named... He said to his eldest son, the great-bodied, boundless Shravaka: 'Son of good family, go to the world of Saha. There, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha Shakyamuni Buddha will soon pass into Nirvana. Son of good family, for this purpose, take some delicious and beneficial food from this world. Also take some great offerings. Say to him: 'Lord, may the Tathagata, the Bhagavan, partake of this food and then pass into Nirvana.' Whatever doubts and hesitations you have, ask the Tathagata himself well. He will give you a prophecy.' Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, great-bodied and boundless, said: 'Good, good.' Then, he circumambulated the Tathagata, and bowed to his feet with his head. The Bodhisattva Mahasattva, surrounded by countless great-bodied Bodhisattvas, and leading the way in front, came to this world of Saha. At that time, the three thousand great thousand worlds shook violently, shook extremely, moved extremely, trembled extremely, revolved extremely, made a great roaring sound, made a subtle sound, emitted a flickering light, emitted a swaying light. After doing these and so on, the great earth shook violently. Then, among those retinues, Brahma, Indra, the guardians of the world, Asuras, the great Ishvara, and other gods, seeing the earth become like that, felt their hair stand on end. They felt fear, their mouths and throats dried up, and they prepared to flee, not even seeing their own light, and their light faded. Then, from within that retinue, Manjushri Kumara stood up and said to those gods: 'Friends, do not be afraid! Do not be afraid! In the east, after passing countless worlds like the sands of the Ganges, filled with countless fine dust particles of sand, there is a world called Delightful Ornament.'

There is a place called Tra Nyan Mutuk. There, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha, named Sameness with Space, now dwells, lives, and exists. That Tathagata summoned his eldest son, the Shravaka, and said: 'Son of good family, go to the realm of the Saha world. There, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha Shakyamuni Buddha will completely pass into Nirvana. Offer the last meal to the Sangha of monks, and ask well about all your doubts and hesitations. He will give you a prophecy.' The Blessed One sent this great Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the immeasurable body, surrounded and attended by countless Bodhisattvas. The splendor of his coming here has diminished your light. Rejoice in his coming! The Tathagata Sameness with Space also looks at our offering to the Tathagata.' Then, all those retinues saw that Tathagata and that realm residing in a distant land, just as they see their own image on the surface of a mirror. Then, Manjushri Kumara said to those retinues: 'Just as you see this realm and this Tathagata, also look at the Tathagatas of the ten directions and other realms! The Tathagatas are so great that even while dwelling in their own places, they will show themselves to you.' Those retinues said: 'Alas! Is the Tathagata, who is so great, also going to completely pass into Nirvana?' They lamented and fell down. Then, they also saw the great Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the immeasurable body, surrounded by countless Bodhisattvas. From each pore of that Bodhisattva's body, a great lotus arose. On each great lotus, there were seventy-eight thousand seven thousand cities.

There were also hundreds of thousands of cities, and those cities were just like corners of a vast land. Seven layers of ramparts made of precious jewels and seven moats surrounded them in order. Seven rows of tala trees were arranged in order to adorn them. They were prosperous, flourishing, happy, and delightful. Those ramparts were entirely made of great bricks of Jambu River gold. In between all the bricks were many vibrant trees full of fruit and flowers. The branches of those trees were moved by the wind, producing sweet and pleasant sounds, playing five kinds of delightful musical melodies. Those sounds made the beings play, rejoice, and be happy. All those moats were filled with cool, crystal-clear water. Around those moats, the beings happily wandered in jeweled boats. Those waters were also adorned with lotuses, utpalas, and kumudas, all the size of chariot wheels. The surroundings of the moats were also adorned with rows of gardens. Each garden had five ponds, each half a yojana in size. The water in those ponds was also covered with lotuses, utpalas, and kumudas of various colors and fragrant scents, all the size of chariot wheels. The gardens were adorned with rows of flowering trees. Around the gardens, swans, ducks, and cranes tasted the stamens of the lotuses. Around those gardens, there were also houses. Each house was four yojanas wide. The walls were made of gold, silver, beryl, and crystal. The ground was made of kêkêru (a fragrant substance). The houses were adorned with jeweled ornaments, hung with shining pearl necklaces, and had great golden staircases, windows, and latticework. The ground of the tall palaces was covered with golden sand. The ponds also had golden staircases leading down to the water, with eighteen steps, and the edges of the ponds were adorned with rows of golden water trees.
