It will not become a cause of decline, thus with the gods, with the demons, with Brahma, in the world with the ascetics and Brahmins, in accordance with the Dharma, it is not seen that someone can truly refute me, because the cause is not truly seen, and happiness is obtained, and fearlessness is obtained and abides. Taking a vow in the supreme position, truly uttering the lion's roar in the assembly, turning the wheel of Brahma that has not been turned in the world in accordance with the Dharma by ascetics or Brahmins or anyone else. Great King, these are the four fearlessnesses of the Thus-Gone One, the Thus-Gone One who possesses these truly utters the lion's roar in the assembly, and for that reason, there is no fault in him. To this it is said: "There is no sentient being equal to me, How much more so a superior? The guide of men in the assembly, Utters the roar of a lion." "My dharmas have become Buddhas, Those are true and not other. Seeing this perfect Buddha, Like a lion, fearless and not timid." "The cause of refuting him, Is truly not seen, Because the cause has not been seen, The guide speaks fearlessly." "Because all defilements have been exhausted, There is no defilement in my body, Therefore, in the world with the gods, There is nothing equal to me." "Whatever dharmas are obstacles, I have declared to beings, All those are truly spoken, There is truly no change to others." "Whatever dharmas of definite liberation, I have well spoken from enlightenment, After practicing those dharmas, There is no change to obstacles." Thus the great hero knows, Because the Thus-Gone One has obtained happiness, Having obtained fearless happiness, The Able One abides fearlessly. The wheel of Brahma that has not been turned by anyone, Is well turned, Except for the Victorious One with two feet, It cannot be turned in this world. Great King, that ascetic Gautama possesses these eighteen unmixed Buddha dharmas. Said: Great Brahmin, what are the eighteen unmixed Buddha dharmas of the ascetic Gautama? Said: Decline

These eighteen are the unshared qualities of the Buddha of the ascetic Gautama. Great king, the Tathagata possesses these eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, therefore he has no faults. To this, it should be said: The Buddha has no errors, similarly no clamor, his intention does not diminish, therefore the all-knowing one has no faults. There is no diverse perception, no distracted mind, it is the equanimity of separate examination, there is no diminished desire. His diligence is always blazing, there is no forgetfulness, wisdom and liberation, and the observation of the senses do not diminish. Wisdom also does not disturb him, his body, speech, and mind actions, are all preceded by wisdom, and follow wisdom. Wisdom is not separated, there is no obstruction to the past time, and to the future time and the present time, his wisdom has no obstruction. The great self-mastered ascetic, his qualities are like this, besides this there are also immeasurable ones, they also cannot count them. Then, the fierce king Utmost Light thought the merits and greatness of the Tathagata were inconceivable.

Having heard such words, he was satisfied, delighted, pleased, and overjoyed, experiencing joy and peace of mind. He developed immeasurable and inconceivable faith in the son of the naked ascetic, the speaker of truth. He gained the perception of the teacher, the perception of the virtuous friend, the perception of the teacher of enlightenment, the perception of saving all-knowing ones, the perception of correct encouragement, the perception of remembrance, and also obtained the perception of abiding in the inconceivable liberation of the Bodhisattva. With a mind possessing such perceptions and thoughts, he offered a necklace of a hundred thousand pearls and invaluable silk garments sewn together to the son of the naked ascetic, the speaker of truth, as a covering for the Dharma. He also deliberately spoke these words: "Speaker of truth, you are so skilled in the ways of the Dharma, it is well spoken, well spoken! Speaker of truth, this Dharma you have taught is in accordance with the wisdom of the all-knowing ones, therefore it is in accordance. This Dharma you have taught enables one to attain all-knowingness itself. This Dharma you have taught enables one to emerge from samsara. This Dharma you have taught purifies the stains of afflictions. This Dharma you have taught destroys the bolts of miserliness. This Dharma you have taught beats the drums of generosity. This Dharma you have taught crumbles the mountains of pride. This Dharma you have taught dries up the ocean of craving. This Dharma you have taught illuminates the darkness of ignorance. This Dharma you have taught does not miss the time and opportunity to fully ripen sentient beings." After saying these words, the son of the naked ascetic, the speaker of truth, said to King Tumporabsang: "Great King, it is indeed so. There is no conduct of Bodhisattvas that does not tame sentient beings. There is no Dharma teaching that does not accord with the Great Vehicle. The wisdom of the all-knowing ones also
