Obtaining miraculous powers is due to wisdom; to admire with faith and generate trust is the root of wisdom. Completely separating from all attachments is due to wisdom; to be constantly diligent without discouragement is the root of wisdom. Thoroughly training the body, mind, and consciousness is due to wisdom; the wise one with mindfulness and awareness is the root of wisdom. Not abiding in all places is due to wisdom; realizing samadhi oneself is the root of wisdom. Acting while abiding equally in one's own nature is due to wisdom; if one is well-established in the power of wisdom, it is the root of wisdom. Knowing all the faculties of beings is due to wisdom; to contemplate the five powers accordingly is the root of wisdom. Conquering and obtaining wisdom is due to wisdom; endurance that accords with the limbs of enlightenment is the root of wisdom. Comprehending all phenomena accordingly is due to wisdom; cultivating the place of origin of the limbs of the path is the root of wisdom. Abandoning what is dharma and what is not dharma is due to wisdom; being skilled in the nature of suffering is the root of wisdom. The attainment of loving-kindness without (attachment) arises from wisdom; compassion for oneself and others is the root of wisdom. Whoever does not discriminate between the two arises from wisdom; the supreme joy and the attainment of joy is the root of wisdom. Without joy and without sorrow, this arises from wisdom; loving-kindness and non-harming are the root of wisdom. Obtaining liberation of mind from the two arises from wisdom; remembering the Buddha with intelligence is the root of wisdom. When the Dharmakaya is subsequently realized, it arises from wisdom; the Dharma is also constantly remembered, this is the root of wisdom. Realizing that all dharmas are free from attachment arises from wisdom; remembering the Sangha from the qualities and actions is the root of wisdom. That also realizing the unconditioned arises from wisdom; remembering generosity with intelligence is the root of wisdom. Why abandon all afflictions? This arises from wisdom; remembering the extremely pure discipline is the root of wisdom. Discipline abiding in the unpolluted arises from wisdom; remembering the great nature of the gods is the root of wisdom. Remembering purity after purity arises from wisdom; why diligently seek hearing is the root of wisdom. Not seeking from others thereafter arises from wisdom; performing virtuous actions is the root of wisdom. Not manifestly accumulating actions thereafter arises from wisdom; being without pride and making prostrations is the root of wisdom. Obtaining the nature of great wisdom arises from wisdom; striving for one's own benefit is the root of wisdom. Doing what benefits sentient beings arises from wisdom; if one holds the heap of Dharma, it is the root of wisdom. Subsequently understanding the conduct of sentient beings arises from wisdom; obtaining truth in the minds of others is the root of wisdom. Sentient beings' definite emergence from the three vehicles arises from wisdom; endowed with intelligence, giving, and speaking sweetly, Benefiting sentient beings and bringing them to maturity is the root of wisdom. If one praises the Buddha's qualities with meaningful agreement, This arises from the wisdom of noble beings; knowing that all existence is ablaze and fearing it is the root of wisdom. Obtaining the patience of non-arising arises from wisdom; this irreversible ground is the root of wisdom. Obtaining the ground of empowerment arises from wisdom; if one sits under the Bodhi tree, it is the root of wisdom.
