Abandonment is encompassed by the absence of downfall and the non-concealment of downfall. Belief in the ripening of karma is encompassed by prudence in this life and fear of wrongdoing in the next. Having few desires is encompassed by obtaining suitable warmth and not being satisfied with wisdom. Contentment is encompassed by being easy to satisfy and easy to nourish. Non-disturbance is encompassed by being extremely thorough and extremely ultimate. Non-contention is encompassed by truth and delight in the Dharma. Abandoning self-grasping is encompassed by fully understanding the cause and destroying correct views. Abandoning grasping at "mine" is encompassed by the absence of "mine" and the absence of complete grasping. Observing the mind of enlightenment is encompassed by not desiring the lower vehicle and having compassion for all sentient beings. Relying on the essence of enlightenment is encompassed by destroying all demons and manifestly and completely awakening to all dharmas. Knowing the activities of demons is encompassed by the instructions of a virtuous friend and diligence in the Perfection of Wisdom. The blessings of the Buddha are encompassed by acting as spoken and not abandoning all sentient beings. Not changing one's mind is encompassed by a mind like the earth and abandoning subsequent attachment and anger. Not being coarse is encompassed by abandoning coarseness and regret, and individually contemplating impermanence. Being like a mountain is encompassed by not being high and not being low. Not being moved is encompassed by not abandoning vows and making vows come to fruition. Performing actions that should be done is encompassed by the absence of suffering and the absence of regret. The absence of suffering is encompassed by completely pure discipline and completely pure samadhi. Truth is encompassed by conventional truth and ultimate truth. Reality is encompassed by suchness and thusness. Conforming to dependence is encompassed by cause and condition. Completely abandoning permanence and annihilation is encompassed by no birth and no cessation. Reason is encompassed by believing in the ripening of karma and not contradicting karma. Conduct is encompassed by solitary conduct and unborn conduct.

It is summarized. Correct abandonment is summarized by abandoning non-virtuous dharmas and not diminishing virtuous dharmas. Not abandoning diligence is summarized by the power of the body and the power of the mind. Dullness is summarized by joy and suppressing others. Effort is summarized by not being attached to it and not turning back. A virtuous friend is summarized by rising up and serving. Seeking the Dharma is summarized by desiring wisdom and desiring liberation. The collection of calm abiding is summarized by the solitude of the body and the solitude of the mind. The collection of insight is summarized by never being satisfied with seeking to hear and by proper attention. Wanting to listen is summarized by the action of joining palms and by the body being extremely respectful. Attention is summarized by truth and non-deception. Lightness of body is summarized by knowing the measure of food and by not sleeping in the upper and lower parts of the night, but following yoga. Lightness of mind is summarized by intention and examination. Weariness is summarized by impermanence and suffering. Freedom from attachment is summarized by the absence of "I" and the absence of grasping. The cause is summarized by not wasting and by returning from its cause. The result is summarized by not deceiving as appropriate and by holding the result as desired. Son of lineage, these sixty-four dharmas are summarized by these one hundred and twenty-eight dharmas. Son of lineage, this is a brief indication of all dharmas. If I were to speak of more than one word, or more than two words, or were to explain the Dharma for more than one kalpa or more than one kalpa, the nature of dharmas would not be exhausted, and my fearlessness would not be exhausted.
