The thirty-two excellent marks and the eighty minor marks adorn his body. To seek these, I perform countless offerings and generosity. Enduring extremely many kinds of harm and possessing abundant qualities and wealth. I have purified countless hundreds of thousands of Buddha-fields, and I will protect these precious Dharma. I will liberate countless hundreds of thousands of sentient beings, therefore I can endure harm and my mind does not waver. The sentient being realms of the ten directions are as limitless as they are, All gathered in one place, holding swords in their hands. They inflict fear, scold, and threaten him, For the sake of qualities, I can endure threats and slander. In countless hundreds of thousands of eons without beginning or end, They continuously speak harsh words, However, the great being can endure, not getting angry or scolding. Those who realize in this way, their harms will be purified. Those sentient beings together holding swords in their hands, Will cut my body into pieces. However, I should not let my mind arise with anger, If thinking of Bodhi in my mind, these harms will be purified. Standing, sitting, walking, or lying down, it is all right. Wherever these excellent Bodhicitta gives generosity, Not abandoning the tamed mind and other virtuous minds, There, his body will be shattered into pieces. In hell, animal, hungry ghost, and human realms, In countless hundreds of thousands of eons, the body is destroyed meaninglessly. By abandoning the body, wishing to manifest the wisdom of the Buddhas, In this way, that person will also truly feel satisfied. The causes of human suffering are of various kinds, Not approaching one percent of the suffering of the Avici hell, I would rather stay in hell for a hundred eons, And will not abandon the Buddhas, the Dharma, and sentient beings. My body is impermanent, cannot last long, like an illusion. The four elements are said to be like poisonous snakes. I will abandon the body and make it non-poisonous. After the poison of afflictions is pacified, one will become a self-born Buddha. This three-existence world is the basis for bodily comfort, For the food of desire, no matter how small, it is fear. I will abandon the body and make it fearless. Those who enter this practice, they can endure harm.

The friends of the dark side are many, even hundreds of thousands, but the white side has only one friend in everything. I will not argue with the unwholesome, for the Buddha spoke of patience, so patience is my friend. The Buddhas of the ten directions are my witnesses here. Just as the mind is not separate from the Buddha's body, the Buddha and the great deity of self-nature are my friends. One should endure harm and not be hateful. Harm is said to be of three kinds: body, speech, and mind. Whoever endures is a hero, and that is non-dual patience. There are endless kinds of physical suffering. If one is patient with the body, the harm to the body will be purified. Even if the body is cut into pieces and scattered, a great being with skillful means can perfect the pāramitā. Giving, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom—the supreme noble ones can attain them in an instant. One also abandons the afflictions of attachment to the body. One becomes a pāramitā that is fully endowed with giving. Loving-kindness pervades the world, and discipline does not decline. By following the path of enlightenment, discipline is purified. Generating the power of patience, one cuts off limbs and applies that power to the pāramitā of patience. Cherishing diligence, without discouragement or laziness. Even if the body is destroyed, diligence goes to the other shore. One does not abandon the thought of bodhicitta, and one strives to dispel the dust of the darkness of afflictions. After the body is destroyed, one obtains the power of meditation and liberation. Here, too, one applies the meditation free from dust to the pāramitā. My body is selfless, like a dream or lightning. There is no doer here, nor is there a receiver. I will liberate beings bound by the ship of the body. This wisdom is the most excellent of the supreme pāramitās. Whoever applies this to the Dharma-mind of proper attention, endures harm to the body, and does not generate great hatred, even if one hears unpleasant words, slander, or disparagement, one does not become angry, and one's loving mind is gentle. Completely abandoning hatred is giving. Transforming into a loving mind is discipline. Generating the power of patience is pure patience. Striving to attain the wisdom of the Buddha.
