Alas, the human heart! It does not believe in the results of karma, only values immediate benefits, saying there is no future life, and has many doubts and regrets. Because the mind is weak, it always craves fear. Shariputra, that person is called a bad monk. Such a foolish person is like excrement in my Dharma, stinking and unclean. That person accumulates evil deeds of body, speech, and mind. Because he is unclean and impure, after death he falls into a bad path and goes to the great hell. Such a monk is always shunned and abandoned by the Tathagatas and disciples. Others who crave the Dharma and feel peaceful Nirvana also do not approach him. Shariputra, it is like putting fragrant sandalwood in a clean container, but placing it together with unclean things, so that it can no longer be used for anything. Therefore, Shariputra, whether one is a householder or has left home, if someone approaches that person and learns what he does, the precepts will soon be broken, evil deeds will continue, the complexion will fade, and the Dharma will be destroyed and lost. After death, one will be born in the hell of sentient beings. Shariputra, such an evil person is shunned and abandoned by all the Tathagatas and disciples, as well as others who do not seek the Dharma and crave peaceful liberation. Shariputra, it is like putting fragrant sandalwood in an unclean container, so that it can no longer be used for anything. Similarly, Shariputra, whether one is a householder or has left home, even if one smears it on the body, it is still mixed with unclean things. Shariputra, a bad monk is also like this. Although he is in the Sangha and wears the magical Dharma robes, he still reveals the image of a bad monk. A pure monk who practices Brahmacharya, seeing this unclean thing, will shun it and not approach it. Seeing others shun and abandon him, he will resent in his heart, and because of this reason, he will fall into hell after death. Shariputra, such a monk who breaks the precepts is called the six arrows of sorrow and confusion, and truly falls into the hell of sentient beings.
