Padmaprabha-garbha, what do you think? In the world Sukhavati, are the qualities and arrangements of the Buddha-field of the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Samyak-sambuddha, Amitabha Buddha, many? He replied: Bhagavan, they are many. Inconceivable, immeasurable, and not easy to answer with words. The Bhagavan said: Padmaprabha-garbha, it is like this: for example, if someone were to split the tip of a hair into a hundred parts, and with that tip take a single drop of water from the great ocean, Padmaprabha-garbha, what do you think? Which is more, the water taken or the remainder left? He replied: Bhagavan, the water taken is little, the remainder left is immeasurable. 僧众也如是众多。世尊如来只是根据三乘来宣说佛法。莲花庄严藏，我即使在恒河沙数劫中，想要讲述世尊如来、应供、正等觉、金光狮子善巧游戏王佛的佛土功德庄严，以及声闻的功德庄严，并根据安乐之因来宣说佛法，我的辩才也不会穷尽，也无法穷尽佛土的功德庄严。莲花庄严藏，在那时那刻，世尊如来金光狮子善巧游戏王佛的教法中，出现了一位拥有千世界自在、具足正法的法王，名为光荣威严王。莲花庄严藏，光荣威严王有一百亿个儿子，所有那些王子都具足大丈夫相的三十二相。他们全都真实地趋入了无上正等菩提。莲花庄严藏，光荣威严王所享用的园林有七万六千个。每个王子都有一万个园林享用。然后，菩萨莲花庄严藏对世尊这样说道：世尊，那个佛土中有女人吗？世尊回答说：莲花庄严藏，没有。那个佛土中连女人的名字都没有，所有那些王子都是从梵行中产生的，都是化生。所有那些众生都以禅定的喜悦和佛法的喜悦为食，那个佛土中没有粗糙的食物。莲花庄严藏，光荣威严王没有其他事情，只是和那些儿子们一起，在八万四千亿年中侍奉世尊。

The Sangha is also just as numerous. The Bhagavan Tathagata teaches the Dharma based solely on the three vehicles. Lotus Splendor Essence, even if I were to desire to teach the qualities and adornments of the Buddha-field of the Bhagavan Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha, Golden Light Lion Skillful Play King Buddha, as well as the qualities and adornments of the Shravakas, and to teach the Dharma based on the cause of happiness for as many kalpas as there are grains of sand in the Ganges River, my eloquence would not be exhausted, nor would I reach the end of the qualities and adornments of the Buddha-field. Lotus Splendor Essence, at that time, in the teachings of the Bhagavan Tathagata, Golden Light Lion Skillful Play King Buddha, there arose a king named Glorious Majesty, who possessed dominion over a thousand worlds, was endowed with Dharma, and was a Dharma king. Lotus Splendor Essence, King Glorious Majesty had a hundred billion sons, and all those young princes were endowed with the thirty-two marks of a great being. All of them truly entered into unsurpassed, perfect enlightenment. Lotus Splendor Essence, the pleasure gardens enjoyed by King Glorious Majesty numbered seventy-six thousand. Each prince had ten thousand pleasure gardens to enjoy. Then, the Bodhisattva Lotus Splendor Essence said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, are there women in that Buddha-field? The Bhagavan replied: Lotus Splendor Essence, there are not. In that Buddha-field, even the name of woman is not heard, for all those young princes are born from pure conduct, and are all miraculously born. All those beings have the joy of meditation and the joy of Dharma as their food, and in that Buddha-field there is no coarse food. Lotus Splendor Essence, King Glorious Majesty has no other occupation than to attend upon the Bhagavan together with those sons for eighty-four thousand billion years.

已竟。世尊如来知彼殊胜意乐已，善巧宣说名为无量手印之法。何为莲花庄严藏无量手印之法善巧者？莲花庄严藏，于此菩萨摩诃萨之无量行，无有不应求者。无有不应作者，无量粗重者。何以故？菩萨之布施无量故， 戒律无量， 忍辱无量， 精进无量， 静虑无量， 智慧无量， 摄持轮回无量， 慈爱有情无量， 刹土庄严无量， 声闻无量， 圆满色身无量， 音韵无量， 无畏无量故。莲花庄严藏，菩萨乃至以一发心，凡所现行之善根，彼一切皆回向于无量。云何回向而成为无量耶？何之时，回向于一切有情，彼时，此一切有情现证无生。以诸佛之般涅槃而般涅槃，此乃种姓之子，名为无量回向。空性无量，无相无量，无愿无量，无现行无量。如是，离贪，真实边际，法界解脱，无生，寂静，远离，寂灭，无量。种姓之子，总而言之，一切法皆是无量。是故，一切法名为无生，不灭。何者不生不灭，彼即无量。莲花庄严藏，如来应供正等觉，金光狮子奋迅王，如是为国王吉祥光显，此无量手印之法善巧者，真实也。

Completed. The Blessed One, the Tathagata, knowing his superior intention, skillfully and thoroughly revealed the Dharma of the Immeasurable Mudra. What is the skillful Dharma of the Immeasurable Mudra of the Lotus Ornament Treasury? Lotus Ornament Treasury, there is nothing that a Bodhisattva Mahasattva should not seek in these immeasurable practices. There is nothing that should not be done, immeasurable grossness. Why is that? Because the Bodhisattva's generosity is immeasurable, discipline is immeasurable, patience is immeasurable, diligence is immeasurable, meditation is immeasurable, wisdom is immeasurable, embracing samsara is immeasurable, loving sentient beings is immeasurable, the adornment of fields is immeasurable, the Shravakas are immeasurable, the perfectly formed bodies are immeasurable, the sounds are immeasurable, and fearlessness is immeasurable. Lotus Ornament Treasury, even with a single thought, whatever roots of virtue a Bodhisattva manifests, all of them are dedicated to the immeasurable. How does dedication become immeasurable? When one dedicates to all sentient beings, then all these sentient beings directly realize non-arising. To pass into Nirvana with the Nirvana of the Buddhas, this, son of lineage, is called immeasurable dedication. Emptiness is immeasurable, signlessness is immeasurable, wishlessness is immeasurable, non-manifestation is immeasurable. Thus, detachment, the true limit, the liberation of the Dharma realm, unborn, solitary, separation, Nirvana, immeasurable. Son of lineage, in short, all Dharmas are immeasurable. Therefore, all Dharmas are called unborn and unceasing. That which does not arise and does not cease is immeasurable. Lotus Ornament Treasury, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One, the Golden Light Lion Exerting King, thus for King Auspicious Radiance, this skillful Dharma of the Immeasurable Mudra is truly so.
