པར་མ་གྱུར་ཏོ་ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །གལ་ཏེ་དོན་མི་འཚལ་ན། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཇི་ལྟར་ཆོད་པར་འགྱུར། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ལོག་སྲེད་ཅན་མ་གཏོགས་པར་སེམས་ཅན་གཞན་དག་མདོ་སྡེ་འདི་ཐོས་ན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་རྒྱུར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྒྲའི་འོད་ཟེར་བ་སྤུའི་བུ་གར་ཞུགས་ན་གདོན་མི་ཟ་བར་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། སྐྱེས་བུ་གང་ཞིག་སངས་རྒྱས་ཚད་མེད་པ་སྙེད་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བ་དང་། མཆོད་པ་དང་། ཕྱག་བྱས་ན་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་མདོ་སྡེ་ཐོས་ཏེ། བསོད་ནམས་ཆུང་ངུ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ནི་ཐོས་པར་འགྱུར་བ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ཡང་ཇི་ལྟ་ཞེ་ན། གང་ཡོན་ཏན་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དག་ནི་དོན་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་ཐོས་པར་འགྱུར་གྱི་ཞན་པ་ཆུང་ངུ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཐོས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ལ་དོན་ཆེན་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཟབ་པའི་གསང་བའི་སྙིང་པོ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་ལ་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་བས་ན་དོན་ཆེན་པོ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་འོད་སྲུང་གིས་ཡང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་གསོལ་པ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཇི་ལྟར་ན་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་མ་བསྐྱེད་པ་དག་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་རྒྱུར་འགྱུར་ཞེས་བགྱི། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་འོད་སྲུང་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། གང་ཞིག་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་མདོ་སྡེ་ཐོས་ནས་འདི་སྐད་དུ་བདག་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་མི་དགོས་སོ་ཞེས་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ ལ་སྐུར་ན་མི་དེ་རྨི་ལམ་ན་སྲིན་པོའི་གཟུགས་མཐོང་སྟེ། ཤིན་ཏུ་སྐྲག་པར་ཡང་འགྱུར་ལ། སྲིན་པོ་དེ་འདི་སྐད་དུ་ཀྱེ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་ད་གལ་ཏེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་མ་བསྐྱེད་ན་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་འཚོ་བའི་སྲོག་བཅད་དོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་པས་མི་དེ་སྐྲག་བཞིན་དུ་སད་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་སྐྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། ། སྐྱེས་བུ་དེ་ཚེ་འཕོས་ནས་གལ་ཏེ་ངན་སོང་གསུམ་དུ་ལྟུང་ངམ། མི་དང་མཐོ་རིས་ཀྱི་ལྷར་སྐྱེས་ཀྱང་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུན་མི་ཆད་དེ་དྲན་པས་ན་གང་ཟག་དེ་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡིན་པར་རིག་པར་བྱའོ། །དོན་དེ་ལྟ་བས་ན་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་བྱིན་དང་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་མ་བསྐྱེད་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་རྒྱུར་འགྱུར་བ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་དེ་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པའི་རྒྱུ་དང་རྐྱེན་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ། རྒྱུ་དང་རྐྱེན་མེད་པ་ནི་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་བས་ན

如是说，便不转变。如果不能理解其义，那么一切烦恼如何断除？世尊开示说：善男子，除了邪见者外，其他众生如果听闻此经，都将成为菩提之因。法的声音的光芒进入哪个毛孔，必定能获得无上正等正觉。为什么呢？因为如果有人对无数佛进行承侍、供养和礼拜，才能听闻《大般涅槃经》。凭借微小的福德是无法听闻的。那又是怎样的呢？凡是具有大功德者，才能听闻这伟大的意义，而弱小者是无法听闻的。所谓“伟大的意义”，指的是诸佛极深奥的秘密心髓，即佛性。因此，称之为“伟大的意义”。菩萨持光（འོད་སྲུང་།）又向世尊请问：世尊，如何使未发菩提心者成为菩提之因呢？世尊对持光说：如果有人听闻《大般涅槃经》后说：“我不需要发起菩提心”，并诽谤正法，那么这个人会在梦中见到罗刹的形象，并且会非常害怕。那个罗刹会说：“喂，善男子，如果你现在不发菩提心，我就要断绝你的生命。”那个人在恐惧中醒来，就会发起菩提心。那个人死后，如果堕入三恶道，或者转生为人或天界的天人，菩提心的相续也不会断绝。因为忆念的缘故，应当了知那个人是菩萨摩诃萨。因此，由于《大般涅槃经》的加持和力量，未发菩提心者也会成为菩提之因。善男子，这就是菩萨发心的因和缘，并非没有因和缘。因此，

It is said that it does not transform. If one cannot understand its meaning, how can all afflictions be severed? The Blessed One declared: Son of good family, except for those with perverse views, if other sentient beings hear this sutra, it will become the cause of enlightenment for all. If the light of the sound of the Dharma enters a pore, one will undoubtedly attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Why is that? Because if someone attends to, makes offerings to, and prostrates to countless Buddhas, they will hear the Great Nirvana Sutra. It is not possible to hear it with small merit. How is that? Those who possess great qualities will hear this great meaning, but the small and weak will not hear it. The so-called "great meaning" refers to the extremely profound secret essence of the Buddhas, which is the Buddha-nature. Therefore, it is called the "great meaning." Bodhisattva Light-Holder (Od-srung) again asked the Blessed One: Blessed One, how can those who have not generated the mind of enlightenment become the cause of enlightenment? The Blessed One said to Light-Holder: If someone hears the Great Nirvana Sutra and says, "I do not need to generate the mind of enlightenment," and slanders the true Dharma, that person will see the form of a Rakshasa in a dream and will be very frightened. That Rakshasa will say, "Hey, son of good family, if you do not generate the mind of enlightenment now, I will cut off your life." That person will wake up in fear and generate the mind of enlightenment. If that person falls into the three lower realms after death, or is reborn as a human or a god in the heavenly realms, the continuity of the mind of enlightenment will not be broken. Because of remembrance, it should be known that that person is a Bodhisattva Mahasattva. Therefore, due to the blessing and power of the Great Nirvana, even those who have not generated the mind of enlightenment will become the cause of enlightenment. Son of good family, this is the cause and condition for the generation of the mind of a Bodhisattva; it is not without cause and condition. Therefore,
