Then, Manjushri, having become a youth, praised the Blessed One with verses: Blessed One, dharmas are not two, Dharmas have no distinctions, That is the nature of dharma, All dharmas have no nature. Like space with space, It is not possible to give an example, Similarly, for the example of dharma, It is not possible to do in all ways. There is no seeing of dharma with dharma, Dharma does not know dharmas, The knower and the dharmas, Both of these do not exist. Buddha, dharma, and Buddha, Those who are not wise distinguish, Those ones, like the Buddha, Cannot know the Buddha's dharmas. Buddha, Dharma, and Buddha, it is said, That is the realm of children, Buddha, dharma, and Buddha, No one can realize it. As it is spoken with words, There is no imputation on these dharmas, That dharma is not imputation, Understand it like myself. I have no imputation, But as it is said, "I," Also the imputation on dharmas, Understand it like myself. I am not imputation, But as it is said, "I," Dharmas without imputation, The wise always understand. Like a drawing in the sky, It does not arise and does not cease, Similarly, the imputation of dharmas, Does not arise and does not cease. With an attachment that is not substantial, Whoever attaches to this, The wise do not praise, That is the discernment of the wise. Like attachment, to dharmas, Whoever attaches to this, The wise do not praise, That is the discernment of the wise. Without going, with the sound of going, The Buddhas have shown, Like drawing a picture in the sky, Thus, understand the dharmas. Like the tracks of birds in the sky, That going is not certain, Like a rope of frog's hair, Thus, see the nature of peace. The image of a face in a mirror, The wise say it shows its own nature, Like the image of a face in that mandala, Thus, see all the dharmas. Like people being in the mountains, Having made a sound, the cave also echoes, Like that echo of the cave has no maker.

Likewise, who does not act upon the Dharma? These Dharmas were taught thus by the Victorious One. It is real, not made for this. Having realized these self-born things, they were well explained. The Thus-Gone One performed wonders. Whoever understands the Dharmas taught by the Victorious One, those leaders of people are wonderful. After being shown by those with eyes, whoever is blind, it is wonderful like seeing all forms. If one can see the forms shown by other blind people, that is wonderful. Likewise, after hearing your words, O Guide, whoever has faith is wonderful. Likewise, may those who seek liberation understand well the well-taught Dharmas. Those who cannot understand the Dharmas will also see the Thus-Gone One. Then, Manjushri, having become a youth, having spoken those verses in front of the Blessed One, said this to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, those childish ordinary beings who teach that all dharmas are without intrinsic nature, and those who say that all dharmas are without intrinsic nature, do not understand the Blessed One's hidden speech. Why is that? Blessed One, if dharmas have no object from the beginning, how can they be shown to be without intrinsic nature? Blessed One, those dharmas that have no object should not be counted either. Why is that? Blessed One, all dharmas are equal to space, without duality and without difference. Blessed One, what is called form is counted in non-duality. Why is that? Blessed One, form is equal to space, without duality and without difference. Blessed One, just as space is not conceived as two, so form is not conceived as two. Blessed One, likewise feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness are also without duality, without difference. Why is that? Blessed One, consciousness is equal to space. Blessed One, what is form? What is consciousness? What is non-duality? What is unconditioned?

That is non-dual, it is indivisible. World Honored One, what is feeling, perception, volition, and consciousness, what is non-dual and indivisible, World Honored One, what is conditioned and what is unconditioned, those are non-dual, they are indivisible. This is conditioned, this is unconditioned, saying so also, World Honored One, should be attributed to non-duality. World Honored One, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who practices in this stainless liberation is called practicing non-duality. World Honored One, what is the root of virtue of the past, what is the root of virtue of the future, what is the root of virtue that arises now, that is a synonym for non-duality. What are those who are associated with the desire realm, what are those who are associated with the form realm, what are those who are associated with the formless realm, what are the roots of virtue of those who are associated with the realm of Nirvana, those are also synonyms for non-duality. What are the roots of virtue with outflows, what are the roots of virtue without outflows, those are also synonyms for non-duality. What are the roots of virtue of the Hearers, what are the roots of virtue of the Solitary Buddhas, what are the roots of virtue of the Buddhas, those are non-dual and indivisible. What is the root of virtue, what is the root of non-virtue, that is also non-dual, it is indivisible. What is samsara, what is nirvana, those are also non-dual, they are indivisible. World Honored One, thus, in this non-dual Dharma nature, those who have no hesitation and doubt are called Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who practice non-duality. Then, Manjushri, the youth, at that time spoke these verses: Those who understand the non-dual principle of the Victorious Ones, they have no doubt and depart in bliss.
