Shariputra, the Dharma attained by the Buddha is without "is" or "is not," and without difference. If there is difference, then there is attainment. Shariputra, even if some people are proficient in the five wrong views, it is not right to cling to views of self, views of sentient beings, views of persons, views of life, views of soul, as well as views of aggregates, sense bases, and realms. Having attachment to upholding morality, or seeing attachment in upholding morality. If there is attachment to samadhi, then there is attachment to seeing samadhi. Relying on the perception of the Buddha leads to obtaining the perception of the Dharma. If one cuts off the benefit of the Sangha, then one has achieved seeing the body. Why is that? If seeing the body is achieved in the Dharma of the Buddha, then one does not belong to the Sangha. Shariputra, the disciples of the Buddha do not have conceptual elaborations in their minds. Shariputra, the disciples of the Buddha have no unwholesomeness. There is no breaking of moral discipline, nor is there a perception of breaking it. There is no breaking of rituals. Shariputra, whatever is called bad or unwholesome, within the Buddha and the Sangha, any name that is not included in the Sangha is bad and unwholesome. The Dharma of measuring mind with mind is the aggregation of conditions, without true and real meaning, it is merely conceptualization. By practicing conceptualization, one holds onto the idea of attainment, from the attainment of a person to all that is expressed in words, mind connects with mind, reaching the Dharma of good and non-good, within the illusory Dharma, it is called bad name, non-virtuous Dharma. Why is that? Shariputra, in a place where there is happiness, there is inevitably affliction, like a demon devouring happiness. In the Dharma attained by the Tathagata, there is no such happiness or suffering. Shariputra, in the attainment of the Tathagata, there is no desire, nor is there non-desire, there is no happiness, nor is there affliction, there is no thought, nor is there consciousness, there is no action, not even reaching the consciousness of emptiness. Why is that? Shariputra, if there is a consciousness of emptiness, then it is the consciousness of the view of self, the consciousness of the view of sentient beings, the consciousness of permanence, the consciousness of annihilation.

It is so. Why is that? Shariputra, because following after having conceptualizations, all appearances arise, and thus one falls into all perversions. Shariputra, the name of emptiness is no mind; its name is called emptiness. The mind of emptiness is also emptiness; its name is called emptiness. Shariputra, within emptiness, there is neither good nor bad, not even reaching the conceptualization of emptiness. Therefore, the name is emptiness. Shariputra, all phenomena that have actions are knowable and understandable. Emptiness is not knowable, nor is it understandable, nor is it conceivable; therefore, the name is emptiness. Shariputra, the conceptualization of emptiness is not obtained through thought. Why is that? Because emptiness has no conceptualization. Therefore, the name is emptiness. Shariputra, why is that? Explaining the practice of emptiness, one does not think of all conceptualizations, not even thinking of reaching the conceptualization of emptiness; its name is called the practice of emptiness. Shariputra, the name of conceptualization is the name of everything thought in the mind, called conceptualization. Not thinking of anything is no conceptualization; because of being separated from conceptualization, the name is called no conceptualization. Following after taking conceptualizations is seeing all perversions. Why is that? Shariputra, if one clings to obtaining emptiness and peace in illusory phenomena, one will fall into seeing all perversions, then what need is there to speak and explain with words? If one practices such a Dharma of emptiness, how can it be explained? Shariputra, why is everything spoken by the Buddhas with language and words called name perversion? Because one cannot comprehend all phenomena, this is because of being obscured by all language. Therefore, the Tathagata knows that all spoken words are perverted, and even a little more of what is spoken cannot be true. Shariputra, the unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment of the Buddhas has neither conceptualization nor mind. Why is that? Because the Tathagata has neither obtained self-nature nor obtained mind in Dharma. Shariputra, why does the Tathagata explain that there is a place for thinking? Shariputra, speaking from the letters of the Dharma,
