Anger and ignorance arise from the noble Dharma Vinaya, but when one understands the perverted, conceptualization, discrimination, and complete conceptualization do not arise. There is no attachment, no anger, and no ignorance. It was said: Venerable Mahākāśyapa, what do you think? Is the affliction arising from perversion true? He said: It is not, it is not true. It was said: Venerable Mahākāśyapa, what do you think? Will that which is not true ever become true? He said: It will not. It was said: Venerable, do you think that attachment, anger, and ignorance arise from that which is not true? He said: It is not. It was said: Venerable Mahākāśyapa, if that is so, what are the attachment, anger, and ignorance that cause sentient beings to be completely afflicted? He said: Son of good family, in that case, all dharmas are by nature free from attachment, free from anger, and free from ignorance. It was said: Venerable Mahākāśyapa, considering this, I say that all dharmas are by nature like an illusion. Furthermore, when this teaching was expounded, forty-four thousand bodhisattvas attained forbearance in accordance with it. Then, the venerable Mahākāśyapa said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, may I not fear that those sentient beings who have seen the light of the bodhisattva Jalinīprabha with their eyes will fall into the dangers of evil destinies and evil migrations. May I not fear that the works of Māra will interrupt those sentient beings who have heard this Dharma teaching. May I not fear that those sentient beings who have been completely ripened for enlightenment by this will seek the level of śrāvakas and pratyekabuddhas. Blessed One, please explain the qualities of the Buddha-field adorned by the light of the bodhisattva Jalinīprabha. The Blessed One said: Kāśyapa, wherever the light of the bodhisattva Jalinīprabha abides in the Buddha-fields, it benefits immeasurable sentient beings. Light.

O Light Protector, have you seen the light emitted by this son of lineage? He replied: O Blessed One, I have seen it. The Blessed One said: O Light Protector, if the realm of the three thousand great thousand worlds were filled with mustard seeds, it would be possible to exhaust them by counting. But O Light Protector, it is not possible to exhaust those beings who, through the light shown by the light of the Bodhisattva Net of Light, are certain to attain unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment. O Light Protector, if the light shown by the light of the Bodhisattva Net of Light benefits beings, what need is there to mention the teaching of the Dharma? O Light Protector, listen, I will speak of a small portion of the qualities and arrangements of the Buddha-field of this son of lineage. O Light Protector, after countless hundreds of thousands of seventy-six kalpas, in a world-realm called "Gathering of Special Qualities," a Tathagata, Arhat, perfectly and completely enlightened Buddha named "King of Light Rays of All-Illuminating Transformation" will appear in the world. When he approaches the Bodhi tree, the demons or gods of the demonic race in that world-realm, as many as there are, will surely be certain to attain unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment. Giving and generosity will become vast. O Light Protector, that world-realm will become as flat as the palm of the hand. It will be as flat as a Kacalindika cloth, comfortable to the touch, and adorned with all precious things. In that world-realm, there will be no lower realms, no unfavorable conditions, no stumps or thorns. In that world-realm, lotus arrangements will also appear. Great precious lotuses with fragrance will also appear. That world-realm will become immaculate and vast. Furthermore, O Light Protector, in that world-realm called "Gathering of Special Qualities," the Blessed One, the King of Light Rays of All-Illuminating Transformation, the Tathagata, will have an immeasurable Sangha of Bodhisattvas, skilled in debating the Dharma of practice, adorned throughout with light transformed by miraculous powers.
