In the future, if I fail to protect this Dharma category in any village, O Blessed One, I will be breaking the oath I swore before you. It is like this: Bindu Javakhava, Java Ramukha, Ksha Sara, Puka Vaha, Amargha Vata Svaha. (藏文：བིན་དུ་ཛ་བ་ཁ་བ།，梵文天城體：，梵文羅馬擬音：，漢語字面意思：). Among humans and non-humans, the great king Dhritarashtra praised, "Excellent! Excellent!" and bestowed great blessings. Then, the Evil Body also said this: O Blessed One, whether now or in the future, if I fail to protect this Dharma category in any village, O Blessed One, I will be breaking the oath I swore before the Tathagata Blessed One. It is like this: Kshutre Kshu Kshu Kshu Tre, Kha Kshutre, Ati Kshutre, Anayana Kshutre, Hri Da Kshutre, Sagara Hri Da Kshutre, Samku Su Kshutre, Dharma Kshaya Mutre Svaha. (藏文：ཀྵུ་ཏྲེ་ཀྵུ་ཀྵུ་ཀྵུ་ཏྲེ།，梵文天城體：，梵文羅馬擬音：，漢語字面意思：). Among humans and non-humans, the great king Evil Body praised, "Excellent! Excellent!" and bestowed great blessings. Moreover, at that time, in this four-continent world realm, there were twelve hundred great yaksha commanders who completely protected this place, and forty thousand others residing in other four-continent realms, as well as other gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, and mahoragas, all with great magical powers, all of them unanimously said this: O Blessed One, whether now or in the future, when the lamp of the sacred Dharma is about to disappear, whether in a village, city, town, region, mountain, palace surroundings, monastery, royal palace, brahmin's house, merchant's house, great being's house, or commoner's house, wherever there is a bhikshu, bhikshuni, upasaka, or upasika who speaks the Dharma, or other faithful sons or daughters of good family, who have thoroughly bathed and purified themselves, anointed their limbs, put on clean clothes, spread various kinds of cloths in the flower-strewn courtyard, burned various kinds of incense, and adorned the lion

于狮子座而住，此陀罗尼手印之法类，以舌尖为他人广为如实宣说耶？书于书卷，阅读，若我等一一亦为百千眷属围绕耶？于彼听法或说法，守护及守护自之眷属，亦守护他有情，为令有情成熟之故，于村落耶？自城镇至民众之家，于彼等处耶？与眷属俱未蒙受教敕耶？未善守护耶？于彼有情之财物、谷物、库藏、仓库众多未增长耶？于彼耶？于彼有情之斗争、诤讼、饥馑、疾病、他方之军队、非时之雨、风、甚寒、暑热若未遮止，我等即欺诳过去、未来、现在所生之诸佛薄伽梵，即欺瞒、触犯、不悦意，于身刺肉，见解完全衰损，身腐烂也。我等与仆从俱，现在及未来之时，亦于此四洲之世界，令薄伽梵如来释迦牟尼之此法燃炽。当示此法类。当守护对此法类具信之人等。当善守护。当令成熟。为清净所作恶业之故，当劝请彼说法者宣说此法类。当成办说法者及听法者彼等之财物、谷物、受用、行事增长。当受持为不坏之胜者教法。其后诸佛薄伽梵彼等一切皆赐予人与非人彼等一切善哉之语。其后具慧菩萨摩诃萨请问如来释迦牟尼：薄伽梵，此为何耶？何者魔百俱胝于此处聚集一切与眷属俱耶？薄伽梵。

Having arrived at the lion throne, is this category of Dharma of the Dharani Mudra extensively and accurately explained to others with the tip of the tongue? Having written it on scrolls, if we each are surrounded by hundreds of thousands of retinues, isn't it so? There, protecting the Dharma listener or Dharma speaker, and protecting one's own retinue, and also protecting other sentient beings, for the sake of maturing sentient beings, in villages? From towns to the homes of the people, in those places, isn't it so? Together with the retinue, haven't you received the command? Haven't you fully protected them? There, haven't the wealth, grains, treasuries, and many storehouses of sentient beings greatly increased? Isn't it so there? There, if we do not avert the fighting, disputes, famines, diseases, armies of others, untimely rain, wind, extreme cold, and heat of sentient beings, then we will have deceived all the Buddhas, Bhagavat, of the past, future, and present, and we will have deceived, offended, and displeased them, and our bodies will be marked with flesh wounds, our views will be completely diminished, and our bodies will decay. We, together with our servants, will, in the present and future, also in this world of the four continents, cause this Dharma of the Bhagavat Tathagata Shakyamuni to blaze. We will teach this category of Dharma. We will protect those who have faith in this category of Dharma. We will fully protect them. We will fully mature them. For the sake of purifying the evil deeds that have been done, we will urge that Dharma speaker to teach this category of Dharma. We will accomplish the increase of wealth, grains, enjoyments, and activities of those Dharma speakers and Dharma listeners. We will uphold the teachings of the Victorious Ones as an indestructible Dharma. Then all those Buddhas, Bhagavat, gave the word "Good!" to all those humans and non-humans. Then the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Endowed with Vision asked the Tathagata Shakyamuni: "Bhagavat, what is this? Are all the hundred million demons gathered here together with their retinues?" The Bhagavat said:

世尊开示说：一切都包括眷属。菩萨观视者请问说：是否一切包括眷属都对三宝获得了信仰？世尊开示说：善男子，不是这样的。恶魔罪人有一千个仆从，他们没有获得信仰，心怀不满和愤怒，现在和未来，只要圣法的教义存在，他们就会寻找机会，努力摧毁和毁灭圣法的教义。同样，有三万个仆从的十八个魔，以及有二十一个仆从的两百个魔，这些魔及其眷属也没有对三宝获得信仰，心怀不满和愤怒，现在和未来，只要圣法的教义兴盛，他们就会寻找机会，窥视我的教义，努力摧毁和毁灭圣法的教义。为什么呢？因为他们过去怀有仇恨，没有培养善根，被不善的朋友完全控制，厌倦善行，不希望从痛苦中解脱的快乐，没有发愿。心与心之间不连接，不信仰，不居住，不完全放弃。看到这样盛大的佛陀集会，听到这样甚深的陀罗尼，仅仅因为这个原因，将来就会对无上正等觉产生极大的信仰。菩萨观视者请问说：世尊，像这样的法门，即使没有培养善根的众生听到，也能成为他们获得无上正等觉的原因，世尊，这真是太神奇了！善逝真是太神奇了！当时，名叫魔山兔的魔，他曾经对过去的胜者做了特别的奉献，培养了善根，获得了对三宝不退转的信仰，获得了对无上正等觉的授记，他以伟大的仙人的形象出现。

The Blessed One said: All are included with their retinue. The Bodhisattva Observer asked: Have all, including their retinue, obtained faith in the Three Jewels? The Blessed One said: Son of good family, it is not so. This wicked demon with a thousand servants has not obtained faith. Being disturbed and displeased, now and in the future, as long as the doctrine of the Holy Dharma flourishes, they will seek opportunities and strive to destroy and ruin the doctrine of the Holy Dharma. Similarly, the eighteen demons with thirty thousand servants, and the two hundred with twenty-one servants, these, together with their servants, have not obtained faith in the Three Jewels. Being disturbed and displeased, now and in the future, as long as the doctrine of the Holy Dharma flourishes, they will seek opportunities and watch for chances in my teachings, striving to destroy and ruin the doctrine of the Holy Dharma. Why is that? Because they have harbored resentment in the past, have not cultivated roots of virtue, are completely controlled by unwholesome friends, are weary of virtue, do not desire the happiness of liberation from suffering, and have not made aspirations. They do not connect heart to heart, do not believe, do not abide, and do not completely renounce. Having seen such a great gathering of Buddhas and heard such a profound dharani, by that very cause, in the future, they will gain great faith in unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. The Bodhisattva Observer asked: Blessed One, if such a Dharma discourse, even if heard by beings who have not cultivated roots of virtue, becomes the cause for them to attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, Blessed One, that is truly wonderful! Sugata, that is wonderful! At that time, a demon named Demon Mountain Rabbit, who had done special deeds for the previous victors, cultivated roots of virtue, obtained unwavering faith in the Three Jewels, and received a prophecy of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, appeared in the guise of a great ascetic.
