Joyful and happy! This is the definite Dharma speech that liberates from the two, sentient beings and selflessness. Ritual practices, asceticism are all complete, the mind is pure and the heart is like the sky. Stable and unmoving like Mount Meru, for them, I request to do something meaningful. Irreversible, stable, and diligent, all are good. The hero destroys the pride of the enemy of demons. Afflictions, extremely afflicted, purify defilements. Seeing and rejoicing, for them, I request this. Hearing, generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, joy, Samadhi, liberation, wisdom are supreme. Manifestation, Samadhi, the light of liberation, extremely joyful and immaculate, for them I pray. Emptiness, signlessness, and the state of no aspiration, intentionally showing death and rebirth. There is no birth, no abiding, no death or transmigration. For them, I ask for the conduct of man. Sravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and other beings, difficult to realize and profound, difficult to see. The Dharma speech that motivates the minds of all beings is requested from the Sugata. Rejoicing in the perfectly accomplished Dharma of good deeds, in the Dharma, there is no Dharma, liberated from the two attachments, constantly rejoicing in the supreme Dharma of equanimity, the mind is also like the sky, for this meaning I pray. Those who rejoice in the Dharma of the Buddha lineage, constantly praising the Buddha with non-discriminating wisdom, infinite fame is heard in the three worlds, virtues are like the ocean, therefore I pray. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Akashagarbha said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, how is it that the generosity of the Bodhisattvas is equal to the sky? Discipline is equal to the sky, Patience is equal to the sky, diligence is equal to the sky, Samadhi is equal to the sky, wisdom is equal to the sky, merit is equal to the sky, and wisdom is equal to the sky? Not separated from the Buddha's remembrance of the Buddha, remembrance of the Dharma, remembrance of the Sangha, remembrance of giving, remembrance of discipline. Not separated from the remembrance of the gods given by the Buddha. Obtaining equality with Nirvana and also practicing the conduct of a Bodhisattva.

Those are the ones who understand the characteristics and rituals of all beings' behavior. They are the holders of the Dharma treasury of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and they fully hold the Dharma of the very nature of the characteristics of the Tathagata's perfect enlightenment. From the beginning, they purify beings, bring all beings to complete maturity, and diligently strive in accordance with the Dharma in order to perfectly accomplish all the Buddha's teachings. They are the ones who do not decline from their supernormal powers and have mastery over all phenomena. They are the ones who have entered the profound Dharma, which is extremely difficult for all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas to comprehend. They are skilled in the wisdom of entering dependent origination and are free from all dualistic views. They are the wise ones who know the non-dual Suchness sealed by the Tathagata's seal. They are the ones who have deeply entered the nature of the Dharmadhatu and are completely devoted to all Dharmadhatu.
