entered into samadhi. With such inconceivable adornments, they proceeded from those jeweled staircases to the great ocean. Singing such songs, they made known with their voices the immeasurable Buddha-fields of the ten directions. Through the power of the Buddha and the blessings of the Tathagata, bodhisattvas residing in other different realms, as well as Indra, Brahma, and the world protectors, along with gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, humans, and non-humans, also saw the Bhagavan Tathagata Shakyamuni proceeding to the great ocean. There, daughters of gods, daughters of nagas, daughters of yakshas, daughters of asuras, daughters of garudas, daughters of gandharvas, daughters of kinnaras, daughters of mahoragas, billions of trillions, playing lutes and singing songs, greeted the Bhagavan from the front. At that time, these particularly excellent verses arising from the sound of the tantra praised the Bhagavan: Born from generosity, endowed with the beauty of morality, born from the power of patience, cultivating loving-kindness, born from diligence, from the ocean of meaning, delighting in meditation and liberation, I prostrate to you. Wisdom-filled with light, thoughts utterly pure, adorned with light and splendor, manifestly showing liberation, the subduer, I prostrate to you, the remover of afflictions. Asceticism utterly complete, supreme asceticism, having perfected asceticism, delighting in realization in your heart, making the eye a gift and training the eye, wandering among all beings, the most supreme of beings. The profound ultimate meaning, the most excellent teacher, benefiting others, unparalleled, understanding in your heart, without attachment, teaching the meaning of words, benefiting others, incomparably radiant. Knowing the times, universally teaching, utterly destroying all hosts of evil adversaries, asceticism completely perfect, supreme asceticism, bestowing the bliss of nectar, giving happiness. The benefactor of Dharma, without stinginess. Giving the precious jewel of Dharma, the supreme treasure. Showing the supreme wisdom of Dharma. Showing joy, showing happiness. Showing the abandonment of the faults of latent tendencies. Unwavering like the king of mountains. Thus Gone One, I prostrate to you with my head. Secret ones of humans, gods, and sky-goers. Lord of non-gods, rakshasas, and non-humans. Nagas, pot-bellied ghosts, and yakshas. Also prostrate to your feet with their heads. Possessing the thirty-two supreme marks. Extremely beautiful, showing unparalleled splendor. Golden body, possessing radiance, beautiful in appearance. Nails like copper, beautiful in appearance, palms even. Having the voice of a Kalaviṅka, wondrous speech. Having the voice of Brahma and the king of gods, the supreme of voices. Filling the three thousand worlds with your voice.
