恒时观见诸烦恼，具十力者生起大悲心。为欲妙所胜的有心者，贪欲炽盛且恒时贪求诸境者，以及沉溺于有爱之大海者，观见彼等后，诸佛生起大悲心。为疾病与众多忧苦所极度逼恼之众生诸烦恼，观见后，为遣除所有痛苦之故，具十力者生起大悲心。能仁之大悲恒常生起，此不生起之事，终无是处。乃安住于一切有情之意乐，是故彼佛无有缺失。大王，总而言之，沙门乔达摩具有四念住。大王，沙门乔达摩具有四正断、四神足、五根、五力、七菩提分、八支圣道，为此之故，彼无有缺失。于彼当如是言说：知晓四念住，知晓四正断，无与伦比。于禅定三摩地之修习，彼极具自在。如是，广大有情无有缺失。世间唯一怙主，以等同之神足，已至各别正智之彼岸。大仙精通明与解脱，能仁清净，具善巧方便利益有情。慈、悲、喜、舍，于此四梵住，彼能自在。毗钵舍那与奢摩他二者，乃瑜伽士。是故，于彼永无缺失。具菩提分之珍宝妙庄严，以八支道之无垢水沐浴。于安乐、不动摇、远离怖畏之，彼道令众生修习。能仁胜者，与彼相同之，有情于此世间无有任何。降伏一切，具一切功德，功德自在者，于彼无有诋毁。大王，沙门乔达摩具有十力。 说：大婆罗门，如来之十力为何？说：大王，譬如，于此如来于处非处

Always seeing the afflictions and the afflicted, the Ten-Powered One generates great compassion. Seeing those with minds overcome by the splendor of desire, those with great craving who constantly crave objects, and those who have fallen into the ocean of existence's attachment, the Buddhas generate great compassion. Seeing the afflictions of beings who are extremely tormented by disease and many sorrows, the Ten-Powered One generates great compassion in order to eliminate all suffering. The great compassion of the Sage constantly arises, and it is never possible for it not to arise. It abides in the thoughts of all beings, therefore that Buddha has no faults. Great King, in short, the ascetic Gautama possesses the four mindfulnesses. Great King, the ascetic Gautama possesses the four perfect abandonments, the four miraculous feet, the five faculties, the five powers, the seven branches of enlightenment, and the eightfold noble path. For that reason, he has no faults. One should say this to him: He knows the four mindfulnesses, he knows the four perfect abandonments, he is unparalleled. He has great mastery over the practice of concentration and meditation. Thus, the great being has no faults. The sole protector of the world, with equal miraculous feet, has gone beyond the shore of individual perfect knowledge. The great sage is skilled in knowledge and liberation. The Sage is pure and skillful in means to benefit beings. He has mastery over the four abodes of Brahma: loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. He is a yogi in both Vipassanā and Shamatha. Therefore, he never has any faults. He possesses the precious and supreme ornament of the branches of enlightenment, and he washes with the stainless water of the eightfold path. He causes beings to practice that path, which is blissful, unwavering, and free from fear. There is no being in this world like the Sage, the supreme leader. He subdues all, possesses all qualities, and there is no fault in that master of qualities. Great King, the ascetic Gautama possesses the ten powers. With pure divine eyes that transcend human vision, he sees sentient beings dying and being reborn, going from birth to good and bad destinies. With the exhaustion of defilements, he truly knows the undefiled liberation of mind and liberation of wisdom. Great king, this is the ten powers of the Tathagata of the ascetic Gautama.
