Also, not being attached to the five desires, but only engaging in the activities of the Dharma, fame spread in the ten directions, therefore it is called the most supreme in fame, it is inconceivable. When the Bodhisattva Mahasattva descended from the Tushita heaven, the great earth shook in six ways, therefore it is called inconceivable. What is the reason for that? When the Bodhisattva descended from the heavens, all the gods of the desire realm and the form realm came to serve and honor him, and uttered a great sound, praising the Bodhisattva greatly. The force of the breath from their mouths also caused the earth to shake. Furthermore, the Bodhisattva is like the king of the herd among humans. The king of the herd among humans is called the Naga king. When the Naga king first enters the womb, some Naga kings who dwell beneath the earth are afraid, while others are delighted, therefore the great earth shook in six ways, so it is called inconceivable. The Bodhisattva Mahasattva also knows the time of entering the womb, the time of dwelling, and the time of birth. Knowing that the father and mother are completely pure and without any defilement, like the hair of Indra, the lord of the gods, or a blue precious jewel, therefore it is called inconceivable. Son of good family, the Mahaparinirvana Sutra is also the same as this, it is inconceivable. Son of good family, for example, the great ocean has eight inconceivable aspects. What are the eight? Gradually sloping, deep and profound, tasting purely salty, not exceeding its boundaries, having many precious jewels, being the dwelling place of many sentient beings, not retaining corpses, and not increasing or decreasing even when holding all the flowing waters and the rain of great clouds, these are the eight. Son of good family, gradually sloping has three causes. What are the three? The power of the merit of all sentient beings, the movement of the wind, and the reason for the flowing of rivers. There are also three reasons between not increasing and not decreasing. Similarly, the Mahaparinirvana Sutra also has

There are eight that are not without pervasiveness. Which eight? They are gradual entry, namely the five precepts, the ten precepts, the two hundred and fifty precepts, the precepts of a Bodhisattva, the fruit of Stream-enterer, the fruit of Once-returner, the fruit of Non-returner, the fruit of Arhat, the fruit of Pratyekabuddha, the fruit of Bodhisattva, and up to the fruit of unsurpassed perfect complete enlightenment, as taught and spoken from this sutra of complete Nirvana. These dharmas are called gradual entry. Therefore, this sutra is called gradual entry, it is profound and deep in meaning. The Buddha, the Bhagavan, was not born, does not cease, and did not attain unsurpassed perfect complete enlightenment, did not turn the wheel of Dharma, did not beg for alms, and did not give alms. Therefore, it is permanent, blissful, self, and pure, that is, all sentient beings possess Buddha-nature. Buddha-nature is not form, is not other than form, from feeling, perception, formation, consciousness, to other than consciousness, it is not permanent, can be viewed, is not a cause that has light as its cause, from Stream-enterer to Pratyekabuddha, attaining unsurpassed perfect complete enlightenment also has no afflictions, and there is no place. Even without afflictions, it cannot be called permanent, therefore it is called profound. Furthermore, what is extremely profound is that this sutra sometimes teaches that there is self, sometimes it also teaches that there is no self, sometimes it teaches that it is permanent, sometimes it teaches that it is impermanent, sometimes it teaches that it is completely pure, sometimes it teaches that it is completely impure, sometimes it teaches that it is blissful, sometimes it teaches that it is suffering, sometimes it teaches that it is empty, sometimes it teaches that it is not empty, sometimes it teaches that all exists, sometimes it teaches that all does not exist, sometimes it teaches the three vehicles, sometimes it teaches the one vehicle, sometimes it teaches that the five aggregates themselves are Buddha-nature, as well as the Vajra-like Samadhi and the path.

The Samadhi that goes between the Middle Way and Bravery, the twelve links of dependent origination, the emptiness of ultimate truth, loving-kindness and compassion, joy and equanimity, the wisdom of the crown of the head for all sentient beings, the mind of faith, the faculties and the knowledge of power, and the unobstructed wisdom towards all dharmas, this is called profound because although there is Buddha-nature, it has not been explicitly stated. The so-called "all of one taste" means that all sentient beings share the Buddha-nature, converge on the one vehicle, converge on liberation, have the same cause, the same result, and the same taste, so that all will attain permanence, bliss, self, and purity, therefore it is called "one taste." Not transgressing the boundary means that in this sutra, monks are forbidden to hold eight unexamined things, and precepts are established for this. Whoever becomes my close attendant, if he upholds, holds, reads, recites, writes, elucidates and explains this "Great Nirvana Sutra," even if he perishes between body and life, he will not violate the precepts, this is called not transgressing the boundary. Many jewels mean that this sutra itself is a treasure of immeasurable jewels. The so-called treasure refers to the four mindfulnesses, the four right abandonments, the four legs of miraculous power, the five faculties, the five powers, the seven branches of enlightenment, the eight noble path branches, the conduct of a young child, the conduct of the noble, the Brahma conduct, the divine conduct, many skillful means of virtue, the Buddha-nature of sentient beings, the qualities of Bodhisattvas, the qualities of the Tathagatas, the qualities of the Shravakas, the qualities of the Pratyekabuddhas, the six Paramitas, immeasurable Samadhi, immeasurable wisdom and prajna, this is called the treasure of jewels. The so-called abode of great sentient beings, great sentient beings refer to Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, because they have great wisdom and prajna, they are called great sentient beings. Body
