These verses arose from the void. For minds like the sky, What is the nature of all Dharma? To enter that principle, please explain well, Please listen carefully to the end. The sky has no height, Nor is there any low, Whose nature has no high or low, Where is there reverence for that? The sky has no birth, Nor is there any cessation, For unborn dharmas, There is no conceptualization. The sky has no decrease, Nor is there any increase, Dharmas are neither decreasing nor increasing, Equal to the sky. The sky has no darkness, It is not deceived by it, The nature of mind is clear light, Therefore, the sky is not deceived. The sun and moon's rays, Do not make the sky happy, Minds like the sky, Do not become happy about anything. Even if pierced by a double-pointed short spear, The sky has no affliction, Likewise, all doors of suffering, Do not afflict the sons of the Victorious Ones. The rain of nectar-like time, Does not make the sky happy, All gains and reverence, Do not make Bodhisattvas happy. For praise and blame, The sky does not contemplate, Likewise, for pleasure and pain, Bodhisattvas do not waver. Even if the earth shakes, The sky never moves, Even if these worlds are turbulent, Bodhisattvas are not disturbed. When the eon of burning arises, How can the sky not be burned? Likewise, all afflictions, Do not pain the steadfast Bodhisattvas. There is no birth, nor is there taming, Like the sky abiding. Dharmas have no going, nor do they come, They abide in the realm of Dharma. Whatever appears as form, All arises from the sky. Whatever appears as Dharma, All of that arises from the realm of Dharma. Without characteristics and without form, The sky is not visible, If minds are well understood in this way, They are equal to the sky. The sky is just a name, It has no color or shape, Mind, intellect, and consciousness, Are also fully indicated by names. Just as the sky is limitless, And cannot be grasped in its entirety,

Thus, the one with great power of wisdom, Is equal and similar to the sky. Although beings travel in the sky, There is no trace of their passage. Although beings act for the sake of enlightenment, That is not a sign of action. Just as the body of the previous limit, Is equal and similar to the sky. Likewise, the nature of the aggregates, Is equal and similar to the sky. The four elements are also with the sky, Similar and the same, as well spoken. Thus, even in the eon of burning, The sky and this element are the same. Just as all beings, Cannot completely fill the sky. Likewise, all the objects also, Cannot fill the stream of mind. With the great voice of the lion's roar, The protector of the world has spoken. Whatever wisdom transcends the world, Is shown in this teaching. Just as the sky is vast, It does not become the final goal. Likewise, the Buddha's teachings also, Do not become the final goal. All dharmas are Buddhas, Whoever truly knows. Those things do not perish, Nor do they abide in things. Distinguishing between existence and non-existence, Whoever abides on the true edge. The views of existence and non-existence, The wise do not hold. Emptiness is proclaimed by sound, There is no emptiness in sound. It is without sound, without expression, Therefore, it is called emptiness. Although all the Buddhas speak, Emptiness is inexpressible. Whatever is called empty, Its meaning is also inexpressible. Illusions, mirages, dreams, and, Optical illusions and echoes, etc. By explaining these, The guides teach the Dharma. For the sake of guiding beings, The examples are all very well shown. In the dharmas of perfect peace, Antidotes are not found. All dharmas without characteristics, Are also well shown as characteristics. The basis of characteristics, the basis of no characteristics, Are not found in the realm of Dharma. The basis of characteristics is the characteristic of the sky, The sky is also without characteristics. Whoever understands this principle well, Those are Bodhisattvas. Without attachment and without bondage, Extremely little is also not there. Without elaboration, free from elaboration, Is called a Bodhisattva. Not liberated from beings
