Even at the time of passing away, wisdom without attachment enters. Regarding the present, past, and future, his wisdom has no delusion. Actions and the maturation of actions, and what is the knowledge of causes, all of those, without exception, are known by the guide of the world. The world with many realms, and the one with various realms, he knows them. He is skilled in the way of knowing realms; there is no one in the world comparable to him. Possessing various aspirations, and likewise possessing many aspirations, the lamp of the world knows them, truly as they are, not otherwise. He also knows the dull faculties very well, likewise, he also knows the middling faculties. He knows the fully matured faculties; he is powerful over the assembly of faculties. The path of going in all directions, he knows it truly as it is. He knows the supernormal faculties, powers of meditation, limbs of enlightenment, and liberation. He also knows how to arrange the purification of all defilements. Having unobstructed wisdom vision, there is no obstruction for him. In the past, countless eons, he has seen in various ways, without exception, himself and others, truly as they are, not otherwise. His eyes have no stains, and he has greatly transcended human actions. He, the guide, also knows very well the death, transference, and birth of sentient beings. He knows the exhaustion of defilements, and he also knows liberation very well. He, the guide, also knows very well what the uncontaminated realm is. The Buddha, the great powerful transformer, these ten powers are incomparable. Although abiding in everything with one mind, he has no conceptual thoughts in his mind. In the way of neither taking nor abandoning, they arise spontaneously accomplished. Like the force of the wheel turned before, they arise without conceptual thoughts. He knows very well with one mind what all sentient beings have separately thought. However, the thought of duality does not arise in mind and sentient beings. Therefore, the power of the Buddha has no faults whatsoever. He who is skilled in all dharmas, the splendor of his qualities surpasses all. The great king, the ascetic Gautama, possesses the four fearlessnesses. It is said: The great Brahmin, the ascetic Gautama, possesses which fearlessnesses, and because he possesses fearlessness, he is called possessing the four fearlessnesses, which are the four fearlessnesses of the Tathagata.

What is it? He replied: "Great King, if that ascetic Gautama declares himself to be a perfectly enlightened Buddha, no one in the world, including gods, demons, Brahma, and the multitude of ascetics and Brahmins, can truly point out a reason why you have not perfectly attained enlightenment according to the Dharma. Because he does not truly see that reason, and because he does not truly see that reason, he has attained happiness and fearlessness, and abides in it. He makes a vow in the supreme position, roars the lion's roar in the assembly, and turns the Wheel of Brahma, which no ascetic, Brahmin, or anyone else can turn in accordance with the Dharma in the world. And when he declares, 'My defilements are exhausted, I am one whose defilements are exhausted,' no one can truly point out a reason why those defilements have not been exhausted, including gods, demons, Brahma, and the multitude of ascetics and Brahmins in the world, in accordance with the Dharma. Those things that the Thus-Gone One has said to be obstructing factors, even if practiced, will not become obstructions. Because no one can truly point out a reason why the things you have said to be obstructing factors will not become obstructions even if practiced, including gods, demons, Brahma, and the multitude of ascetics and Brahmins in the world, in accordance with the Dharma. The noble path to definite liberation that the Thus-Gone One has spoken of, even if practiced, will truly extinguish suffering.
