The body is a sign, and is free from all signs. The Blessed One said: Sharadvatiputra, it is so, it is so. The body of the Tathagata is a sign, and is free from all signs. Then, in order to extensively show this samadhi of the mudra of the Tathagata's wisdom, and in order to completely perfect it very extensively, at that time these verses were spoken: That body is not a body, and is completely liberated from the body. No one has made it, not destroyed it, and it has not become something that can be found. Wherever dharmas are, there is no universal existence, and there is no non-universal existence. The body of the Sugatas is established in that way. There is no gathering, no separation, no place, and no thing. There is no grasping, no liberation, no equality, and no distance. There is no creation, no obstruction, and it does not abide anywhere. The body of the Sugatas is shown to be like that. There is no grasping, no making, no place, and nothing. There is no form, no mind, it is not two, and it is not one. Non-existent, non-non-existent, not produced, and not non-existent. In reality, the body of the Victorious One is like this. There is no essence, it is not weak, and there is no interruption. There is no interruption, no production, universally no production, and no destruction. There is no attainment, and even a particle is not destroyed. The body of those without particles should be known to be like that. Not seen, not heard, not taken, and not become touched. No discriminating consciousness, no thought, like an eye disease. Seeing beings, one's own clinging makes the mind also calm. This is the showing of the accomplishment of the body of the Buddhas. Not a skandha, not a dhatu, not false, not true. No purity, no impurity, not touched by the senses. No discrimination, and no non-discrimination, like a moon in water. Who wants to see this body of the Sugata? The body is produced from cause and condition, and has no self-nature. No birth, no cessation, no going, and no moving. If examined, the three realms appear like an illusion. The body of the Victorious Ones is non-discriminating, look at it like that. No peace, very peaceful, not peaceful, no separation, and no union. No attachment, no lineage, here like annihilation emptiness. Or the nature is like space. Seeing like that, day and night are offering to the Buddha. The fields are billions of thousands
