ང་། ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པའི་ཤེས་རབ་དང་། སྤོབས་པ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ཡང་ཡོད་ལ། འདོད་པའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དང་། རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ལ་ཆགས་པར་ཡང་བྱེད་པ་འདི་ནི་མི་རིགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ཚངས་པ་གཞན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཐབས་ཤེས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཆོས་ལ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་གྱུར་པ་དེ་དག་གིས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་འདི་ནི་འདོད་པའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དང་། རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ཀྱི་ཕྱིར་ཁྱིམ་ན་གནས་པ་མ་ཡིན་གྱི། འདི་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཡོངས་སུ་སྨིན་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཁྱིམ་ན་གནས་ཏེ། འདི་ནི་ འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་གཞན་དུ་ཡང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་སྐོར་ལ། འདིར་ཡང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔར་གྱུར་པར་སྣང་ངོ་། །དེའི་ཚེ་ཚངས་པ་དེས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གང་ལ་གནས་ན་འདི་འདྲ་བའིརྣམ་པར་འཕྲུལ་པར་འགྱུར། དེ་དག་གིས་སྨྲས་པ། ཚངས་པ་འདི་ནི་དཔའ་བར་འགྲོ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་ཡུལ་ལོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་དེའི་ཚེ་བདག་འདི་སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་ཏེ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་འདི་ལྟར་འདོད་པ་ལ་ཡང་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤྱོད་ཅིང་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ཀྱང་ཡོངས་སུ་སྡུད་ལ་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ཀྱང་ཐོབ་པ་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་རྩལ་ངོ་མཚར་ཏོ་སྙམ་མོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་བདག་གིས་དེ་ཐོས་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ལ་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྟོན་པར་འདུ་ཤེས་མངོན་པར་བཞག་གོ །བདག་གིས་དད་པ་ཡང་རྙེད་ནས་བདག་གིས་ལྷག་པའི་བསམ་པས་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དེ། བདག་ཀྱང་ཡེ་ཤེས་དང་། ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཆོས་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་བགྱིས་སོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་འདི་ལ་ནི་བདག་ཕྱོགས་ཙམ་ཞིག་མངོན་དུ་གྱུར་གྱི། དཔའ་བར་འགྲོ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདིའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་བྱེ་བྲག་ནི་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་བོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་བློ་གྲོས་བརྟན་པས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལྷའི་བུ་སྦེད་པའི་ལྷག་པའི་བསམ་པ་བསྟན་པ་ནི་ངོ་མཚར་ཏེ། དེ་ནི་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟིན་པས་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ་དཔེར་ན། ད་ལྟར་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམ་པར་འཕྲུལ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལྷའི་བུ་སྦེད་པ་འདི་ཡང་རིང་པོ་མི་ཐོགས་པར་དཔའ་བར་འགྲོ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདི་ལ་གནས་ཏེ་རྣམ་པར་འཕྲུལ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་དེ་དེ་བཞིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་བློ་གྲོས་བརྟན་པས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འཁོར་འདི་ན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དཔའ་བར་འགྲོ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདི་ཐོབ་པ་གང་ལ་ལ་དག་འདུས་པ་མཆིས་སམ། དེ་ནས་འཁོར་དེ་ན་ལྷའི་བུ་སངས་རྒྱས་བློ་གྲོས་མངོན་སུམ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདུས་ པར་གྱུར་ཏེ། འདུག་པ་དེས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་བློ་གྲོས་བརྟན་པ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །བློ་གྲོས་བརྟན་པ་ཁྱོད་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་འདུག་སྟེ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཆོས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མཐའ་ཡས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པ་གོ་ཆ་ཆེན་པོ་བགོས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་ཕྱིན་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དཔའ་བར་འགྲོ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདི་ཐོབ་པ་གང་ལ་ལ་དག་འཁོར་འདིར་འདུས་པ་མཆིས་སམ་ཞེས་དེ་སྐད་ཟེར་བའི་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཞུ་བ་ནི་ཁོ་བོས་བསམས་ན། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། དཔེར་ན། འདྲོན་པ་བྱིས་པའི་རང་བཞིན་ཅན་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོར་ཞུགས་ནས། རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་ན་གང་དག་བླངས་ཏེ། འགྲོ་བར་བྱ་བའི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དག་ཡོད་དམ་ཞེས་དེ་སྐད་ཟེར་བ་དང་མཚུངས་པ་སྙམ་བྱེད་དོ། །བློ་གྲོས་བརྟན་པ་འཁོར་འདི་ན་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་གང་དག་དཔའ་བར་འགྲོ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདི་ཐོབ་པ་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་གྱི་ཁ་དོག་དང་། གཟུགས་དང་ལྡན་པ་དག་ཀྱང་ཡོད་དོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་གང་དག་དཔའ་བར་འགྲོ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདི་ཐོབ་པ་ཚངས་པའི་ཁ་དོག་དང་། གཟུགས་དང་ལྡན་པ་དག་ཀྱང་ཡོད་དོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་གང་དག་དཔའ་བར་འགྲོ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདི་ཐོབ་པའི་ལྷའི་ཁ་དོག་དང་། གཟུགས་དང་ལྡན་པ་དག་ཀྱང་ཡོད་དོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་ཁ་དོག་དང་། གཟུགས་དང་ལྡན་པ་དག་ཀྱང་ཡོད་དོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དགེ་སློང་གི་ཁ་དོག་དང་། གཟུགས་དང་ལྡན་པ་དག་ཀྱང་ཡོད་དོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དགེ་སློང་མའི་ཁ་དོག་དང་། གཟུགས་དང་ལྡན་པ་དག་ཀྱང་ཡོད་དོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དགེ་བསྙེན་གྱི་ཁ་དོག་དང་། གཟུགས་དང་ལྡན་པ་དག་ཀྱང་ཡོད་དོ། །དགེ་བསྙེན་མའི་ཁ་དོག་དང་། གཟུགས་དང་ལྡན་པ་དག་ཀྱང་ཡོད་དོ། །མཚན་གྱིས་ལེགས་པར་བརྒྱན་པ་དག་ཀྱང་ཡོད་དོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་གང་དཔའ་བར་འགྲོ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདི་ཐོབ་པ་དག་སེམས་ཅན་གདུལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ལུས་དང་། ཁ་དོག་དམན་པ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དག་ཀྱང་ཡོད་དོ། །བློ་གྲོས་བརྟན་པ་འཁོར་འདི་ན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་ཁ་དོ

I, possessing unobstructed wisdom and such courage, and also being attached to the enjoyment of desires and the kingdom, this is truly astonishing! Then, other Brahmas who had manifested the qualities of the Bodhisattva's skillful means and wisdom, spoke thus: 'This noble son does not dwell at home for the sake of enjoying desires and the kingdom, but dwells at home in order to fully ripen sentient beings.' This one also turns the wheel of Dharma in other world realms, and here too appears as a Bodhisattva.' At that time, that Brahma spoke thus: 'In which Samadhi does the Bodhisattva abide to be able to emanate such forms?' They said, 'Brahma, this is the realm of the Heroic-Going Samadhi.' Noble son, at that time I thought thus: 'Like this, being able to fully enjoy desires, and also fully gather the kingdom, and also attain Samadhi, the Samadhi powers of the Bodhisattvas are truly wondrous!' Noble son, having heard that, I manifested a mind of extreme reverence towards the Bodhisattva. I also gained faith, and with heightened intention, I generated the mind of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, and I prayed that I too may possess such wisdom and qualities of Dharma. Noble son, in this, only a portion has manifested to me, but the distinctions of the qualities of this Heroic-Going Samadhi are inconceivable.' Then, the Bodhisattva Steadfast Intelligence said to the Bhagavan: 'Bhagavan, the heightened intention shown by the son of the gods, Concealer, is truly wondrous! This is because the Bhagavan, the virtuous friend, has completely taken him in, just as the Tathagata, Arhat, perfectly complete Buddha now manifests emanations, so too, Bhagavan, this son of the gods, Concealer, will not be long before he abides in this Heroic-Going Samadhi and will be able to emanate.' The Bodhisattva Steadfast Intelligence then said this: "Bhagavan, in this assembly, are there any Bodhisattvas who have attained this Samadhi of Heroic Progress?" Then, in that assembly, a son of the gods named Manifest Buddha Intelligence gathered and, sitting there, said this to the Bodhisattva Steadfast Intelligence: "Steadfast Intelligence, you are sitting before the Tathagata, the Great Ocean of Wisdom, and having entered among the Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who possess limitless qualities of the Dharma Jewel and are adorned with great armor, you say: 'Bhagavan, in this assembly, are there any Bodhisattvas who have attained this Samadhi of Heroic Progress?' I think that your question is like a foolish child entering the great ocean and asking: 'In this great ocean, are there any jewels that can be taken away?' Steadfast Intelligence, in this assembly, there are Bodhisattvas who have attained this Samadhi of Heroic Progress and possess the color and form of Indra; there are Bodhisattvas who have attained this Samadhi of Heroic Progress and possess the color and form of Brahma; there are Bodhisattvas who have attained this Samadhi of Heroic Progress and possess the color and form of gods; there are Bodhisattvas who possess the color and form of a Universal Monarch; there are Bodhisattvas who possess the color and form of a Bhikshu; there are Bodhisattvas who possess the color and form of a Bhikshuni; there are Bodhisattvas who possess the color and form of an Upasaka; there are those who possess the color and form of an Upasika; there are also those who are well adorned with names; there are also Bodhisattvas who have attained this Samadhi of Heroic Progress and possess inferior bodies and colors for the sake of taming sentient beings. Steadfast Intelligence, in this assembly, there are Bodhisattvas with the color of Shravakas.
