Even if he sees sentient beings who have the cause to fall into the Avici hell, he still dwells in the world for one kalpa or one kalpa less for that person. I am endowed with great compassion for all sentient beings. Therefore, he sends those sentient beings who are regarded as sons to hell. Son of good family, for example, in this kingdom of the king, if the tailors wear clothes and there is a hole in the clothes, they will first patch it with a patch. The Tathagata is also the same, if he sees that sentient beings have a cause and condition to fall into the Avici hell, he protects them with virtuous discipline. Son of good family, for example, the wheel-turning king also first subdues sentient beings with the ten virtuous dharmas. Later, if someone practices non-virtue, he punishes them with whips according to the circumstances. After punishing them with the punishment of offenses, he then practices the dharma of the magical king. Son of good family, I am also the same, although there is the teaching, but what was not prescribed before, if the monks practice non-dharma, then according to the circumstances, they are punished with whips, then those who believe in the Dharma will believe in the teacher. Therefore, those retinues saw the Dharmakaya of the Tathagata. For example, the precious wheel of the wheel-turning king is inconceivable. The Tathagata is also inconceivable in the same way, and the Dharma and the Sangha are also inconceivable, and teaching the Dharma and listening to the Dharma are also inconceivable, this is called being skilled in dependent origination. The Bodhisattva is so skilled in distinguishing the meaning of these four characteristics, that in the Great Vehicle Complete Nirvana, he is called being skilled in the meaning of dependent origination. Furthermore, what is called proper conduct is the attainment of Great Nirvana. What is called proper taming is that I have taught the monks that the Tathagata is permanent and unchanging. Answering the questions asked is because of the questions asked by the venerable Kashyapa, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva and the monks and the monks

This is a detailed explanation of the profound meaning for female and male lay practitioners. The meaning of dependent origination is so profound that the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas do not understand it. They only explain it with three dots, like the letter "I" in writing. Those who have not heard the essence spoken with the great wisdom of liberation and Nirvana, I will now explain it separately to the Shravakas, so as to generate the eye of wisdom. If someone says that these four things are one, wouldn't that be a lie? To this, it should be said that the sky is empty and unmoving, so what difference is there between the four things? Can this be called a lie? It cannot be said so. World Honored One, those many words are actually one meaning, which is the meaning of emptiness. Properly attending to oneself and others, answering questions, and the meaning of dependent origination are also the same, and are no different from the great Nirvana. The World Honored One told Light Protector: Good son or good daughter, if someone says that the Tathagata is impermanent. How is it impermanent? As the World Honored One said, Nirvana is named because all afflictions have ceased. Just as there is nothing when a fire goes out, the cessation of all afflictions is the same, so it is called Nirvana. Then, why do you say that the Tathagata is the Dharma of permanence, unchanging and unalterable? Also, as the World Honored One said, Nirvana is named because it is separated from existence. There is no existence in Nirvana, so why do you say that the Tathagata is the Dharma of permanence, unchanging and unalterable? Just as there is nothing when clothes are used up and worn out, Nirvana is also the same. Because all afflictions have ceased, there is nothing called a thing, so why do you say that the Tathagata is the Dharma of permanence, unchanging and unalterable? As the World Honored One said, Nirvana is the separation from desire and the attainment of perfect peace.
