་སྙིགས་མ་ལྔའི་དུས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ན། འཁོར་བཞི་ལ་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཆོས་སྟོན་ཏོ། །ཡང་དེའི་ཚེ་གླིང་བཞི་ལ་དབང་བའི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཨུད་པ་ལའི་གདོང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བྱུང་སྟེ། དེ་ནས་དུས་གཞན་ཞིག་གི་ཚེ་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཨུད་པ་ལའི་གདོང་བཙུན་མོའི་འཁོར་དང་གཡོག་དང་དཔུང་གི་ཚོགས་དང་བཅས་ཏེ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་འོད་ཞི་སྤོས་སྣང་དཔལ་གང་ན་བ་དེར་སོང་ནས་ཕྱིན་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་མེ་ཏོག་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་གཏོར་ཅིང་སིལ་སྙན་སྣ་ཚོགས་དང་། བདུག་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་དང་། སྤོས་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད་པ་བྱས་ནས་ལན་གསུམ་བསྐོར་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཞབས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་འདི་དག་གིས་མངོན་པར་བསྟོད་དོ། །ལྷ་དང་ཀླུ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱིས། །མངོན་པར་རབ་བསྟོད་ཉེས་པ་མང་སེལ་བ། །ནོར་བདུན་གྱིས་ནི་འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་མཛད་པ། །གང་གིས་བློ་གྲོས་ཞི་དང་ལྡན་གྱུར་གསུངས། །འགྲོ་བའི་མུན་སེལ་ཞི་བའི་སྒྲོན་མེ་མཛད། །འཆི་འཕོ་ན་རྒ་སྐྱེ་བ་མྱ་ངན་འཇོམས། །འགྲོ་བ་ངན་སོང་ལམ་ལས་རབ་བཟློག་པ། །གང་གིས་བདུད་ཀྱི་ལམ་ལས་ཐར་པ་གསུངས། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་དེ་ནས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་འོད་ཞི་སྤོས་སྣང་དཔལ་དེས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཨུད་པ་ལའི་གདོང་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་ཆོས་གསུམ་དང་ལྡན་ན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་བློ་གྲོས་ཞི་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། གསུམ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། ལྷག་པའི་བསམ་པས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་སྙིང་བརྩེ་བ་དང་། མ་ལྟ་བུར་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱ་བ་ལ་བརྩོན་པ་དང་། ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་སྲོག་མེད་པ་དང་། གསོ་བ་མེད་པ་དང་། གང་ཟག་མེད་པ་དང་། ཐ་དད་དུ་དབྱེར་མེད་ཅིང་མཉམ་པར་ཡོངས་སུ་རྟོག་པ་སྟེ། སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་ཆོས་གསུམ་པོ་དེ་དག་དང་ལྡན་ན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་བློ་གྲོས་ཞི་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་གཞན་ཡང་ཆོས་གསུམ་དང་ལྡན་ན། སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་བདུད་ཀྱི་ཞགས་པས་མི་ཟིན་ཅིང་བདུད་ཀྱི་ལམ་ལས་ཐར་ཏེ། གསུམ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་མི་ཁྲོ་ཞིང་ཀླན་ཀ་མི་ཚོལ་བ་ཡིན། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་མཚུངས་པར་སྦྱིན་གནས་སུ་འདུ་ཤེས་པ་ཡིན། ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཚུལ་གཅིག་ཏུ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྟོག་སྟེ། འདི་ལྟར་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ནམ་མཁའ་དང་མཚུངས་ཤིང་བཅོས་སུ་མེད་པ། ཐ་དད་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ། མ་སྐྱེས་པ། མ་བྱུང་བ། མ་འགག་པ་སྟེ། ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟ་བུར་རྫས་ཀྱི་མཚན་ཉིད་དང་བྲལ་བར་མི་དམིགས་པའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་རབ་ཏུ་རྟོག་པའོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཆོས་གསུམ་པོ་དེ་དག་དང་ལྡན་ན་སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་བདུད་ཀྱི་ཞགས་པས་མི་ཟིན་ཅིང་བདུད་ཀྱི་ལམ་ལས་ཐར་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་དེའི་ཚེ་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཨུད་པ་ལའི་གདོང་གི་བཙུན་མོ་དམ་པ་ལྷ་མཛེས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བུད་མེད་བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་བཞི་སྟོང་གིས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐོར་ཞིང་མདུན་དུ་བདར་ནས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་འོད་ཞི་སྤོས་སྣང་དཔལ་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་འོད་ཞི་སྤོས་སྣང་དཔལ་དེ་ལ་མེ་ཏོག་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་གཏོར་ཏེ། ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་འདི་དག་གསོལ་ཏོ། །མི་མཉམ་ཡོན་ཏན་འཛིན་པ་རབ་རིབ་མེད་མཛད་པ། །ཇི་ལྟར་བུད་མེད་ལས་ནི་ངན་སོང་སྤངས་པ་ཡི། །སྐྱེས་པར་འདིར་འགྱུར་འཆི་འཕོ་སེལ་བ་བཀའ་སྩོལ་ཅིག །རབ་མཆོག་ཕན་པ་མཛད་པ་མྱུར་དུ་ཡིད་ཀྱང་ཐུལ། །དམ་པའི་འགྲོས་བཞུད་བདེ་གཤེགས་རབ་ཞི་དགའ་མཛད་པ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་ཇི་ལྟ་བུར་ན་བུད་མེད་སྐྱེས་པར་འགྱུར། །འདུལ་མཆོག་གཞན་ལ་ཕན་མཛད་མྱུར་དུ་བཤད་པར་གསོལ། །བདག་གི་བློ་གྲོས་ཐིབས་པོ་འདིར་ནི་བསལ་བར་གསོལ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་ན་མི་མཉམ་མཉམ་པ་དགེ་སྦྱོང་མཆོག །རབ་གྲགས་ཡོན་ཏན་མང་པོ་དྲན་དང་འདུལ་བ་འཛིན། །ཅི་ནས་འདི་ཉིད་དུ་ནི་སྐྱེས་པར་བདག་འགྱུར་བར། །རབ་རིབ་མི་མངའ་བདེ་འགྲོ་འཆི་མེད་ལམ་མྱུར་གསུངས། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་དག་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་པ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་འོད་ཞི་སྤོས་སྣང་དཔལ་དེས་བཙུན་མོ་དམ་པ་ལྷ་མཛེས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །ཆེ་ཞེ་རྣམ་གྲངས་གང་གིས་བུད་མེད་དག་བུད་མེད་ཀྱི་དངོས་པོ་མྱུར་དུ་བརྗེས་ཏེ་སྔོན་འཕངས་པའི་བུད་མེད་ ཀྱི་དངོས་པོ་མྱུར་དུ་མ་ལུས་པར་ཟད་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་བར་དུ་རང་གི་སྨོན་ལམ་མ་གཏོགས་པར་བུད་མེད་དུ་སྐྱེ་བ་འཛིན་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བའི་རྣམ་གྲངས་ཡོད་དོ། །ཆེ་ཞེ་དེ་ལ་རྣམ་གྲངས་གང་གིས་བུད་མེད་མྱུར་དུ་སྐྱེས་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། སྔོན་འཕངས་པའི་བུད་མེད་ཀྱི་དངོས་པོ་མྱུར་དུ་མ་ལུས་པར་ཟད་པར་འགྱུར་བའི་རྣམ་གྲངས་དེ་གང་ཞེ་ན། ཆེ་ཞེ་དེ་ལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཏོག་ཅེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས། རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེན་མོ། ཕན་ཡོན་ཆེན་མོ། མཐུ་ཆེན་མོ་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། བུད་མེད་ཀྱི་དངོས་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཟད་པར་བྱེད་ཅིང་ལུས་དང་། ངག་དང་། སེམས་ཀྱི་གནས་ངན་ལེན་གྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་པ་མ་ལུས

当处于五浊恶世之时，为四众宣说具有三乘之法。又于彼时，出现一位统治四大部洲的转轮圣王，名为邬昙跋罗面。其后在另一时期，邬昙跋罗面国王与后妃眷属、侍从和军队一同前往如来光寂香光明吉祥所在之处。到达后，以头顶礼世尊之足，以各种鲜花、各种乐器、各种熏香和各种香供养世尊，并绕行三匝。又以头顶礼世尊及僧众，以这些偈颂赞叹：以天与龙等之功德，极赞能除诸罪过，以七宝利益诸有情，宣说具足寂静之智慧。遣除有情之黑暗，作寂静之明灯，摧灭死亡、迁变、衰老、出生与忧伤，彻底从恶趣道中救度有情，宣说从魔道中解脱。种姓之子，此后，如来光寂香光明吉祥对邬昙跋罗面国王说道：善男子，若具足三种法，则菩萨具有寂静之智慧。何为三？即：以增上意乐慈爱一切有情；如母般精勤于彻底平息一切有情之痛苦；通达一切法无命、无生、无人、无差别且平等。善男子，若具足此三种法，则菩萨具有寂静之智慧。大国王，又若具足三种法， 善男子不为魔之罗网所缚，且从魔道中解脱。何为三？即：不嗔恨一切有情，不寻过失；平等了知一切有情为布施之对境；以一理通达一切法，如是，一切法与虚空等同，不可改造，非为差别，不生，不现，不灭。

When it becomes the time of the five degenerations, he teaches the Dharma possessing the three vehicles to the four assemblies. Also, at that time, there appeared a universal monarch ruling over the four continents, named Udumbara-face. Then, at another time, King Udumbara-face, together with his queen's retinue, servants, and army, went to where the Tathagata Light-Peaceful-Fragrant-Light-Glorious was. Having arrived, he bowed his head at the feet of the Bhagavan, and offered flowers of various kinds, various musical instruments, various incenses, and various fragrances to the Bhagavan, and circumambulated three times. Then, bowing his head at the feet of the Bhagavan and the Sangha of monks, he praised him with these verses: With the virtues of gods and nagas, and so on, Praising highly, removing many faults, With the seven treasures benefiting beings, He speaks of possessing peaceful wisdom. Dispelling the darkness of beings, making the lamp of peace, Destroying death, change, old age, birth, and sorrow, Thoroughly averting beings from the path of evil destinies, He speaks of liberation from the path of demons. Son of good family, then the Tathagata Light-Peaceful-Fragrant-Light-Glorious said this to King Udumbara-face: Noble man, if you possess three qualities, then the Bodhisattva has peaceful wisdom. What are the three? They are: Loving all sentient beings with superior intention; Like a mother, striving to completely pacify the suffering of all sentient beings; Understanding that all dharmas are without life, without healing, without person, without difference, and equally. Noble man, if you possess these three qualities, then the Bodhisattva has peaceful wisdom. Great King, furthermore, if you possess three qualities, Noble man is not caught by the snare of Mara and is liberated from the path of Mara. What are the three? They are: Not being angry with all sentient beings and not seeking faults; Equally recognizing all sentient beings as objects of giving; Understanding all dharmas in one way, thus, all dharmas are equal to space, unmodifiable, not different, unborn, unarisen, unceasing.

诶！所有法都以不执著于如同虚空般，远离事物自性的方式来彻底领悟。大国王，如果具备这三种法，那么高尚的人就不会被魔的绳索抓住，并且能从魔的道路中解脱。之后，在那时，莲花面国王的妃子，名为殊妙天女，被八万四千名女子围绕，并在前方引导，前往如来光寂香显吉祥处，到达后，向薄伽梵如来光寂香显吉祥撒下各种鲜花，并说了这些偈颂：不平等功德的持有者，去除黑暗者，如何从女人中脱离恶趣，请您开示在此转为男子，消除死亡和变迁的方法。最殊胜的利益施予者，迅速平息内心，以圣洁的步伐行走，善逝，极度寂静，带来喜悦者，薄伽梵，如何才能使女人转为男子？调伏至尊，利益他人者，请迅速开示，请消除我迟钝的智慧。在这个世界上，不平等中的平等，是殊胜的修行者，广为人知，拥有众多功德，持有忆念和调伏。如何才能使我在此转为男子，无有黑暗者，善逝，请迅速开示不死之路。种姓之子们，如此祈请后，如来光寂香显吉祥对殊妙天女妃子如此说道：大姐，以何种方式，女人们能迅速转变女身，使先前所造的女身迅速且完全地耗尽，并且直到无上的大涅槃之间，除了自己的愿力之外，不再受生为女人的方式是存在的。大姐，那么以何种方式，女人能迅速转为男子，使先前所造的女身迅速且完全地耗尽呢？大姐，那是因为有宝髻之陀罗尼，大神通，大利益，大威力，就像这样，能耗尽所有女人的身体，以及身、语、意的一切恶趣苦果。

E! All dharmas are thoroughly understood in a way that does not cling to the nature of things, as if they were like the sky. Great King, if you possess these three dharmas, then a noble person will not be caught by the noose of Mara, and will be liberated from the path of Mara. Then, at that time, the queen of King Lotus Face, named Excellent Goddess, surrounded by eighty-four thousand women, and leading the way, went to the Tathagata Light of Peace, Fragrant Manifestation, Auspicious One, and upon arriving, scattered various flowers to the Bhagavan Tathagata Light of Peace, Fragrant Manifestation, Auspicious One, and spoke these verses: Holder of unequal qualities, remover of darkness, how does one escape the lower realms from being a woman, please teach the method to transform into a man here, eliminating death and change. Most supreme benefactor, quickly pacify the mind, walking with holy steps, Sugata, extremely peaceful, bringer of joy, Bhagavan, how can a woman transform into a man? Supreme tamer, benefactor to others, please quickly explain, please dispel my dull wisdom. In this world, equality among the unequal, is the supreme practitioner, widely known, possessing many qualities, holding memory and discipline. How can I transform into a man right here, without darkness, Sugata, please quickly teach the path of immortality. Sons of the lineage, after praying in this way, the Tathagata Light of Peace, Fragrant Manifestation, Auspicious One, said to the queen Excellent Goddess: Great sister, by what means can women quickly transform their female body, so that the previously created female body is quickly and completely exhausted, and until the unsurpassed great Nirvana, they will not be born as women except by their own aspiration? Great sister, then by what means can a woman quickly transform into a man, so that the previously created female body is quickly and completely exhausted? Great sister, that is because there is the Dharani of Jewel Crest, great power, great benefit, great strength, like this, it can exhaust all women's bodies, and all the suffering results of bad deeds of body, speech, and mind.
