凡是被四生所包含的一切众生，都完全观察并加以掌握，从而获得人身。获得人身的那些众生，每一个都具有转轮王的福德。具有转轮王福德的那些众生，他们所有的福德之聚，如果将其转化为百倍的福德之聚，那么，乔达摩沙门的身上就能显现出一个毛孔。同样，每一个毛孔都能完全成就。所有毛孔所包含的福德之聚，如果将其转化为百倍的福德之聚，那么，乔达摩沙门的身上就能显现出一个妙相。同样，每一个妙相都能完全成就。所有妙相所包含的福德之聚，如果将其转化为百倍的福德之聚，那么，乔达摩沙门的身上就能显现出一个大丈夫相。同样，三十相中的每一个都能完全成就。三十相所包含的福德之聚，如果将其转化为百倍的福德之聚，那么，乔达摩沙门的身上就能显现出具有顶髻的大丈夫相。从顶髻所包含的福德之聚，如果将其转化为千万亿倍的福德之聚，那么，乔达摩沙门的法螺就能显现出来。由于具有法螺，如果乔达摩沙门愿意，那么，在无边无际的世间界中，凡是被归类为众生的那些众生，如果他们以各种不同的方式说话，同时向乔达摩沙门提出问题，即使每个人提出的问题都不同，乔达摩沙门也能以一念之慧把握所有的问题，并以一语回答众生所提出的问题，而且众生也能用各自的语言理解。大王，为了这个缘故，

All sentient beings encompassed by the four modes of birth, having fully observed and grasped them, thus attain human form. Each of those who attain human form is endowed with the merit of a Chakravartin. The accumulation of merit of all those sentient beings endowed with the merit of a Chakravartin, if transformed into a hundredfold accumulation of merit, then one pore on the body of the ascetic Gautama will manifest. Likewise, each pore will be fully accomplished. The accumulation of merit contained in all the pores, if transformed into a hundredfold accumulation of merit, then one excellent mark on the body of the ascetic Gautama will manifest. Likewise, each excellent mark will be fully accomplished. The accumulation of merit contained in all the excellent marks, if transformed into a hundredfold accumulation of merit, then one major mark of a great being on the body of the ascetic Gautama will manifest. Likewise, each of the thirty-two marks will be fully accomplished. The accumulation of merit contained in the thirty-two marks, if transformed into a hundredfold accumulation of merit, then the major mark of a great being with a protuberance on the head will manifest on the body of the ascetic Gautama. From the accumulation of merit contained in the protuberance on the head, if transformed into hundreds of millions of accumulations of merit, then the Dharma conch of the ascetic Gautama will manifest. Because he possesses the Dharma conch, if the ascetic Gautama wishes, then in the boundless and limitless realms of the world, all those sentient beings who are categorized as sentient beings, if they speak in various different ways, simultaneously asking questions of the ascetic Gautama, even if each person asks a different question, the ascetic Gautama can grasp all the questions with the wisdom of a single moment of mind, and with a single utterance answer the questions posed by those sentient beings, and those sentient beings can understand in their own languages.
