Those who do not perceive the extraordinary places of generosity as such, their faults cause them to become inferior and deceitful even when they have power in the world in other lives. Those who are disrespectful to the incomparable Three Jewels, become indulgent, and turn into insolent and rude speakers. Those who devour all loving-kindness, compassion, and all virtues, in countless lifetimes become helpless, destroy others, and are without shame. In the human realm, having abandoned the state of servitude, they instantly become base. They lose form, wealth, noble lineage, and intelligence, and become fools who are fond of the inferior. By not worshipping the Three Jewels, they become without pride, weak, and lose their radiance. They lose all glory, are separated from samadhi, and are threatened by actions. They have no joy, great festivals, or anything pleasing in the world, and they live a difficult life. Then, the Bhagavan spoke again to Prajñamati, "Prajñamati, sentient beings who possess five karmas become fortunate, become household servants, have fragrant breath, are harmless, have bodies and minds that are extremely tamed, are pleasing to behold, and are praised by many people. What are the five? They are: having accurate understanding as it is, without deficiency, and without fabricated words; not being intolerant, not reviling, not abandoning the nature of the words of all three vehicles—the Hearers, Solitary Buddhas, and the Great Vehicle—but embracing, speaking, reading, and reciting them; completely abandoning the immeasurable four faults of speech and not slandering the noble path; having compassion and completely protecting sentient beings who abide in wrong practices; turning away from those faults and rejoicing in virtue; and abandoning speech that sees the faults of others. Prajñamati, sentient beings who possess these five karmas, having been born among humans, become fortunate, possess household servants, have fragrant breath, have tamed minds, are harmonious, are pleasing to many people, are without sorrow, have minds that abide in normalcy, are without anger, are harmless, possess good complexion, and possess fame. Then, the Bhagavan for that

These verses on longevity were proclaimed. By being extremely respectful and diligent towards the Buddhas and others, and by honoring one's parents, one will always be free from speech defects and become extraordinary in the world. The qualities of speech are worth taking, accompanied by the sound of drums, and beneficial in all lifetimes. The fragrance of the lotus and the beautiful breeze, from the mouth, fame spreads sweetly in all directions. Those who cherish themselves, treat others equally, do not engage in useless activities, do not speak of others' faults, and separate themselves from evil deeds, leading sentient beings to engage in all virtues. Having obtained this world, they are always happy and possess good fortune in all ways. Extremely pleasing, possessing a land of jewels, dwelling in bliss, they turn away from evil. They strive to uphold and teach the sacred Dharma, contemplating it and finding joy in it. Here, towards all sentient beings, they develop a loving heart like that towards one's parents. In past times, all beings were our relatives. Thus, cultivating a mind like the moon, they benefit them. Abandoning the various forms of sin such as competition, arrogance, and contempt, with a pure mind, concealing the faults of others. With a superior intention to benefit sentient beings, they mutually praise each other's virtues. Quickly obtaining the unparalleled power of the gods, they become virtuous Buddhas. Then, the Bhagavan spoke again to Spobpa'i Lodrö (Nāmate-mati): "Spobpa'i Lodrö, beings endowed with five karmas, having obtained a human body, will always be subject to slander, disliked by many, have bad breath, an unpleasant mind, much harm, and a body that is not very disciplined. What are the five? Speaking falsehoods, always indulging in deceiving others by speaking falsehoods, reviling the Dharma in the great gatherings for Dharma talks, despising and belittling those who practice celibacy, and holding them in low esteem. Spobpa'i Lodrö, beings endowed with these five karmas, having obtained a human body, will always be subject to slander, disliked by many, have an ugly appearance, bad breath, an unpleasant mind, much harm, and a body that is not very disciplined.
