The Blessed One was dwelling in Rājagṛha on Vulture Peak Mountain. The great stupa where the previous Buddhas resided, blessed by the blessings of the Tathāgata, the essence of the earth. A place manifestly praised by Bodhisattvas, a Dharma seat revered by gods, nāgas, yakṣas, gandharvas, and asuras. A place that perfectly encourages roots of virtue, where the Tathāgata appears, expressing the door of Dharma, where Bodhisattvas arise, truly born from immeasurable qualities. In the realm of the Tathāgata's activity, the Blessed One perfectly awakened to the equality of all dharmas, turned the excellent wheel of Dharma, possessed an immeasurable assembly of extremely tamed disciples, attained mastery over all dharmas, perfectly knew the thoughts of all beings, attained the supreme pāramitās, was skilled in perfectly destroying the habitual connections of all beings, and the deeds of the Buddha were spontaneously accomplished without interruption. He was dwelling together with a great community of sixty thousand monks, all of whom were knowers, great elephants, had done what needed to be done, had accomplished what needed to be accomplished, had cast off their burdens, had attained their own benefit, had completely exhausted all connections to existence, their minds were completely liberated by correct knowledge, completely liberated by wisdom, and had perfectly destroyed all habitual connections of afflictions. The Tathāgata was the son of the Dharma King, skilled in abiding in the profound Dharma, definitely arising from the Dharma without characteristics, possessing perfectly beautiful conduct, and had become a great place of giving.

。完全彻底地进入如来教诲。又与不可估量的菩萨僧众为伍，所有菩萨摩诃萨都从无执著的行境中决定生起，以大慈和大悲的法云，放出胜观、智慧和解脱的闪电，降下甘露水流的雨，使一切众生都感到满足，对于一切有情，心与大地平等，随顺爱乐，远离愤怒，使菩提方面的各种法类庄稼得以如实增长，放射出胜过日轮的智慧光芒，普遍照亮获得遣除愚昧黑暗的道路光明，开启有情莲花，使善根得以圆满成熟，干涸贪欲之水，对于彻底安住于智慧事业的边际，以大神通和止观而行，犹如月亮般以平等心对待一切众生，以善巧方便满足想要获得寂静的意乐，普遍显示亏损和增长，以如须弥山般殊胜的意乐，使梵天住处的珍宝极为稳固，四面不为一切方域之风所动摇，所有超胜世间法的佛刹都普遍显现，犹如大海般，广大持诵和忆念的容器充满法水，以菩萨的珍宝行，使一切众生得以亲近安乐，犹如鹿王般，具有真实的足，慈爱增长的尾巴，以及止观之眼，不畏惧甚深之法，从而摧毁一切外道论敌。于无量无边不可估量的百千劫中，菩萨的行持从不间断，完全彻底地具足一切功德，并与此为伍，即：名为菩萨摩诃萨普遍显现且无有遮蔽的观照，以及名为菩萨摩诃萨普遍显示一切刹土的庄严。

. They are completely and thoroughly engaged in the Tathagata's teachings. They are also in the company of immeasurable Bodhisattva sanghas. All Bodhisattva Mahasattvas are definitely born from the realm of non-attachment. From the Dharma clouds of great love and great compassion, they emit the lightning of insight, knowledge, and liberation, and they cause the rain of the stream of nectar to fall, satisfying all beings. Towards all sentient beings, their minds are equal to the earth, they are compliant and loving, and free from anger. They cause the crops of various aspects of enlightenment to grow properly. They emit rays of wisdom that surpass the sun, universally illuminating the light of the path that obtains the removal of the darkness of ignorance. They open the lotus of sentient beings, bring virtuous roots to full maturity, dry up the water of craving, and, with great clairvoyance, thoroughly abide at the edge of the activity of wisdom. They travel with calm abiding and insight. Like the moon, they have equal minds towards all beings. With skillful means, they satisfy the intention to attain peace, and universally display decline and growth. With a superior intention like Mount Meru, they make the jewel of the abode of Brahma extremely stable, unshaken on all four sides by the winds of all regions. All Buddha-fields that transcend worldly dharmas are universally revealed and become visible. Like the great ocean, the vast vessel of retention and mindfulness is filled with the water of Dharma. With the precious conduct of a Bodhisattva, they closely nourish all beings. Like the king of deer, they have feet of truth, a tail of increasing love, and eyes of calm abiding and insight. They are without fear of the profound Dharma, and thus destroy all opposing adversaries. In immeasurable, boundless, and countless hundreds of thousands of eons, the conduct of a Bodhisattva is never interrupted. They are completely and thoroughly endowed with all qualities, and in the company of this, namely: the Bodhisattva Mahasattva called "Universally Appearing and Unobstructed Vision," and the Bodhisattva Mahasattva called "Universally Displaying the Arrangement of All Realms."
