祈请度脱未调伏之有情。祈请世尊摄受这些世间。祈请世尊为包括天、魔、梵天之世间，以及包括沙门、婆罗门之众生，还有包括天、人、非天等说法。那将利益众多生灵，安乐众多生灵，慈悲世间，利益广大人群，以及天人的利益、安乐。比丘们，那时五十亿百千俱胝的诸大梵天，以同一声音和谐地说：祈请世尊转法轮胜妙！祈请于十方宣说妙法！救度为痛苦之法所困扰的有情！令有身者生起欢喜与喜悦！听闻此者将获得菩提，也将前往天界诸处。一切众生皆舍弃非天之身，调柔、寂静且极其安乐。比丘们，那时世尊对那些梵天也未作任何言说，即是应允。比丘们，那时在南方世界的五十亿百千俱胝的诸梵天宫殿，变得极其美丽、光亮，且具光彩和威严。比丘们，那时诸大梵天心想：这些梵天宫殿变得极其美丽、光亮，且具光彩和威严，这会是谁的先兆呢？比丘们，那时在五十亿百千俱胝的世界中，所有安住的诸大梵天都在清净处互相交谈。比丘们，那时名为善法的大梵天对那个大梵天众说了这偈颂：朋友，今日无因无缘，所有这些宫殿都变得光彩夺目。这在世间显示了什么预兆？应当好好寻觅其意义。无数百千劫已逝。

Please liberate the sentient beings who have not been tamed. Please, O Blessed One, take care of these worlds. Please, O Blessed One, teach the Dharma to the world with gods, with demons, with Brahma, and to the beings with ascetics and Brahmins, and to those with gods, humans, and non-humans. That will benefit many beings, bring happiness to many beings, have compassion for the world, benefit a great multitude, and bring benefit, medicine, and happiness to gods and humans. Monks, then those fifty billion hundred thousand kotis of great Brahmas spoke in unison with one voice, and requested the Blessed One with these verses: Please, O Great Sage, turn the supreme wheel of Dharma! Please explain the Dharma well in all ten directions! Liberate the sentient beings tormented by the suffering Dharma! Generate joy and delight for embodied beings! By hearing this, one will attain enlightenment, and will also go to the abodes of the gods. May all abandon the body of the non-gods, and become tame, peaceful, and exceedingly happy. Monks, then the Blessed One did not say anything to those Brahmas, which was his consent. Monks, at that time, in the southern world, the fifty billion hundred thousand kotis of Brahma palaces became extremely beautiful and bright, and possessed splendor and majesty. Monks, then those great Brahmas thought to themselves: 'These Brahma palaces have become extremely beautiful and bright, and possess splendor and majesty. Whose omen will this be?' Monks, then in those fifty billion hundred thousand kotis of worlds, all the great Brahmas who resided there spoke to each other from their pure abodes. Monks, then the great Brahma named Good Dharma spoke this verse to that great assembly of Brahmas: Friends, today, without cause or reason, all these palaces have become radiant. What omen does this show in the world? We should seek its meaning well. Countless hundreds of thousands of kalpas have passed.

Then, such a sight had never occurred before. Or a son of the gods was born here. Or a Buddha appeared in this world. Monks, from then on, all the great Brahmas in those fifty billion trillion worlds gathered together, residing in their respective Brahma palaces, holding handfuls of divine flowers the size of Mount Meru, walking and going in the four directions, especially towards the north. Monks, then those great Brahmas saw that in the northern direction was the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened One, overwhelming with the great wisdom of clairvoyance, who had attained the supreme Bodhi, sitting on a lion throne under the Bodhi tree, surrounded and gazed upon by gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, humans and non-humans, and the sixteen young princes were requesting the turning of the wheel of Dharma. Having seen this, they went to where the Blessed One was, and having arrived, they bowed their heads at the feet of the Blessed One, circumambulated the Blessed One hundreds of thousands of times, and scattered flowers the size of Mount Meru upon the Blessed One, scattering them up to ten yojanas around the Bodhi tree, and offered their Brahma palaces to the Blessed One, praying: Blessed One, for the sake of compassion for us, please accept these Brahma palaces. Sugata, for the sake of compassion for us, please use these Brahma palaces. Monks, those great Brahmas also offered their respective palaces to the Blessed One. At that time, they praised the Blessed One with the following verses: The guide is very difficult to see, Sugata, you destroy the desire for existence, after a long time in the world, one can see you, after hundreds of kalpas have been completed, you appear, the protector of the world.

May (you) satiate the thirst of all beings. The path unseen before has become visible. Like the rare Udumbara flower. Likewise, the path of the guide is seen. Guide, our immeasurable palace. Through your power, it has become beautiful today. Please accept these with your all-seeing eyes. Please use them for the sake of our compassion. Monks, then, those great Brahmas, having overwhelmed the Blessed One, the Thus-Gone One, the Foe-Destroyer, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha with the great knowledge of clairvoyance, praised him before his eyes with these verses of similar form. They said to the Blessed One as follows: Blessed One, please turn the wheel of Dharma in the world. Blessed One, please explain Nirvana. Blessed One, please liberate sentient beings. Blessed One, please take care of these worlds. Blessed One, please teach the Dharma to the world, including gods, demons, and Brahmas, and to the beings including ascetics and Brahmins, and to those including gods, humans, and asuras. This will benefit many beings, bring happiness to many beings, be compassionate to the world, and bring benefit, medicine, and happiness to many ordinary people, gods, and humans. Monks, then, fifty billion hundred thousand trillion Brahmas spoke in one voice, saying these verses to the Blessed One: Guide, Blessed One, please teach the Dharma. Please turn the excellent wheel of Dharma. Please beat the drums of Dharma. Please blow the conch of Dharma. Please send down the rain of the sacred Dharma upon the world. Please explain it well with sweet sounds. As requested, please teach the Dharma. Please liberate billions of sentient beings. Monks, then, the Blessed One remained silent to those great Brahmas, which was his consent. Similarly, apply it to the southwest direction, similarly to the west direction, similarly to the northwest direction, similarly to the north direction, similarly to the northeast direction, and the direction below.
