Likewise, when one is liberated from the feeling of suffering, it is Nirvana, and one will experience happiness. Just as we all, if you remain, will be liberated from suffering like being freed from a king's prison. Therefore, please, Tathagata, remain for a long time. Blessed One, for example, a doctor skilled in the eight branches of life science would only teach his son the later medical texts, but would not teach his disciples, fearing they would become equal to him. Likewise, Dharma King, you are a great doctor without stinginess, please do not do the same with the later texts of the Great Vehicle, please, Blessed One, remain for a long time. Similarly, a chariot maker skilled in chariot technology would only teach his son all the methods of examining sounds in the later texts, but would not teach his disciples. The same applies to other fields of knowledge. Blessed One, for example, if a child, an old person, or a sick person deviates from the good path and goes on the bad path, they will suffer greatly. Likewise, Blessed One, those beings who go on the bad path, after leaving their bodies, will experience suffering in the hells. Therefore, Blessed One, please, you who show the way, remain for a long time. The ninety-six wonders and the forty-five verses should also be explained in detail in the same way. Then, at that time, the Blessed One said to the monks: Monks, do not make foolish lamentations like gods and humans, but strive diligently. Then, the gods, asuras, and humans, hearing the words of the Blessed One, which were full of wisdom and truth, felt as much pain as if their only child had died and been abandoned in a cemetery. Then, the Blessed One spoke to them in verses: May you certainly be happy! Do not grieve, do not weep! This is the Dharma of the Buddhas, let everyone sit silently. Do not dwell in carelessness, but delight in mindfulness. You are emptiness and

Is it non-emptiness? Is it permanence and impermanence? Is it refuge and non-refuge? Is it going and not going? Is it dependence and non-dependence? Is it steadfastness and non-steadfastness? Is it stability and non-stability? Is it sentient beings and non-sentient beings? Is it correct and incorrect? Is it truth and non-truth? Is it nirvana and non-nirvana? Is it secret and non-secret? Is it two and non-two? Likewise, do you have doubts about various dharmas? Do you have two minds? Whatever doubts you have, ask me, and I will cut them all off. I will also show you the supreme nectar, and after that, you will completely pass into nirvana. Monks, it is difficult to find the arising of a Buddha. It is difficult to obtain a human body. It is difficult to obtain leisure and endowments. It is also very difficult for patience and discipline to be complete and unbroken. Obtaining an Arhat in the world is as difficult as finding gold dust and the flower of the Udumbara. Monks, just as the earth is the life of all sentient beings in every way, so too should the nectar food of my Dharma teachings, which reveals various secret cities of liberation, be regarded as such. For all sentient beings and all my sons, the monks, I have firmly established many sacred Dharmas. Furthermore, for the benefit of all sentient beings, I proclaim the great qualities of the Tathagata, and even leave behind the teaching of the single-syllable bindu, and then I will completely pass into nirvana. Then, when those monks heard that the Tathagata was about to pass into nirvana, they became unhappy and made a "སྐྱི་བུང་" sound, their eyes filled with tears, and they bowed their heads at the feet of the Bhagavan, circumambulated the Bhagavan many times, and then said to the Bhagavan: The Bhagavan said that among all footprints, the footprint of the elephant is the most supreme. Thus, by relying on and meditating on the perception of impermanence, if one cultivates it extensively, all desire-attachment will be exhausted, and all form-attachment will be exhausted.

All desire for the formless realm will be exhausted. All ignorance will be exhausted. All excessive pride will be completely and utterly cut off. Blessed One, for example, in the autumn season, a farmer plows deeply and removes all the tangled roots, just like that, Blessed One, by relying on and cultivating the perception of impermanence, and practicing it extensively, all desire for the desire realm will be exhausted. All desire for the form realm will be exhausted. All desire for the formless realm will be exhausted. All ignorance will be exhausted. All excessive pride will be completely and utterly exhausted. Among all farming activities, autumn farming is shown to be the most excellent, as it says in the Sutra of the Elephant's Footprint and others, it should be applied extensively. Blessed One, for example, when a king is about to die, he releases my prison, freeing beings from the suffering of imprisonment, and then he dies. Just like that, Blessed One, please also cut the bonds of ignorance of those beings who are imprisoned in various forms of ignorance, and then pass into complete nirvana. Blessed One, again, for example, if beings are possessed by spirits and flesh-eating demons, if they meet a great physician, they will be freed from all the afflictions of spirits and flesh-eating demons, just like that, if they meet you, all the assemblies of Shravakas will be completely freed from the afflictions of various forms of ignorant spirits and flesh-eating demons, and they will comprehend the Perfection of Wisdom itself. Blessed One, for example, just as an elephant trainer cuts the great rope that binds a trained elephant made of incense and the elephant escapes, just like that, Blessed One, we also cut the great ropes of self-grasping, grasping at what belongs to self, jealousy, stinginess, miserliness, and deceit, and come into the hands of the great elephant trainer, the Tathagata, and thereby completely eliminate the fifty-seven disturbing emotions of the elephant for all beings. Blessed One,
