Then that fellow shepherdess also adulterates the milk with twice as much water and sells it to a middleman. That middleman also adulterates the milk with twice as much water and sells it to a fellow middleman. That fellow middleman also adulterates the milk with twice as much water, and then in a city or market, someone who buys it to make milk porridge for a child's tonsure ceremony thinks it is rare and buys the milk. Just as a shepherdess spoils milk with molasses water, so too is this sutra corrupted. Furthermore, ignorance of reading, evil speakers of the Dharma, faults in writing, not abiding in the Dharma, not serving the lama, being despised by evil people, faults in the Dharma, long duration, and faults in transmission, causing the meaning of the words to become half and half, merely practicing, and only a small remnant of the sutra is copied. Just as the best of foods cooked with milk bought from a middleman becomes tasteless, yet that best of foods is the most excellent of all flavors, so too, this great sutra, although only a small remnant remains, is a thousand times more excellent than all the sutras of the Hearers' Vehicle. Why is that? Because all the sutras and samadhis are the power of complete nirvana, therefore it is called the Great Nirvana, it is supreme, it is a great name. Son of good family, furthermore, a son of good family or a daughter of good family should meditate on transforming into the nature of a woman. Why is that? Because the nature of a woman is the source of all non-Dharma causes. For example, a bee's urine cannot moisten the earth, nor can it satisfy. Likewise, women are never satisfied with desire. A woman, even if she enjoys desire with as many men as there are mustard seeds or rapeseed on the earth, still, just as a bee's urine cannot moisten and satisfy the earth, women are not satisfied with desire. A woman, even if she enjoys desire with as many men as there are grains of sand in the Ganges River, or as many as are filled, or as many as are crowded, still, just as a bee's urine cannot moisten and satisfy the earth, women are not satisfied with desire. Son of good family, furthermore, for example, like the sorrowful clusters of flower trees, the gourd trees, and the patala and so on, when the flowers are in full bloom, the bees will not be satisfied with the nectar of the flowers. The bees skillfully, delicately, and deeply drink the nectar of the flowers, similarly, women also drink the wealth, desires, and semen of men, and like bees, they are never satisfied. Son of good family, therefore, after hearing this great Mahāparinirvāṇa, one should generate a mind that is not attached to the nature of women, and one should generate a mind to transform into the nature of men. Why? Because this sutra is for truly showing the nature of men, which is the Tathāgatagarbha. The nature of men is called a person. The nature of the Tathāgata is a man. Those men who exist in the world, because they do not know that they possess the Tathāgatagarbha, are not the nature of men. Those who do not know the Tathāgatagarbha, I say they are women. Those who correctly know that they possess the Tathāgatagarbha, they belong to the most excellent of men, even if they are women, they belong to the most excellent of men. Therefore, this great Mahāparinirvāṇa Sutra, because it shows the Tathāgatagarbha, is immeasurable. Son of good family or daughter of good family, those who wish to quickly realize the meaning of this sutra should strive for the Tathāgatagarbha. They said: Blessed One, that is so. 我如吃花一般，也应食用深奥之法的食物。种姓之子，又如少许的蜜蜂尿液不能使大地满足一样，如同蜜蜂尿液一样，未来之时，此大经只会于世间少量行用。正法毁灭的末期，如蜜蜂尿液落于大地一般耗尽。这是正法隐没的第七个征兆，智者应知晓还有其他征兆。种姓之子，又如夏末冬初之月名为秋，秋季到来时，为了使未成熟者成熟，云降雨水，迅速消散一样。此大经也如秋云降雨后迅速消散一样，前往南方，降下所有完全寂灭之意的词语之法雨。之后，南方之菩萨摩诃萨们知晓正法将要毁灭，如接近冬季的云一样，前往克什米尔（Kashmir）并在地上隐没。大乘经部极其广大，甘露之精华的正法都将隐没。现在如来所知的此经虽然已到手，但菩萨摩诃萨大士们应知正法将会隐没。祈请：如来、独觉、声闻、菩萨的界限没有差别，为了使一切众生轻易领悟，请世尊明晰详尽地开示。世尊开示道：种姓之子，譬如施主或施主之子有很多牛圈，拥有毛色各异的牛，其中也有青色的母牛，那些牛由一个牧童放牧。之后，施主有一次为了祭祀自己的神灵，将所有的牛圈聚集在一起挤奶。之后，看到那些牛奶如海螺之色般洁白，

At the end of the destruction of the Holy Dharma, it will be exhausted like bee urine falling on the great earth. This is the seventh sign of the disappearance of the Holy Dharma, and the wise should know that there are other signs as well. Son of lineage, just as the end of summer and the first month of winter are called autumn, when autumn arrives, in order to ripen the unripe, the clouds send down rain and quickly dissipate. This great Sutra, like autumn clouds raining and quickly dissipating, will go to the south and shower the rain of Dharma of all the words of complete Nirvana. Then, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas of the south, knowing that the Holy Dharma is about to be destroyed, like clouds approaching winter, will go to Kashmir and disappear into the earth. The Great Vehicle Sutras are extremely vast, and all the Holy Dharma, the essence of nectar, will disappear. Now, although this Sutra known by the Tathagata has been obtained, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas, the great beings, should know that the Holy Dharma will disappear. Request: There is no difference between the realms of the Tathagata, the Pratyekabuddha, the Shravaka, and the Bodhisattva.
