ང་ལྡན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཕྲག་དོག་དང་། སེར་སྣ་ལྷུར་བྱེད་པས་སྤུན་དང་། སྲིང་མོ་དང་། བུ་དང་། ཆུང་མ་དང་། བྲན་དང་། ལས་བྱེད་པ་དང་། ཞོ་ཤས་འཚོ་བ་དང་། མཛའ་བཤེས་དང་། བློན་པོ་དང་། ཉེ་དུ་དང་། འབྲེལ་པ་དང་། སྦྱིན་གནས་དང་། དགེ་སྦྱོང་དང་། བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་། བཀྲེན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱིན་པར་མི་བྱེད་ཅིང་ཕ་མ་དག་ལ་ཡང་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱིན་པར་མི་བྱེད་པ་དང་། ངེས་པར་བསྐྱང་བར་འོས་པ་དག་མི་སྐྱོང་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་མི་བྱེད་ཅིང་བླ་མ་ལ་མི་གུས་ལ་གཅེས་པར་མི་བྱེད་པ་སྟེ། སྤོབས་པའི་བློ་གྲོས་སེམས་ཅན་ལས་ལྔ་པོ་དེ་དག་དང་ལྡན་པ་རྣམས་ནི་ཡི་དགས་རྣམས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེའི་ཚེ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་འདི་དག་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །བཀྲེན་པའི་ཉེས་པས་བཅོམ་པ་ནོར་གཏོང་མི་ཕོད་པ། །དེ་དག་གཞན་དག་ལས་ནི་བླང་བར་འདོད་པར་བྱེད། །མཛོད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནི་སྒོ་འཕར་དམ་དུ་བསྡམས་པ་རྣམས། །འདིར་ནི་བསྐྱང་འོས་རྩ་ལག་མཆོག་རྣམས་གསོ་མི་བྱེད། །གཞན་ནོར་ཆུད་གཟོན་པ་ཡིས་ རྟག་ཏུ་སྐྲག་པ་རྣམས། །བླ་མ་ལ་ཡང་དེ་དག་རབ་རྩུབ་བྱམས་ཅན་མིན། །དེ་དག་བདག་གི་ཆུང་མ་ལ་སོགས་གཡོག་ཚོགས་ལ། །དབྱིག་སྦྱིན་མི་བྱེད་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྙིང་བརྩེ་ཤེས་མེད་ཅིང་། །དཀར་པོ་དག་ལས་ལོག་པ་དེ་དག་འདི་ནས་ཤི་འཕོས་ནས། །ཡུན་རིང་མཆོག་ཏུ་ལུས་འབར་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཡི་དགས་འགྱུར། །དེ་དག་ལོ་བརྒྱ་རྣམས་སུ་རྨི་ལམ་རྨིས་པར་ཡང་། །གོས་དང་ཟས་དང་བཏུང་བའང་ནམ་ཡང་རྨི་མི་འགྱུར། །ཁབ་འདྲའི་ཁ་དང་རི་ཆེན་ལྟ་བུའི་ལྟོ་ཅན་རྣམས། །ཉམ་ཐག་ཤར་དང་ནུབ་ཀྱི་རྒྱ་མཚོར་རྒྱུག་པར་བྱེད། །ཁ་ནས་མེ་འབར་ལུས་ངན་ཕྱོགས་དང་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་གཞན། །སྐམས་པར་མཐོང་ནས་རིན་ཆེན་མེ་ནང་ལྷུང་བར་འགྱུར། །གཤིན་རྗེའི་ཕོ་ཉ་དཔུང་མགོ་ལས་གྲུབ་རབ་སྟུག་ཅིང་། །སྲ་ལྡན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མནན་ནས་ཟངས་ཞུན་བཟོད་དཀའ་རབ། །མི་འདྲ་རོ་བྲོ་མེད་པ་དེ་དག་རྣམས་ལ་ལྡུད། །རྨོངས་རྣམས་ཡན་ལག་བརྒྱད་ལྡན་ཆུ་བཞིན་འཐུང་བར་བྱེད། །ནང་གྲོལ་ལུས་ཀྱི་ཁོག་པ་བསྲེགས་པ་བསལ་བའི་རླུང་གིས་སུ། །སྐྱེས་པའི་བདག་ཉིད་རྣམས་ལ་སྟོབས་ཆེན་ཡང་ལྡུད་བྱེད། །དེ་ནས་ཤི་འཕོས་མི་ཡི་འཇིག་རྟེན་འདིར་སྐྱེས་རྣམས། །རིགས་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ལུས་གཡོག་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་དམན་པར་འགྱུར། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཡང་སྤོབས་པའི་བློ་གྲོས་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། སྤོབས་པའི་བློ་གྲོས་སེམས་ཅན་ལས་ལྔ་དང་ལྡན་པ་རྣམས་ནི་རིགས་མཐོན་པོ་རྣམས་སུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ལྔ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། ཟང་ཟིང་དང་། ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྦྱིན་པ་དག་གིས་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་གནོད་སེམས་མེད་པར་གྱུར་པ་དང་། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་དང་། ཕ་མ་ལ་གུས་པ་དང་། ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་བཟོད་པ་དང་། དེས་པ་དང་། ཤིན་ཏུ་གྱ་ནོམ་པ་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་གསུང་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀློག་པ་དང་། ཁ་ཏོན་བྱ་བ་ལ་བརྩོན་པ་སྟེ། སྤོབས་པའི་བློ་གྲོས་སེམས་ཅན་ལས་ལྔ་པོ་དེ་དག་དང་ལྡན་པ་རྣམས་ནི། རིགས་མཐོན་པོ་རྣམས་སུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེའི་ཚེ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་འདི་དག་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །བསམ་བྱས་གང་དག་བསོད་ནམས་ཚོགས་པ་སྐལ་བཟང་སྦྱིན་པའི་ཆོ་ ག་བཞིན། །ཀུན་དུ་སེམས་ཅན་མང་ལ་ཀུན་བགེད་དེ་དག་རྟག་ཏུ་ནད་མེད་འགྱུར། །ཚེ་དང་ཁ་དོག་སྟོབས་ལྡན་ལུས་ཅན་འཇིག་རྟེན་མཆོག་ཏུ་འགྱུར། །མཚུངས་དང་རྒྱ་ཆེན་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་གྱིས་མཛེས་མཛོད་རིན་ཆེན་རི་དབང་བཞིན། །འདུལ་བ་ཉམས་དགའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་མཚུངས་མེད་ཕ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བས། །ཤིན་ཏུ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་གཙོ་མཆོག་ཁྱིམ་དུ་སྐྱེས་པ་གྲངས་མེད་སྐྱེ་བོས་མཆོད། །ཤིན་ཏུ་ནུས་ཀྱང་ཡིད་འཁྲུག་རྣམ་སྤངས་ཀུན་དུ་གཟུགས་ཀྱིས་འཕགས་པ་རྣམས། །འཇིག་རྟེན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མིག་ཏུ་སྡུག་པ་སྐལ་བཟང་རིགས་ནི་མཐོན་པོར་འགྱུར། །གང་ཟག་བརྟན་ཞིང་ཀུན་བཟོད་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཡིད་བཟང་དཀར་དང་འཐུན་རྣམས་དང་། །མི་རྣམས་གང་དག་ཤེས་རབ་དག་མཆོག་སངས་རྒྱས་གསུང་ལ་ཁ་ཏོན་བརྩོན། །དེ་དག་འབྱོར་པ་ཐོབ་ནས་རིགས་མཆོག་སྐྱེས་པ་ཀུན་དུ་ཀུན་མཆོག་མཛེས། །དེ་དག་དགེ་བས་རྒྱས་པས་ལུས་ཆེན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞིན་དུ་སྤ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཡང་སྤོབས་པའི་བློ་གྲོས་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། སྤོབས་པའི་བློ་གྲོས་སེམས་ཅན་ལས་ལྔ་དང་ལྡན་པ་རྣམས་ནི་བྲན་དང་བྲན་མོ་ཉིད་འཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ལྔ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། ཕ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་མི་གུས་པ་དང་། གྱ་ནོམ་པའི་སེམས་མ་ཡིན་པ་དང་། ཟློག་པ་མེད་ཅིང་ཅི་དགར་སྡིག་པ་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་། གཞན་གྱི་ནོར་འཕྲོག་པ་དང་། བུ་ལོན་ཕྲོགས་ནས་བདག་སྦེད་པ་སྟེ། སྤོབས་པའི་བློ་གྲོས་སེམས་ཅན་ལས་ལྔ་པོ་དེ་དག་དང་ལྡན་པ་རྣམས་ནི་བྲན་དང་བྲན་མོ་ཉིད་འཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེའི་ཚེ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་འདི་དག་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །བསོད་ནམས་རྒྱ་ཆེན་འབྱོར་པ་གངས་འོད་ལྟ་བུའི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་སྐྱེ་ཐོབ་ནས། །བླུན་པོ་གང་དག་རྒྱགས་ཁེངས་དྲེགས་པས་དཀྲུགས་ཤིང་གུས་པར་མི་བྱེད་ལ། །ཕ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་

因为我拥有，所以极度嫉妒和吝啬，不向兄弟、姐妹、儿子、妻子、奴仆、佣人、靠残羹剩饭为生的人、朋友、大臣、亲戚、关系户、施舍处、沙门、婆罗门和所有穷人慷慨布施，也不向父母慷慨布施，不赡养那些理应赡养的人，不恭敬侍奉，不尊敬上师，不珍爱，具有傲慢智慧的众生，具备这五种行为的人，将会转生为饿鬼。然后，世尊在那时说了这些偈颂：被吝啬的罪过摧毁，不舍得施舍财物，那些人想要从其他人那里获取，紧紧关闭宝库的门，在这里不供养理应赡养的殊胜亲眷。总是害怕他人耗费自己的财物，那些人对上师也很粗暴，没有慈爱之心。那些人对自己妻子等侍从，不施予财物，非常没有爱心和智慧。那些背离善行的人，从这里死后，长久身体燃烧，变成痛苦的饿鬼。那些人在数百年中，即使在梦中，也从不梦见衣服、食物和饮料。那些口如针眼，肚子像大山一样的人，可怜地奔跑在东方和西方的海洋中。口中燃烧着火焰，丑陋的身体在其他方向和南方，看到干涸后，会掉入珍贵的火焰中。阎罗王的使者，由肩头组成，非常密集，被坚硬的人们压迫，难以忍受地熔化青铜。将不相同且没有味道的东西，喂给那些人。愚昧的人们像喝八功德水一样饮用。用消除燃烧的身体内部空隙的风，也猛烈地喂给具有男性本质的人们。然后死后转生到人世间的人们，在种姓、享受、身体和仆从方面都会变得低下。然后，世尊又对傲慢智慧说：傲慢智慧，具备五种众生行为的人，将会转生到高贵的种姓中。

Because I possess, I am extremely jealous and stingy, and do not generously give to brothers, sisters, sons, wives, servants, employees, those who live on leftovers, friends, ministers, relatives, connections, places of charity, renunciates, Brahmins, and all the poor, nor do I generously give to parents, I do not support those who should be supported, I do not respectfully serve, I do not respect the guru, I do not cherish, beings with arrogant wisdom, those who possess these five actions, will be reborn as pretas. Then, the Bhagavan at that time spoke these verses: Destroyed by the fault of stinginess, unable to give away wealth, those people want to take from others, tightly closing the doors of the treasury, here they do not nourish the supreme relatives who should be supported. Always afraid of others wasting their wealth, those people are also very harsh to the guru, without loving-kindness. Those people do not give wealth to their wives and other servants, they are very without love and wisdom. Those who turn away from virtuous deeds, after dying from here, for a long time their bodies burn, they become suffering pretas. Those people for hundreds of years, even in dreams, never dream of clothes, food, and drink. Those with mouths like needle eyes and stomachs like great mountains, pitifully run in the eastern and western oceans. Flames burn from their mouths, their ugly bodies in other directions and the south, seeing dryness, they will fall into precious flames. The messengers of Yama, made of shoulders, very dense, oppressed by hard people, unbearably melting bronze. They feed those people with things that are different and without taste. Foolish people drink like drinking water with eight qualities. With the wind that eliminates the burning of the body's inner space, they also fiercely feed those who have the nature of men. Then, after dying, those who are born in this human world, will become inferior in terms of caste, enjoyment, body, and servants. Then, the Bhagavan again said to Arrogant Wisdom: Arrogant Wisdom, those who possess the five actions of beings, will be reborn into noble castes.

又，哪五者呢？即是说，以财物和佛法的布施，使一切世间没有损害之心；恭敬三宝和父母；与生俱来的忍耐和满足；非常富饶；读诵各种佛的教言；精勤于念诵。具足这五种行为的，有胆识的智慧者，将会转生于高贵的种姓。之后，世尊在那时说了这些偈颂：思维所作，积聚福德，如吉祥布施之仪轨，普遍利益众多有情，恒常无病。寿命、容貌、力量具足，成为世间最殊胜者，如同以相等、广大、特殊庄严的珍宝山王。调伏、喜悦、无与伦比的三宝，以及侍奉恭敬父母，转生于极其广大尊贵之家，受到无数众生的供养。虽然非常有能力，却能断除心意散乱，在各方面都超越他人，成为世间众人眼中喜爱者，幸运地转生于高贵种姓。那些稳重、能忍、心地善良、与白色相应之人，以及那些智慧清净、精勤念诵殊胜佛语之人，他们获得财富后，转生于高贵种姓，在各方面都极其美好。他们因善业而增长，身体广大如大海般充满。之后，世尊又对有胆识的智慧者说：有胆识的智慧者，具足五种行为的有情，将会获得奴仆和婢女。哪五者呢？即是说，不恭敬父母；没有满足之心；肆无忌惮地作恶；抢夺他人财物；赖账不还。有胆识的智慧者，具足这五种行为的有情，将会获得奴仆和婢女。之后，世尊在那时说了这些偈颂：在福德广大、财富如雪山般光明的家中获得转生，愚蠢之人因傲慢自大而心烦意乱，不恭敬父母。

Furthermore, what are the five? They are: to have no harmful intentions towards all beings in the world through the giving of material things and the Dharma; to respect the Three Jewels and one's parents; to have innate patience and contentment; to be very wealthy; to read various teachings of the Buddha; and to be diligent in recitation. Those who possess these five actions, the courageous and wise, will be reborn into noble families. Then, the Bhagavan spoke these verses at that time: Those who have contemplated and accumulated merit, like the auspicious ritual of giving, universally benefit many sentient beings, and will always be free from illness. They will have long life, good complexion, and strength, and will become the most excellent in the world, like a precious mountain king adorned with equality, vastness, and distinction. By serving and honoring the incomparable Three Jewels of discipline and joy, and one's parents, they will be born into an extremely vast and noble family, and will be worshiped by countless beings. Although very capable, they will abandon mental confusion and surpass others in all aspects, becoming beloved in the eyes of the world, and will be fortunate to be reborn into noble families. Those who are steadfast, tolerant, kind-hearted, and in harmony with whiteness, and those who have pure wisdom and diligently recite the excellent words of the Buddha, will obtain wealth and be born into noble families, becoming excellent in all aspects. They will increase through virtuous deeds, and their great bodies will be filled like a great ocean. Then, the Bhagavan again said to the courageous and wise: The courageous and wise, sentient beings who possess five actions, will obtain servants and maids. What are the five? They are: disrespecting one's parents; not having a mind of contentment; recklessly committing evil deeds; stealing the wealth of others; and denying debts and concealing oneself. The courageous and wise, sentient beings who possess these five actions, will obtain servants and maids. Then, the Bhagavan spoke these verses at that time: Having obtained rebirth in a family with vast merit and wealth like the light of a snow mountain, foolish people become agitated by arrogance and pride, and do not respect their parents.
