To bless this Dharma and to place beings on the unsurpassed path. All these Buddhas gathered together in order to make the sacred Dharma abide for a long time, to make the lineage of the Three Jewels unbroken, and to make all sentient beings fully ripened until they cross to the other shore of samsara. Now, all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, bless all the realms of earth belonging to the three times. They bless all the realms of water, all the realms of fire, all the realms of wind, and all the realms of space. Then, all those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, summoned all those Bodhisattvas, the great beings, who dwell in this Buddha-field, and Indra, Brahma, the world protectors, the gods, the nagas, the yakshas, the gandharvas, the asuras, the garudas, the kinnaras, the lords of the mahoragas, and also those who are of great splendor, the sentient beings of great splendor, and also all those who dwell in the world of the four continents, and spoke to them, saying: "O friends, in order to fully ripen all sentient beings, bless this Dharma, and entrust it very much into your hands, so that this sacred Dharma will not quickly perish here, and will not decline. Thus, you should keep this sacred Dharma in mind! Make it blaze! Whatever sons or daughters of good family have faith, from holding this category of Dharma of the Great Assembly, until writing it down and carrying it, and the monks, the nuns, the laymen, the laywomen, all those persons who hold the sacred Dharma, in order to fully protect and guard them, sons of good family, I entrust this Dharma into your hands, you should protect those who speak the Dharma, who delight in the Dharma, who are manifestly delighted in meditation, who listen to the Dharma, and those who hold the sacred Dharma, until you fully guard them. Why is that? Because all those Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly complete Buddhas who have appeared, all those Tathagatas are also afflicted.

于五浊炽盛的佛土中聚集，为了守护此法，为了不令其衰败，为了恒时守护执持正法之人，乃至为了令一切众生完全成熟，交付于帝释天、梵天和一切世间守护者之手。同样，在未来之时，十方诸佛世尊出现，彼等一切也将于烦恼炽盛、五浊炽盛的佛土中刹那聚集，为了利益众生，也将宣说此陀罗尼的秘密咒语之词。此法也将被加持，为了守护和完全护持此法，也将交付于帝释天、梵天和一切世间守护者之手。同样，我们现在也为了恒时守护和令众生完全成熟，将此法郑重交付于此佛土中安住者，以及此四大洲中安住的帝释天、梵天、世间守护者、天、龙、夜叉、乾闼婆、阿修罗、迦楼罗、紧那罗、大腹行王的权势者们之手。务必使其迅速不坏灭，不衰败。如是，你们当铭记此殊胜之法，令其炽盛，守护之。凡具信心的种姓之子或种姓之女，以及执持正法之人，比丘、比丘尼、优婆塞和优婆夷等一切大众，从受持此广大法门，乃至书写于经卷上而执持，以及说法者、听法者、精进禅定者，以及彼等执持正法者，你们应当守护之，作图绘之，供养之。为何如此呢？因为此法门已被一切诸佛加持，无论在村落、城市、城镇、地方、山岩、宫殿眷属，从寺院处所乃至百姓家宅之间，何处若能盛行此法门，则能……

Having gathered in the Buddha-field abundant with the five degenerations, in order to protect this Dharma, to prevent its decline, and to constantly protect those who uphold the sacred Dharma, and even to fully ripen all sentient beings, it is entrusted into the hands of Indra, Brahma, and all the protectors of the world. Similarly, in the future, all those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who will appear in the ten directions, will also instantaneously gather in the Buddha-field abundant with afflictions and the five degenerations. For the benefit of sentient beings, they will also expound these secret mantra words of the dharani. This Dharma will also be blessed, and in order to protect and fully uphold this Dharma, it will also be entrusted into the hands of Indra, Brahma, and all the protectors of the world. Likewise, we also, now, in order to constantly protect and fully ripen sentient beings, solemnly entrust this to those who dwell in this Buddha-field, and to the powerful ones among Indra, Brahma, the protectors of the world, gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, and mahoragas who dwell in these four continents. Be sure to ensure that it quickly does not perish and does not decline. Thus, you should keep this sacred Dharma in mind, make it flourish, and protect it. Whatever sons or daughters of good family who have faith, and those who uphold the sacred Dharma, bhikshus, bhikshunis, upasakas, and upasikas, all the great assemblies, from holding this vast Dharma teaching, even to writing it on scrolls and carrying it, and those who teach the Dharma, those who listen to the Dharma, those who diligently practice meditation, and those who uphold the sacred Dharma, you should protect them, make images of them, and make offerings to them. Why is that? Because this Dharma teaching has been blessed by all the Buddhas. 那么，念诵吗？或者使之完全通达吗？甚至写在书本上，如果持有，此法的精华能使土地的精华和众生的光彩增长，您因此变得光彩照人，具有光辉、力量、精进、战胜他者的能力。您的仆从和无量宫殿也会增多。人类的国王们也会受到保护，他们的王国和权力也会增长，他们所有的领土也会受到保护。赡部洲的国王们也会因法的精华而满足，彼此怀有互助之心。那些国王们也会更加相信业的成熟，转变为善良之心、无悭吝之心、利益他物之心，以及对一切众生怀有慈悲之心，直至获得正见。各自也会对自己国家感到非常高兴。这个赡部洲也会充满众多人口，变得非常丰收和非常令人愉快。充满众多人口，土地也变得光彩照人。果实非常美丽，非常美味，牛奶的药用价值，谷物的药用价值，财富和谷物都非常富饶，没有疾病，创造安乐的居住环境。争斗、争论、饥荒、疾病、外敌军队、毒药、肉蝇、蚊子、蝴蝶、毒蛇、夜叉、凶恶罗刹、野兽、鸟类、狼、非时之风和雨都会完全平息。星星、白天、夜晚、月亮、半月、年份和季节都会顺利运行。众生也大多会行持十善业道。从这里去世后，也会转生到善趣高处的诸天世界，成为天人中的一员，他们也会成为您的仆从。如此，此陀罗尼手印之法的功德众多，利益巨大，能使众生度越轮回。

So, recite it? Or make it fully understood? Even if written on a book, if held, the essence of this Dharma will increase the essence of the land and the radiance of beings, and you will become radiant, possessing splendor, strength, diligence, and the ability to overcome others. Your servants and immeasurable palaces will also increase. Human kings will also be protected, and their kingdoms and power will increase, and all their territories will be protected. The kings of Jambudvipa will also be satisfied by the essence of the Dharma, and will have a mind of mutual benefit.
