那些眷属都感到惊奇，从各自的座位上站起来，全部合掌向如来顶礼，说了这样的话：“好啊！好啊！如来这样使这些天子的心愿圆满，真是太稀奇了！诸佛世尊的境界是不可思议的。” 这样，有多少天子陈设了佛的狮子座，他们都见到了如来这样的神变，全部都发起了无上正等正觉之心，说了这样的话：“世尊，我们是为了供养如来，为了平息一切众生的痛苦，为了受持正法，为了使佛法不中断，而发起无上正等正觉之心的。世尊，就像现在这样，世尊如来应供正等觉所变化的那样，我们在未来的时代也安住在佛的境界中，进行变化。” 之后，世尊对那些天子说了“善哉”，说了“善哉！善哉！天子们，就是这样。天子们，就像你们所说的那样，为了平息一切众生的痛苦，为了受持正法，为了使佛法不中断，而发起无上正等正觉之心，那就是对如来的殊胜供养。” 之后，在梵天眷属中，名叫住在梵天平等性中的梵天，对世尊这样禀告道：“如来正等觉是坐在我的狮子座上呢？还是坐在其他的狮子座上呢？” 这样禀告之后，世尊对住在梵天平等性中的梵天这样说道：“梵天，一切法因为没有主宰，所以像幻术一样显现，通过各种方式安住，没有能作的自性，是从完全了悟中产生的。

All those retinues were amazed and stood up from their respective seats. All of them folded their palms and prostrated to the Thus-Gone One, saying these words: "Good! Good! It is wonderful that the Thus-Gone One has fulfilled the wishes of these sons of the gods in this way! The realm of the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, is inconceivable!" Thus, as many sons of the gods as had arranged the lion throne of the Buddha, all of them, having seen such a miraculous display of transformation by the Thus-Gone One, all generated the mind of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, saying these words: "Blessed One, we are generating the mind of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment in order to make offerings to the Thus-Gone One, to pacify the suffering of all sentient beings, to uphold the sacred Dharma, and to ensure that the Buddha's teachings are not interrupted. Blessed One, just as now, Blessed One, the Thus-Gone One, the Arhat, the Perfectly and Completely Awakened One, transforms, so too, in the future, we will abide in the realm of the Buddha and transform." Then, the Blessed One gave the word "Good!" to those sons of the gods, saying, "Good! Good! Sons of the gods, that is so. Sons of the gods, just as you have said, generating the mind of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment in order to pacify the suffering of all sentient beings, to uphold the sacred Dharma, and to ensure that the Buddha's teachings are not interrupted, that is the supreme offering to the Thus-Gone One." Then, from within that Brahma retinue, a Brahma named Abiding in the Equality of Brahma, said this to the Blessed One: "Thus-Gone One, Perfectly Awakened One, are you seated on my lion throne? Or are you seated on another's lion throne?" Having said this, the Blessed One said this to the Brahma Abiding in the Equality of Brahma: "Brahma, all phenomena arise like illusions because they have no owner. They abide closely through various means, and arise from the complete realization that they have no characteristic of being a doer.
