Here, there is neither samsara nor nirvana. If the world is manifestly attached to virtue, here there is neither virtue nor non-virtue. If the world is manifestly attached to happiness, here there is neither happiness nor suffering. If the world is manifestly attached to the arising of the Buddha, here there is neither the arising of the Buddha nor nirvana. Even if the Dharma is taught, it cannot be expressed. Even if the Sangha is taught, there is no assembly. Therefore, this Dharma does not conform to all the world. Blessed One, just as fire and water, or the place of water and fire, these two do not conform. Likewise, afflictions and enlightenment, or enlightenment and afflictions, do not conform. Why is that? Without afflictions, the Tathagata awakened. Although explained, it is not an appearance of form. Although all-knowing, there is no discriminating wisdom. Although meditated, there is no duality. Although realized, there is no attainment. Although nirvana, there is no peace. Blessed One, whichever sons or daughters of good family have faith in this aspect of the Dharma, they will be completely liberated from all views. They will honor the Tathagata and will do more than the previous victors. They will be completely embraced by virtuous friends. They will develop faith in the vastness for the sake of blazing roots of virtue. They will find the supreme treasure for the sake of holding the treasury of the Tathagata. They will be very suitable for the end of actions for the sake of doing good deeds. They will become noble families for the sake of holding the lineage of the Buddha. They will have great generosity for the sake of completely abandoning all afflictions. They will have the power of morality, not the power of afflictions. They will become patient for the sake of abandoning body and life. They will become diligent for the sake of not being completely weary of mind. They will have the power of meditation for the sake of burning sinful actions.

will become so. In order to be free from those who see sin, they will become powerful with wisdom. They will become difficult for the demons to overcome. They will not be defeated by opponents. They will not deceive the Tathagatas. In order to be skilled in showing the nature of the Dharma, they will speak truthfully. In order to proclaim the ultimate Dharma, they will speak the truth. They will be embraced by the Tathagatas. In order to be happy in their company, they will become satisfying. They will possess the wealth of the noble ones. They will be revered by the noble lineages. They will become easy to heal and easy to satisfy. In order to go to the other shore, they will obtain breath. They will liberate those who have not crossed over. They will liberate those who are not liberated. They will become the breath for those who have no breath. They will completely liberate those who have not completely passed beyond sorrow. They will become guides. They will show Nirvana. In order to fully seek all medicines, they will become the king of doctors. In order to completely pacify all diseases, they will become like medicine. They will possess the power of wisdom. They will possess the joy of majesty. In order not to depend on others, they will become capable. In order to have no fear of hair standing on end, they will become like lions. In order to be intelligent, they will become like cows. In order to completely tame the mind, they will become elephants. In order to completely gather many retinues, they will become the best of the herd. In order to completely destroy demons and opponents, they will become heroes. In order for the retinue to have no fear, they will become steadfast. In order to attain fearlessness, they will become invincible. They will have no fear for those who show the truth. In order for the white side to fully increase, they will become like the moon.
