当安住之时，如来观视众生。一切众生中最殊胜者，以永尽涅槃而逝。因此，具法且敬法的您，不要悲伤！不要哭泣！如来是自在的，不要作无常之想，而应如实观其为常、为坚固、为极稳固。以三基常恒之密咒的隐藏和守护来守护。以三基常恒之密咒，即使被雷电击毁的树木也能生长，具有枝条、无数的蛙眼、以及绽放的叶子。四众弟子中，若能相互听闻此随喜三基常恒之语，即使不需生起菩提心也能执持，因三基极常恒之故，亦将生起菩提之因。此即名为随喜佛陀。无论比丘或比丘尼，凡是向众生开示此由三基常恒所生的随喜，他们都应受地方的供养。其他则不应受供养。如是随喜所宣说之语，愿以使一切世间安乐之法的真谛，使希求正法者无有障碍和损害！此后，天、非天、人等世间众生，皆能领悟如来常恒不变，并生起极喜悦之心、善良之心、无染之心、无偏之心，面容如莲花盛开般，行广大之天供，散花、粉末、焚香、涂香等物，并演奏各种乐器。之后，薄伽梵对与大菩萨光明守护者同族之菩萨摩诃萨说道：『善男子，你今日见到了何等稀有奇妙之事？』回答说：『薄伽梵，我见到了前所未见的稀有奇妙之事，即每一眷属所供养的食物，每一位如来都分给比丘的…』

While abiding, the Tathagata observes sentient beings. The most excellent of all sentient beings, passes away by entering into complete Nirvana. Therefore, you who possess and respect the Dharma, do not grieve! Do not weep! The Tathagata is independent, do not think of impermanence, but truly see him as permanent, steadfast, and supremely stable. Protect with the concealment and protection of the three-base constant mantra. With the three-base constant mantra, even trees struck by lightning will grow, possessing branches, countless frog-eyes, and blooming leaves. Among the four assemblies, if they hear each other's words of rejoicing in the three-base constancy, even if they do not need to generate Bodhicitta, they will still hold it, and because of the supreme constancy of the three bases, the cause of Bodhi will arise. This is called rejoicing in the Buddha. Whichever Bhikshu or Bhikshuni teaches this rejoicing born from the three-base constancy to sentient beings, they are worthy of receiving alms in the region. Others are not worthy. Just as the truth of the Dharma that has become peaceful in all the worlds is proclaimed by this rejoicing, may those who desire the sacred Dharma be without obstacles and harm! Then, the world with gods, asuras, and humans, having understood that the Tathagata is constant, will have a mind of great joy, a mind of virtue, a mind free from obscurations, a mind without bias, and a face like an open lotus flower, and will perform the great work of divine offerings, scattering flowers, powders, incense, perfumes, and so on. Cymbals and other instruments are also played. Then the Bhagavan spoke to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva of the same lineage as the great light protector: 'Son of good family, what wonderful and amazing things have you seen today?' He replied: 'Bhagavan, I have seen wonderful and amazing things that I have never seen before, that is, the food offered by each retinue, each Tathagata distributes to the Bhikshus...'
