Is it the characteristic of the birth place of beings? Is it the characteristic of the world of Yama? Is it the characteristic of the gods? Is it the characteristic of humans? Is it the characteristic of the certainty of the Hearers? Is it the characteristic of the certainty of the Solitary Buddhas? Is it the characteristic of the certainty of the Buddhas? Is it the characteristic of the long-term cause? Is it the characteristic of the intermediate cause? Or is it the characteristic of the near cause? Knowing all those characteristics of actions exactly as they are, there is no fault in all wisdom. Son of good family, in that way, the Bodhisattva knows the characteristics and rituals of the actions of all sentient beings. Son of good family, how does the Bodhisattva hold the treasury of the Dharma of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat? Son of good family, the treasury of the Dharma of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, is inexhaustible. As many as are the complete entries into the characteristics of the actions of all sentient beings, that many are also the entries into the wisdom held by the treasury of the Dharma of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. Just as the actions of sentient beings are inexhaustible and limitless, so too is the treasury of the Dharma of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, inexhaustible and limitless. The treasury of the Dharma is said to be all that the Tathagata speaks, teaches, and will teach from the night the Tathagata attained enlightenment until the night he passed into complete Nirvana. It is thus. It is the non-inverted thus. It is non-other. Why is it called thus? Because it has truly entered into the peace of thusness, therefore it is called thus. Why is it called the non-inverted thusness? Because it has truly entered into the ultimate truth, therefore it is called the non-inverted thusness. Why is it called the non-other thusness? Because it does not seek its own nature elsewhere than in itself, therefore it is non-other. Furthermore, the treasury of the Dharma of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, even if all the sentient beings included in the three thousand great thousand world realms were to become like the greatly learned Ananda, all those beings through countless eons
