像这样在观修的状态中结合，像这样结合的时候，就像这样：为了以前没有听过的，以及为了稳固以前听过的，从很多门径生起恭敬的信心。善男子，这是菩萨为了大乘，对大乘的信心从修行中产生。请问，世尊，菩萨为了大乘，对大乘的信心从熟悉中产生是什么？ 世尊开示说：善男子，菩萨这样增多对大乘的信心，就是依靠对大乘的小小信心而获得中等信心。依靠对大乘的中等信心而获得大的信心。由于那个信心获得信心的很大一部分，并且安住于很多信心，这就是善男子，菩萨为了大乘，对大乘的信心从熟悉中产生。请问，世尊，菩萨为了大乘，对大乘的信心从不灰心产生是什么？ 世尊开示说：善男子，菩萨像这样获得信心的很大一部分后，不会灰心，不间断地在善的方面结合，直到最后都不会灰心。不会因轮回的痛苦而灰心。不会因一切邪入的众生而灰心。不会因菩萨的苦行而灰心。像这样不灰心，就会令佛、菩萨和善知识们欢喜，也会获得对大乘信心的因缘。因此，生起对大乘的信心，并且不间断地结合，就是不放弃结合。因此，不间断地对大乘生起对大乘的信心。善男子，这是菩萨为了大乘，对大乘的信心从不灰心产生。请问，世尊，菩萨为了大乘，对大乘的信心从圆满中产生是什么？世尊

Like this, combine in the state of meditation, and when combining like this, it is just like this: In order to hear what has not been heard before, and to stabilize what has been heard before, respectful faith arises from many doors. Son of good family, this is because the Bodhisattva, for the sake of the Great Vehicle, has faith in the Great Vehicle arising from practice. Question: Blessed One, what is it that the Bodhisattva's faith in the Great Vehicle arises from familiarity? The Blessed One said: Son of good family, when a Bodhisattva increases his faith in the Great Vehicle in this way, he will attain the middle level by relying on a small faith in the Great Vehicle. By relying on the middle faith in the Great Vehicle, he will attain great faith. Because that faith obtains a large portion of faith, and abides in much faith, this is, son of good family, the Bodhisattva's faith in the Great Vehicle arising from familiarity. Question: Blessed One, what is it that the Bodhisattva's faith in the Great Vehicle arises from not being discouraged? The Blessed One said: Son of good family, when a Bodhisattva has obtained such a large portion of faith, he will not be discouraged. He will not be discouraged from continuously engaging in virtuous activities until the end. He will not be discouraged by the suffering of samsara. He will not be discouraged by all sentient beings who have entered wrongly. He will not be discouraged by the ascetic practices of the Bodhisattva. Because he is not discouraged in this way, he will please the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and spiritual friends, and he will also obtain the causes for faith in the Great Vehicle. Therefore, generate faith in the Great Vehicle, and do not interrupt the practice, which means not abandoning the practice. Therefore, without interruption, faith in the Great Vehicle arises for the sake of the Great Vehicle. Son of good family, this is the Bodhisattva's faith in the Great Vehicle arising from not being discouraged. ས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་འདི་ལྟར་ཡོངས་སུ་མི་སྐྱོ་བར་སྦྱོར་བའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་དད་པ་ཐོབ་པས་མྱུར་དུ་བསོད་ནམས་ ཀྱི་ཚོགས་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་བསོད་ནམས་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་ཤིང་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བས་ལེགས་པར་བརྟན་པས་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་དད་པའི་རྐྱེན་ཆུང་ངུས་ཀྱང་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་དད་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་སྐྱེ་ན། ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་དད་པའི་རྐྱེན་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོས་ལྟ་ཅི་སྨོས་ཏེ། དེ་ཉིན་མོའམ། མཚན་མོའམ། ཉལ་ལམ། མི་ཉལ་ཡང་རུང་། ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་དད་པའི་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས་དོན་མེད་པར་མི་འགྱུར་ཏེ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་འདི་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཕྱིར་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་དད་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐང་བ་ལས་སྐྱེ་བའོ། །གསོལ་པ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཕྱིར་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་དད་པ་གནས་ལས་སྐྱེ་བ་གང་ལགས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་འདི་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་འདི་ལྟར་བསོད་ནམས་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་ནི་མྱུར་བ་མྱུར་བར་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཕྱིར་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་དམིགས་ནས་དད་པ་དང་། མཆོག་ཏུ་དགའ་བ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་སེམས་ཀྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འཐོབ་སྟེ། མཉམ་པར་བཞག་པའི་སེམས་དེས་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཆོས་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་སྟོན་ཏོ། །དེའི་ཕྱིར་དེ་མ་ལོག་པའི་རྣམ་པས་དང་བ་སྐྱེ་ཞིང་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཕྱིར་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་དད་པ་ཆེས་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་འཕགས་པ་སྐྱེའོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དེའི་སེམས་ཀྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་སྔ་མ་དང་ལྷག་མཐོང་འདི་ནི་ཞི་གནས་དང་། ལྷག་མཐོང་གིས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟིན་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་ལམ་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་ལམ་འདི་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་རིམ་གྱིས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་རྣམས་ཡང་དག་པར་སྒྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་འདི་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཕྱིར་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་དད་པ་གནས་ལས་སྐྱེ་བའོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དད་པ་ཐབས་ཆེན་གྱིས་གསོལ་པ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཅི་ལགས། ཞི་གནས་དང་ལྷག་མཐོང་གི་ལམ་འདི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཚོགས་བསགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལགས་ སམ། འོན་ཏེ་ཚོགས་མ་བསགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཡང་ལགས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཞི་གནས་དང་ལྷག་མཐོང་གི་ལམ་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཚོགས་མ་བསགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཡང་ཡིན་པར་ངས་བཤད་དོ

地母说道：善男子，像这样毫不懈怠地修习的菩萨，如果恒常对大乘生起信心，就能迅速圆满福德资粮和智慧资粮。当他圆满福德和智慧资粮，并且以善根妥善稳固时，即使是对大乘生起信心的微小因缘，也能生起对大乘的广大信心。更何况是对大乘生起信心的广大因缘呢？无论是白天、夜晚、睡眠或不睡眠，对大乘的信心的力量都不会徒劳无功。善男子，这（信心）是从菩萨为了大乘而圆满对大乘的信心而生起的。请问，世尊，菩萨为了大乘，对大乘的信心从何处生起？世尊说道：善男子，对于这样的菩萨，当他迅速圆满福德和智慧资粮时，就会因为缘着大乘而生起信心和极大的喜悦，从而获得心的三摩地。处于等持的心能如实地显示大乘的法。因此，以不退转的相貌生起欢喜，并且为了大乘而生起极其殊胜的对大乘的信心。那位菩萨的先前的心的三摩地和胜观，就变成了止观所摄持的瑜伽之道。菩萨依靠这条瑜伽之道，逐渐地就能如实地成就诸佛之法。善男子，这（信心）是从菩萨为了大乘，对大乘的信心所依之处生起的。菩萨以信心和方便问道：世尊，什么是止观之道？这（止观之道）是菩萨积聚资粮者的，还是未积聚资粮者的？世尊说道：善男子，我已经说过，止观之道也是菩萨未积聚资粮者的。

The Earth Goddess said: "Son of good family, a Bodhisattva who practices in this way without discouragement, if he constantly gains faith in the Great Vehicle, will quickly perfect the accumulation of merit and the accumulation of wisdom. When he has perfected the accumulation of merit and wisdom, and is well-established with roots of virtue, even a small cause for faith in the Great Vehicle will give rise to great faith in the Great Vehicle. What need is there to mention a great cause for faith in the Great Vehicle? Whether it is day or night, sleeping or not sleeping, the power of faith in the Great Vehicle will not be in vain. Son of good family, this (faith) arises from a Bodhisattva fulfilling faith in the Great Vehicle for the sake of the Great Vehicle." Asked: "Bhagavan, from where does the faith in the Great Vehicle arise for the Bodhisattva's Great Vehicle?" The Bhagavan said: "Son of good family, for such a Bodhisattva, when he quickly perfects the accumulation of merit and wisdom, he will gain the Samadhi of mind arising from faith and great joy by focusing on the Great Vehicle for the sake of the Great Vehicle. That mind in equanimity shows the Dharma of the Great Vehicle as it truly is. Therefore, joy arises with an unwavering aspect, and a particularly excellent faith in the Great Vehicle arises for the sake of the Great Vehicle. That Bodhisattva's previous Samadhi of mind and Vipassanā become the path of Yoga encompassed by Śamatha and Vipassanā. Relying on this path of Yoga, the Bodhisattva will gradually and truly accomplish the Dharmas of the Buddhas. Son of good family, this (faith) arises from the place where the Bodhisattva's faith in the Great Vehicle arises for the sake of the Great Vehicle." The Bodhisattva asked with faith and skillful means: "Bhagavan, what is the path of Śamatha and Vipassanā? Is this (path of Śamatha and Vipassanā) for Bodhisattvas who have accumulated merit, or for those who have not accumulated merit?" The Bhagavan said: "Son of good family, I have said that the path of Śamatha and Vipassanā is also for Bodhisattvas who have not accumulated merit."
