They went to where the Blessed One was, bowed their heads at the feet of the Blessed One, and with palms joined respectfully at the place where the Blessed One was, they said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, we are the protectors of the Great Vehicle Sutra Pitaka. For the sake of your compassion for us, please partake of the food we offer." Even though they requested this, they sat to one side without taking food. Chapter Two After that, gradually, the six classes of gods in the desire realm made offerings in the sky above, and the light surpassed the previous light. They went to where the Blessed One was. Among those offerings, even the ordinary umbrella was as large as the four continents in circumference. Even the ordinary banner reached the edge of the four great oceans, from the eastern ocean to the western ocean, moved by the wind?

། རླུང་གིས་ཕྱར་ན་བ་དན་དེ་དག་ལས་པི་བང་གི་སྒྲ་སྙན་པ་ཁོང་ནས་འཁྱིལ་པ་ལྟ་བུར་སྙན་པ་དག་འབྱུང་སྟེ། དེ་དག་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས་ཞལ་ཟས་བཞེས་པར་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་ཀྱང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཅང་མི་གསུང་ནས་རེ་ཐག་ཆད་དེ་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འཁོད་དོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་སྲིད་པའི་རྩེ་མོར་སྐྱེས་པ་རྣམས་མ་གཏོགས་པར་གོང་མ་གོང་མའི་སེམས་ཅན་གཞན་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་མཆོད་པ་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར། མཆོད་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཚོགས་དང་ཆས་ཏེ་ལྷགས་ནས་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་དུ་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འཁོད་དོ། །མི་མཇེད་ཀྱི་བདག་པོ་ཚངས་པ་ཡང་ཚངས་རིས་ཀྱི་ལྷའི་བུ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་དག་གིས་བསྐོར་ཅིང་མདུན་དུ་བདར་ཏེ། རང་གི་གཟི་བྱིན་གྱིས་ལྷ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གཟི་བྱིན་ཟིལ་གྱིས་མནན་ནས། མཆོད་པའི་ཚོགས་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ཆས་ཏེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཐད་དུ་དོང་སྟེ། དེ་དག་གི་བ་དན་ཕལ་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ཡང་ཚངས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ནས་འཕྱང་སྟེ། ཤིང་སཱ་ལ་ཟུང་གི་དྲུང་དུ་ཐུག་གོ །དེས་ཀྱང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཞལ་ཟས་བཞེས་པར་གསོལ་བ་ལས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་མ་བཞེས་ནས་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འཁོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་དེའི་ཚེ་ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་གྱི་དབང་པོ་ཐགས་ཟངས་རིས་ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་གྱི་གཡོག་འཁོར་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་དང་བཅས་པས། ཚངས་པ་དང་དབང་པོ་གཉིས་མ་གཏོགས་པར་དེའི་བར་གྱི་ལྷ་ཡོད་དོ་ཅོག་གི་འོད་རང་གི་འོད་ཀྱིས་མོག་མོག་པོར་བྱས་ནས། དེའི་རྐྱེན་དུ་འཚམ་པའི་ མཆོད་པའི་ཚོགས་དང་། རྐྱེན་དུ་འཚམ་པའི་ཞལ་ཟས་དག་དང་ཆས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཐད་དུ་སོང་ངོ་། །དེའི་གདུགས་ཕལ་པ་ཡང་ཆུ་ཞེང་དུ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཆུང་ངུ་ཁྱབ་པ་ཙམ་སྟེ། དེས་ཀྱང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཞལ་ཟས་བཞེས་པར་གསོལ་བ་ལས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་མ་བཞེས་ནས་ལངས་ཏེ་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུག་གོ །དེ་ནས་བདུད་སྡིག་ཅན་ཆུང་མ་གྲངས་མེད་པའི་འཁོར་དང་ཆས་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་བར་སྲང་ཐམས་ཅད་ཕྱེ་ནས། དེ་དག་ལ་ཆུ་དང་། ཁ་ཟས་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཅི་འདོད་པ་བྱིན་ཏེ། དེ་དག་ལ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དྲན་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག ། སྦྱིན་པའི་ཐ་མ་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བར་གྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས་སྨྲས་ནས། དེ་དག་ལ་ཁྱེད་བདེ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་ཀྱང་དབུགས་ཕྱུང་ངོ་། །སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་མཚོན་ཆས་གང་ཞིང་མེ་ཆེན་པོ་འབར་བ་རྣམས་སུ་ཡང་སྤྲིན་ཆེན་པོ་བཞིན་དུ་ཆུ་ཆེན་པོ་ཕབ་ནས། སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྔོན་མ

Their ordinary banners also hung down from the Brahma world, reaching the foot of the twin Sala trees. Then, the Lord of the Asuras, Garland Weaver, accompanied by countless Asura attendants, dimmed the light of all the gods between Brahma and Indra with his own light, and came to the Blessed One with appropriate offerings and food. His ordinary umbrella covered a small thousand worlds in width. He also requested the Blessed One to take his meal, but the Blessed One did not accept, and he stood up and sat to one side. Then, the evil Mara came with countless wives and attendants, opened all the passages between all hell beings, gave them water and food as they desired, and said to them, "Remember the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly enlightened Buddha! Rejoice in the last giving!" And he said to them, "May you be well!" He comforted them in this way.
