ཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་བདག་ཕྱོགས་འགའ་ཞིག་ཞུའོ། །དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ བློ་གྲོས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་ཅི་དང་ཅི་འདོད་པ་དྲིས་ཤིག་དང་། དྲིས་པ་དེ་དང་དེ་ངས་ལུང་བསྟན་པས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་སེམས་རངས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་བློ་གྲོས་རྒྱ་མཚོས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ཤིན་ཏུ་དཀར་བ་དྲི་མ་མེད་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་མཆིས་ཏེ། ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་དེ་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་གནས་ན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་འཚང་རྒྱ་ཞེས་བདག་གིས་ཐོས་ན། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཤིན་ཏུ་དཀར་བ་དྲི་མ་མེད་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ཇི་ལྟར་འཐོབ་པ་དང་། ཅིའི་སླད་དུ་ཤིན་ཏུ་དཀར་བ་དྲི་མ་མེད་པ་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་དེ་ལེགས་པར་བཤད་དུ་གསོལ། ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་དེ་ལ་འཇུག་པའི་སྒོར་འཇུག་པ་གང་ཐོས་ནས། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདི་འཐོབ་ཅིང་མྱུར་དུ་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་འཚང་རྒྱ་བར་འགྱུར་བ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་ལེགས་པར་བཤད་དུ་གསོལ། དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་བློ་གྲོས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ། །ཀྱེ་མ་དྲི་བ་འདི་བཟང་ཞིང་དཔྱོད་པ་དེ་ཚུལ་བཞིན་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེའི་ཕྱིར་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ལེགས་པར་རབ་ཏུ་ཉོན་ལ་ཡིད་ལ་ཟུང་ཤིག་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཤིན་ཏུ་དཀར་བ་དྲི་མ་མེད་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདི་ཇི་ལྟར་འཐོབ་པ་དང་། མྱུར་དུ་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་ འཚང་རྒྱ་བར་འགྱུར་བ་ངས་བཤད་པར་བྱའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་གསོལ་ཏེ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་བློ་གྲོས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ལྟར་མཉན་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །བློ་གྲོས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་འདི་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ནི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བས་བསྟན་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། དགེ་བའི་བསམ་པ་དང་ལྡན་པ། ངེས་པའི་ཕུང་པོ་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་གནས་པ། ཚོགས་བསགས་པ། དབང་པོ་རྣོ་བ། དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་གྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟིན་པ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པ། རྒྱུའི་སྟོབས་ཅན་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེ་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་མཉེས་པར་བྱེད། བསྟི་སྟང་དུ་བྱེད། བླ་མར་བྱེད། རིམ་གྲོར་བྱེད། མཆོད་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་དག་གི་གཟུགས་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་མཐོང་ཞིང་གསུང་སྙན་པ་ཐོས་ཏེ། འཁོར་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་ཡང་མཐོང་ཞིང་ཆགས་པ་མེད་པའི་མཁྱེན་པ་ཡང་ཐོས་ལ། རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་ལམ། ཀུན་བརྗོད་པའི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་ལམ། རྗེས་སུ་བསྟན་པའི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་གྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་འདུལ་བ་མཛད་པ་ཡང་མཐོང་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་སྐྱེས་ཏེ། བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་ནས། བརྩོན་འགྲུས་བརྩམས་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་བ་ལ་བརྩོན་ཞིང་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་བརྗེད་པ་མེད་པས་སེམས་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པར་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དུ་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་སེམས་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པས་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པ་རབ་ཏུ་འཐོབ་བོ། །བློ་གྲོས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། དཔེར་ན་རིགས་འཕགས་པའི་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ནོར་བུ་མཁན་མཁས་པའི་ལག་ཏུ་སོན་པ། ཇི་ཙམ་ན་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པ་དང་། ཤིན་ཏུ་དཀར་བ་དང་། མཐིང་བུ་དང་བྲལ་བ་དང་། སྐྱོན་མེད་པར་གྱུར་པ་དེ་སྲིད་དུ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱངས་ན། སྐྱེས་བུ་མཁས་པ་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ལ་མཁས་པ་རྣམས་འདུ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བློ་གྲོས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རིགས་འཕགས་པས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་ པར་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་བསྐྱེད་ནས། བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་འཚང་རྒྱ་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཇི་ཙམ་ན་མཐིང་བུ་དང་བྲལ་ཞིང་རློམ་སེམས་ཀྱི་མཐིང་བུ་དང་བྲལ་བར་འགྱུར་བ་དེ་སྲིད་དུ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱང་བ་བྱ་བ་དང་། ཐོས་པ་ལ་མཁས་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱང་བ་བྱ་བས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པའི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དེ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱངས་ན་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་འདུ་ཞིང་ཤིན་ཏུ་དཀར་བ་དྲི་མ་མེད་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདི་ཡང་འཐོབ་བོ། །བློ་གྲོས་

To the Bhagavan, the perfectly complete Buddha, I ask about some aspects. After thus requesting, the Bhagavan spoke to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Ocean of Wisdom, saying: Son of good family, ask the Tathagata, Arhat, perfectly complete Buddha whatever you wish, and I will prophesy those things you ask, making your mind content. After thus speaking, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Ocean of Wisdom asked the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas have a samadhi called the Extremely White Immaculate Mudra. I have heard that by abiding in that samadhi, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas will realize the unexcelled, perfectly complete enlightenment. Bhagavan, please may the Tathagata explain well how Bodhisattva Mahasattvas obtain the samadhi of the Extremely White Immaculate Mudra, and why it is called Extremely White Immaculate. Having heard the entrance to the door of that samadhi, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas will obtain this samadhi and quickly realize the unexcelled, perfectly complete enlightenment. Bhagavan, please may the Tathagata explain well. After thus requesting, the Bhagavan spoke to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Ocean of Wisdom, saying: Noble man, good, good! Alas, this question is excellent, and this consideration is proper. Therefore, son of good family, listen well and keep it in mind. Thus it was declared. O Ocean of Wisdom, this Bodhisattva-Mahasattva is shown by the roots of virtue, possessing virtuous thoughts, abiding in the definite aggregates, accumulating collections, having sharp faculties, being completely seized by virtuous friends, being blessed by the Buddhas, and having the power of causes. He pleases the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, respects them, regards them as teachers, serves them, and makes offerings to them. He sees the perfect forms of those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and hears their sweet voices. He also sees the perfect retinue and hears the knowledge without attachment. He also sees that they tame sentient beings with the miracles of magical powers, or the miracles of exposition, or the miracles of subsequent teachings, and great compassion arises for sentient beings. Having generated the mind for unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, he initiates diligence. He diligently seeks all virtuous dharmas, and with the mind of not forgetting the wisdom of omniscience, he practices yoga in a completely pure mind. Because his mind is completely pure, he perfectly obtains a completely pure samadhi. O Ocean of Wisdom, it is like this: for example, when a noble jewel of high lineage falls into the hands of a skilled jeweler, as long as it is completely purified, extremely white, free from blueness, and becomes flawless, it is refined, and skilled men who are experts in jewels will gather. O Ocean of Wisdom, likewise, when a Bodhisattva of noble lineage generates the mind for omniscience, generates a jewel, he will attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. As long as he is free from blueness and free from the blueness of arrogance, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva will completely purify the roots of virtue and completely purify the expertise in hearing. If he completely purifies that jewel of the mind of omniscience, then all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the ten directions will gather, and he will also obtain this extremely white and stainless handprint samadhi. 譬如大海，殊胜的宝珠超越九种宝珠。何为九种？即：金、银、琉璃、吠琉璃、石精、砗磲、赤珠、珊瑚、宝精。此九种宝珠，殊胜超越，无垢清净光之大宝珠，胜过无价宝珠。唯有转轮圣王方可享用，而非其他凡夫俗子。此宝珠之光，令其他宝珠之光黯然失色。如是，智慧海，发菩提心之宝珠，亦超越九种宝珠。何为九种？即：异生善宝珠、随信行宝珠、随法行宝珠、安住无相宝珠、预流果宝珠、一来果宝珠、不来果宝珠、阿罗汉果宝珠、独觉果宝珠。此九种宝珠，殊胜超越，第十种佛陀加持之增上意乐大悲宝珠，由此生起菩提心，若能精进修持，则能胜过一切声闻缘觉，亦能照亮一切众生之心相续。智慧海，譬如大宝珠，何时调柔堪忍，无有损害，究竟亦不为过患所染，此大宝珠，能利益积福德、种善根之众生。

For example, like this ocean, the noble jewel is exceedingly superior to the nine types of jewels. What are the nine? They are: gold, silver, crystal, beryl, the essence of stone, conch, red pearl, coral, and the essence of glory. These nine types of jewels are exceedingly surpassed by the great jewel called 'stainless and perfectly pure light,' which becomes a priceless jewel. It is to be used entirely by a wheel-turning monarch, and not by other ordinary sentient beings. The light of that jewel makes the light of other jewels dim. Likewise, Ocean of Intelligence, the jewel of generating the mind of omniscience, is also exceedingly superior to the nine types of jewels. What are the nine? They are: the jewel of virtuous ordinary beings, the jewel of those who follow faith, the jewel of those who follow dharma, the jewel of those who abide in the signless, the jewel of stream-enterers, the jewel of once-returners, the jewel of non-returners, the jewel of arhats, and the jewel of solitary realizers. These nine types of jewels are exceedingly surpassed by the tenth, the jewel of great compassion, the superior intention blessed by the Buddhas, from which the generation of the mind of omniscience arises as a jewel. Ocean of Intelligence, for example, when that great jewel is tamable and tolerant, and endures harm, and ultimately does not become faulty, then that great jewel benefits sentient beings who have accumulated merit and planted roots of virtue.
