此后，薄伽梵如来释迦牟尼佛这样心生疑问：如此令人愉悦，如此赏心悦目的光芒放射的原因是什么？条件是什么？ 如此请问之后，如来无量光佛对那两位圣者如此说道：善男子们，正如你们所说的那样，没有原因，没有条件，薄伽梵不会放射如此令人愉悦，如此赏心悦目的光芒。 那是为什么呢？ 因为薄伽梵如来应供正等觉释迦牟尼佛，如今将要宣说名为“菩萨入”的珍宝三摩地修持的法类。因此，薄伽梵释迦牟尼佛为了显示佛法，作为先兆，才放射如此令人愉悦，如此赏心悦目的光芒。 之后，菩萨摩诃萨观世音自在和菩萨摩诃萨大势至对如来应供正等觉无量光佛如此请问：薄伽梵，为了瞻仰、礼拜、供养、承侍如来应供正等觉释迦牟尼佛，以及听闻佛法，我们前往娑婆世界。 世尊开示说：善男子们，薄伽梵如来释迦牟尼佛将从你们开始宣说佛法，你们要知晓把握时机。 现在就去吧，这样开了方便之门。之后，菩萨摩诃萨观世音自在和菩萨摩诃萨大势至对在薄伽梵如来无量光佛的眷属中安住的四百俱胝菩萨们说道：善男子们，过来！ 你们也为了瞻仰、礼拜、供养、承侍薄伽梵如来应供正等觉释迦牟尼佛，以及听闻佛法，前往世界

Thereafter, the Blessed One, the Tathagata Shakyamuni, wondered thus: What is the cause and what is the condition for the emission of this light that is so pleasing and so beautiful to behold? After asking thus, the Tathagata Amitabha spoke thus to those two holy beings: Sons of good family, it is just as you have said. Without a cause and without a condition, the Blessed One would not emit such a pleasing and beautiful light. Why is that? Because the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni, is now going to teach the category of Dharma for accomplishing the precious Samadhi called "Entering the Bodhisattva Path." Therefore, as a precursor to the teaching of the Dharma by the Blessed One Shakyamuni, this pleasing and beautiful light is emitted. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara and the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Mahasthamaprapta said to the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Amitabha: Blessed One, in order to see, pay homage, make offerings, attend to, and listen to the Dharma taught by the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni, we will go to the Sahā world. The Blessed One replied: Sons of good family, the Tathagata Shakyamuni will begin teaching the Dharma starting with you. Know and seize the opportunity. Go now, thus opening the way. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara and the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Mahasthamaprapta said to the forty billion Bodhisattvas who were dwelling in the retinue of the Blessed One, the Tathagata Amitabha: Sons of good family, come here! You too, in order to see, pay homage, make offerings, attend to, and listen to the Dharma taught by the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni, go to the world.

Then they went to the Saha world. What is the reason for that? The Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Samyak-sambuddha Shakyamuni Buddha, abandoning other pure Buddha lands, was born in that afflicted Buddha land with vows and great compassion. In order to enable those who have faith in inferior sentient beings, who are full of desire, who are full of hatred, and who are full of ignorance, to attain the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment and become Buddhas, he manifested various difficult practices. As soon as those two excellent men finished speaking these words, all the Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas of the Sukhavati world gathered together and said in unison: Blessed One, if sentient beings hear the name of the Blessed One, the Tathagata Shakyamuni Buddha, they have already obtained very good benefits, let alone those who see it with their own eyes and generate faith? Blessed One, we also go to the Saha world to see, worship, make offerings to the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Samyak-sambuddha Shakyamuni Buddha, and to hear the Dharma he teaches. The Blessed One said: Good men, if you know that the time is ripe, you can go now. Then, Bodhisattva-Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara, Bodhisattva-Mahasattva Mahasthamaprapta, and eighty-four kotis of nayutas of Bodhisattvas surrounded and led the way, and set off from the Sukhavati world. At that time, they manifested incredible miraculous transformations, and each of the eighty-four kotis of nayutas of Bodhisattvas manifested eighty-four kotis of nayutas of pavilions, manifesting such incredible miraculous transformations. Those pavilions are all square, supported by four pillars, symmetrically structured, finely divided, and perfectly constructed. Each pavilion is twelve yojanas high and wide.
