagata say that conditioned phenomena are of the nature of exhaustion? Said: Manjushri, that which is the nature of exhaustion will never be exhausted, therefore the Tathagata said that conditioned phenomena are of the nature of exhaustion. Said: Brahma, by what does one enter the number of conditioned phenomena? Said: Manjushri, by the nature of exhaustion one enters the number called conditioned phenomena. Said: Brahma, where do conditioned phenomena abide? Said: They abide in the nature of the unconditioned. Said:

Brahma, what is the difference between conditioned and unconditioned dharmas? The answer: Manjushri, the difference between conditioned and unconditioned dharmas lies in terminology. Why? Because through terminology, it can be indicated, "This is conditioned," and "This is unconditioned." Moreover, whatever the nature of conditioned dharmas is, that is also the nature of unconditioned dharmas; there is no difference in nature. Question: Brahma, what is the term "nature" a technical term for? Answer: Manjushri, the term "nature" is a technical term for dharmas that are indistinguishable from the unconditioned. Question: What is the meaning of "technical term"? Answer: Because it is taught for the purpose of making others fully understand, it is therefore called a technical term. Why? Because all technical terms are additions that are made by exaggerating. Therefore, the Tathagata does not add or exaggerate, but teaches, so that is called the word of addition. Furthermore, Manjushri, all words are not words, therefore the words of the Buddha are called inexpressible. Why? Because the perfectly complete Buddha himself is not distinguished by speech. Question: How does one distinguish the perfectly complete Buddha? Answer: Neither as form, nor as sign, nor as nature, can one distinguish. Question: Does one distinguish separately from the dharma of the characteristic of form? Answer: That is not so. Question: Whatever is the suchness of the dharma of the characteristic of form is neither from that nor from another; thus the Tathagatas are distinguished. In this way, it is taught through suchness and will not be exhausted; thus it is distinguished. Question: In that case, what does the Tathagata fully awaken to and attain perfect complete enlightenment? Answer: Manjushri, in that case, the Tathagata fully awakens and realizes the inherent nature and essence of all dharmas as they are; therefore, he is called the perfectly complete Buddha. Then, the Brahmin, the son like a great sala tree, in a state of equanimity, said to the Bhagavan: Blessed One.
