ཤ་བ་ཐ།(藏文) ཤབཐ(梵文天城体)shabatha(梵文罗马拟音)誓言。

The earth trembled completely. You go and loudly warn the demons, listen carefully! Listen carefully! This is the great Dharani spoken by the Tathagata, so proclaim. Gods, Nagas, Gandharvas, Asuras, Garudas, Kinnaras, Mahoragas, humans, non-humans, mountain gods, tree gods, water gods, sea gods, house gods, etc., all the gods, upon hearing the name of this Dharani, will not fail to respect it, nor will there be any who do not hold this Dharani's name. This Dharani is spoken by Buddhas as numerous as the sands of ten Ganges rivers, and it enables one to abandon the female body and remember past lives. If one practices celibacy, does not eat meat, does not drink alcohol, does not eat garlic, and delights in secluded places, acting in these five ways, with a devout heart, reads this Dharani, or recites it, or writes it in a book, then that person will transcend seventy-seven kotis of sinful and unwholesome deeds. Then, the Bhagavan spoke: Mantra: ཨ་མ་ལེ། (Tibetan) अमले (Sanskrit Devanagari) amale (Sanskrit Romanization) Immaculate. བི་མ་ལེ། (Tibetan) विमले (Sanskrit Devanagari) vimale (Sanskrit Romanization) Stainless. ནིར་མ་ལེ། (Tibetan) निर्मले (Sanskrit Devanagari) nirmale (Sanskrit Romanization) Without stain. མུ་ག་ལེ། (Tibetan) मुगले (Sanskrit Devanagari) mugale (Sanskrit Romanization) Liberation. ཧེ་མ་ལ་ཛ་གརྦེ། (Tibetan) हेमलाजगर्भे (Sanskrit Devanagari) hemalajagarbhe (Sanskrit Romanization) Golden Womb. ས་མན་ཏ་བྷ་དྲེ། (Tibetan) समन्तभद्रे (Sanskrit Devanagari) samantabhadre (Sanskrit Romanization) Universal Good. ཤ་བ་ཐ། (Tibetan) शबथ (Sanskrit Devanagari) shabatha (Sanskrit Romanization) Oath. ས་དན་ནེ། (Tibetan) सदन्ने (Sanskrit Devanagari) sadanne (Sanskrit Romanization) Constant giving. པ་ར་མ་ཨརྠ་སཱ་དྷ་ནེ། (Tibetan) परमार्थसाधने (Sanskrit Devanagari) paramārthasādhane (Sanskrit Romanization) Accomplishment of ultimate meaning. (Sanskrit Devanagari) manoladai (Sanskrit Romanization) Mind pleasure. At that time, Manjushri Kumara received this Dharani from the Bhagavan, went to where Delight was, and said to the demons: Demon assembly, listen carefully! I will speak the Dharani received from the Bhagavan. As soon as the King of Demons heard this Dharani, he generated the mind of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, completely abandoned the deeds of demons, and also released Delight. Manjushri Kumara, together with Delight, returned to where the Buddha was, and Delight prostrated to the Buddha and sat on one side. Then, the Bhagavan spoke to Delight: Outside the grove of Sala trees, there is a wandering ascetic named Very Good, who is one hundred and twenty years old, old and frail, and although he has attained the five superknowledges, he has not abandoned his arrogance.

Having attained the Samadhi on the plane of neither perception nor non-perception, holding it as the wisdom of omniscience, and perceiving it as Nirvana. You go and tell Bhadraka: The Tathagata's appearance in the world is like the Udumbara flower. Tonight at midnight, he will pass into complete Nirvana. If there is anything to be done, it is time to do it, lest you regret it later. Ananda, if you advise him, he will surely listen. Why? Because in your previous five hundred lives, you were born as the son of Bhadraka, and the habit of delighting in joy and desire has not yet been exhausted. Therefore, he will listen to your advice. Then, Ananda, according to the Buddha's command, went to where Bhadraka was and said: Wise man, know this: The Tathagata's appearance in the world is like the Udumbara flower. Tonight at midnight, he will pass into complete Nirvana. Whatever needs to be done, it is time to do it, so that there will be no regrets later. Bhadraka said: Very well. Ananda, I will go to where the Tathagata is. Then, Ananda accompanied Bhadraka to where the Buddha was, and Bhadraka greeted the Buddha and said: Gautama, if I have a request, please instruct me as you think best. The Blessed One said: Bhadraka, the time has come, ask whatever you wish, and I will answer each question. He said: Gautama, the Shramanas and Brahmins say this: All beings' experience of suffering and happiness is entirely due to past karma. Therefore, if one diligently observes the precepts and endures suffering in body and mind, past karma will be exhausted. When past karma is exhausted, suffering will be exhausted. When suffering is exhausted, one will attain Nirvana. What is the meaning of this? The Blessed One said: Son of good family, if there are Shramanas or Brahmins who say this, you should, out of compassion, go to them again and again and ask them: You say
