Like a hungry ghost and the star Pleiades. So, how is it like not repaying a debt? Son of good family, for example, a poor person incurs a debt and is about to pay it off, but in the end, he is still caught by the creditor and cannot escape. The Hearers and Solitary Buddhas are also like this, because they still have residual habits of desire, they cannot attain the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Son of good family, this is called not repaying a debt. Son of good family, how is it like a female Rakshasa as a wife? Son of good family, for example, if a person takes a female Rakshasa as a wife, she eats the child as soon as it is born. After the child is eaten, she also eats the husband. Son of good family, the female Rakshasa of desire is also like this, as soon as sentient beings generate any roots of virtue, she destroys them. After the roots of virtue are exhausted, she causes sentient beings to be born in hell, the animal realm, and the realm of Yama, except for Bodhisattvas. This is called a female Rakshasa as a wife. Son of good family, how is it like a poisonous snake coiled around a beautiful flower tree? For example, someone who likes beautiful flowers does not know that there is a danger of poisonous snakes on the flower tree, so he approaches the tree and picks the flowers. As soon as he picks them, he is bitten by the snake and dies. All inferior beings are also like this, they are attached to the flowers of the five desires, but they do not know the danger of the poisonous snake of desire, so they take them. After taking them, they are caught by the poison of desire and die, falling into the three lower realms, except for Bodhisattvas. This is called a poisonous snake coiled around a beautiful flower tree. Son of good family, how is it like forcibly eating unpleasant and bad food? For example, if someone forcibly eats unpleasant and bad food, as soon as he eats it, he gets a stomach ache, has a fever, diarrhea, and dies. The food of desire is also like this, sentient beings in the five realms of transmigration are attached to desire, and because of that cause and condition, they fall into the three lower realms, except for Bodhisattvas. This is called forcibly eating unpleasant food. Son of good family, how is it

Then, how is it like a female snake charmer? For example, foolish people are like female snake charmers. That woman uses flattery and deception in various ways to steal all of a person's wealth. When their wealth is exhausted, they are driven away. The female snake charmer of desire is also like that. Foolish and ignorant people rely on her, and desire steals all virtuous dharmas. When all virtuous dharmas are exhausted, they are driven to fall into the three lower realms, except for Bodhisattvas. Therefore, this is like a female snake charmer. Son of good family, how is it like the fruit of the Ashoka tree? For example, if you eat the fruit of the Ashoka tree, it will come out immediately after eating it, fall on the ground and be blown away by the wind. If it goes to the side of the tree, it will grow immediately, and wrap around that tree, so that the banyan tree will not grow to its full size, and it will even wither. The fruit of the Ashoka tree of desire is also like that. It wraps around all the roots of virtue of the base person, so that they cannot grow, cannot be born, and even disappear and wither. After withering and disappearing, after death, they will fall into the three lower realms, except for Bodhisattvas. Therefore, this is like the fruit of the Ashoka tree. Son of good family, how is it like a fleshy growth in a wound? For example, if a person is injured and has a fleshy growth, it must be treated and cannot be left alone. If it is left untreated, the wound will worsen and worms will grow, and therefore it may even lead to death. The result of the five desires of foolish children is also like that. Desire is like a fleshy growth in a wound, so you must work hard to treat it. If you do not treat the fleshy growth of desire, you will immediately fall into the three lower realms after death, except for Bodhisattvas. Son of good family, how is it like a violent wind? For example, when a violent wind rises, mountains will collapse, cliffs will collapse, and trees will be uprooted. The violent wind of desire is also like that. It even gives rise to evil thoughts towards parents. Even the root of unsurpassed Bodhi, like the peak of great wisdom, is very stable, but it is also uprooted. Bodhicitta
