It is extremely great! Son of lineage, for example, in a year of twelve months, or a leap month counted as a full year of thirteen months, if it rains day and night, son of lineage, I can count every single drop of rain, but son of lineage, the accumulation of merit from reciting the great six-syllable mantra once, I cannot count. Thus, son of lineage, there is no need to say much, even if hundreds of thousands of millions of Tathagatas like me were in one place in a heavenly kalpa, provided with clothing, food, bedding, and medicine for illness, and served in every way, those Tathagatas could not count the accumulation of merit from the great six-syllable mantra, let alone me alone dwelling in this world. Rising from meditative absorption is inconceivable, son of lineage, I am diligent in the effort of meditation. The Dharma of Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara is also obscure, the Dharma of the future is not clear, the Dharma that has become extremely essential, those who abide in virtue, likewise, son of lineage, The great six-syllable mantra is also skillful means. Son of lineage, I have also wandered and gone through countless billions of hundreds of thousands of trillions of world realms, and when I folded my palms before the Tathagata Amitabha and tears came forth by the power of the Dharma, the Tathagata Amitabha, knowing the present and the future, asked me, "Son of lineage, do you wish to practice the queen of knowledge, the great six-syllable mantra?" I replied, "Bhagavan, I desire it! Sugata, I desire it! Just as one parched with thirst seeks water, so too, Bhagavan, I have come to the world realm to seek the great six-syllable mantra. I have served countless billions of hundreds of thousands of trillions of Tathagatas, but from none have I obtained the queen of the great six-syllable mantra. Bhagavan, you are the protector! You are the refuge! You are the support! May you become the eye for the blind! May you become the path for the lost!"

May you become the umbrella for those scorched by the sun! May you become like a great sala tree at a vast crossroads! May you reveal the boundless to those thirsty for the Dharma! May you become the armor for those with extremely steadfast minds! Then, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha, Amitabha, spoke to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara with the voice of a Kalaviṅka bird: "Son of good family, listen! The Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha, Lotus Supreme One, descends into countless billions of trillions of worlds for the sake of the great six-syllable vidya-mantra. Son of good family, invoke the queen of the great six-syllable vidya-mantra! The Tathagata, having become, descends everywhere." Then, the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara said to the Bhagavan: "I shall offer with eight mandalas. O Bhagavan, how does one hold the lotus-like mudra? How does one realize the jewel-holding mudra? How does one realize the mudra of all kings? How does one realize the complete purification of the mandala?" The characteristics of the mandala are as follows: Make a square with sides of five cubits. In the center of the mandala, draw Amitabha. On the body of the Tathagata Amitabha, scatter powder of precious jewels of indranila, powder of ghee residue, powder of padmaraga, powder of crystal, and powder of gold and silver. On the right side, draw the Bodhisattva holding a precious jewel. On the left side, draw the great six-syllable vidya-mantra, with four arms, the color white like the root of kusha grass, adorned with various ornaments, the left hand holding a lotus, with a jewel placed on the lotus, the right hand holding the jewel of mantra, the two hands joined in prayer, forming the mudra called the mudra of all kings. Below the feet of the great six-syllable vidya-mantra, draw a vidyadhara, holding a bowl in his right hand.

Burn incense. Hold a vase filled with various ornaments in your left hand. In the four corners of that mandala are the four great kings, holding various weapons. In the four corners of that mandala, place vases filled with various jewels. If any son or daughter of a family wishes to enter the mandala, let him write down the names of all the families, and first offer those names to that mandala. All of them will be free from all human suffering, Become the Bodhisattva of the last existence. They will also quickly attain the Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment. Then, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha, Infinite Light Buddha said to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara: Son of a family, if a poor son or daughter of a family does not have the powder of Indranila sapphire, emerald, gold and silver powder. Bhagavan, mix those powders with various colors and make various flowers and various incense. Son of a family, if someone has not gone to another place, or has come out of a dwelling and method.
