I completely dedicate the root of virtue of generating the mind of Bodhi, may I myself also possess the five superknowledges. At that time, I will teach and guide countless immeasurable sentient beings, so that they also possess the five superknowledges. Likewise, countless immeasurable sentient beings will also abandon fighting, arguing, and holding grudges, and dwell in the forest, eating roots and fruits, practicing meditation, and spending their days and nights with the four Brahma-viharas. Then, when that kalpa is about to end, those places of giving will spread throughout the entire Jambudvipa (Earth). Fighting, battling, warfare, resentment, competition, and arguments will also be completely pacified. Untimely winds and rains will also be completely pacified. The crops that depend on the land will also ripen well and be full of luster. Due to the faults of the season, the threat of various diseases becomes severe, and at that time I think: In this way, I have failed to pacify the diseases of sentient beings. At that time, I thought: I will gather Indra (Śakra), Mahabrahma, the world protectors, as well as other divine sages, Naga sages, Indra's sages, and human sages, and for the benefit of sentient beings, I will proclaim the treatises on compounding medicines. At that time, I went by means of miraculous power, and admonished Indra, Brahma, the world protectors, the divine sages, the Naga sages, Indra's sages, and the human sages, gathering them in the place called "The Sole Lord of Salt Mountain," which is determined to be the peak of salt consumption, and separately following and protecting the methods of correctly dispelling spirits, and proclaimed the treatises that completely pacify wind, bile, and phlegm. Similarly compounding, the diseases of countless immeasurable sentient beings were also completely pacified. Illuminating with wisdom and definitely combining with the three vehicles, the paths of the evil destinies were cut off. The paths to higher realms were excellently arranged. Various diseases were greatly pacified and complete liberation was attained. Likewise, the light of wisdom was given to immeasurable beings, and they were placed in happiness, causing the roots of virtue to ripen. Therefore, son of noble family, my aspiration has been completely fulfilled. When, in one day, I blocked the paths of evil destinies for countless immeasurable beings, and excellently arranged the paths to higher realms. I, for the sake of the benefit of the sick and the benefit of beings, gathered the celestial sages and the hosts of yakshas at the peak of enjoying saltiness in the celestial realm, and skillfully explained the method of freedom from disease for beings. Similarly, in all the continents of the radiant Buddha-fields, such deeds of a man were done, and beings were also excellently placed on the path to higher realms. Gods, nagas, yakshas, and human sages were also gathered, and they also skillfully explained various fields of knowledge for the benefit of beings. Just as in this radiant continent of the Buddha-field, so too in the ten directions of the Buddha-fields, filled with the five degenerations, like the sands of the Ganges, such deeds of a man were done. Beings were also definitely combined with the three vehicles, and excellently placed on the path to higher realms. Various fields of knowledge were skillfully explained, and complete liberation from all diseases was attained. Therefore, son of noble family, this unsurpassed aspiration of mine has been completely fulfilled. Again, just as in all the continents of the radiant Buddha-field, as previously vowed, such deeds of a man were done with unsurpassed wisdom. In the ten directions of the Buddha-fields, empty and filled with the five degenerations, in each continent of the Buddha-fields like the sands of the Ganges, I also did such deeds of a man as I had previously vowed. Son of noble family, the distinction of the wisdom of the Tathagata Bodhisattva's conduct.

并且，请看如来三善行的功德之根本种子。同样，在过去无数劫之上更加久远之时，出现名为善成大劫的恶世之时，此佛土转变为名为胜音。那时，由于具足五浊，在东方一侧，经过五十个四大洲之后，出现名为喜悦的赡部洲。在那里，我为了使众生完全成熟而出生，成为四大洲的自在者，转轮王名为虚空。在那里，也使众生如实地受持并安住于十善业道，并且善加安置。也使三乘如实地受持并安住，并且善加安置。也成为施舍一切，普施一切。那时，乞丐们来到我这里，像这样，索要食物、黄金、安达尼罗、巨大的高价宝石、星色和水精等各种珍宝，那些乞丐们也得到了如此众多的珍宝。那时，我问大臣们：这些珍宝从何而来？他们回答说：龙王们显露了宝藏，世间出现了宝藏，因此也出现了珍宝，在天神面前，仅仅显露了乞丐们所需的那一点点而已。那时，我发愿道：如果我能在具足五浊，烦恼、争斗、诤讼兴盛的世间，在人寿百岁的人们之中，现证无上圆满菩提，那么，为了这个缘故，愿我的这个愿望也完全实现。愿我在此佛土成为显露宝藏的龙王，并且在此名为胜音的佛土的每一个洲，都获得七次转生，每一次转生，都显露出充满各种珍宝的十万俱胝千亿的宝藏。

At that time, due to being endowed with the five degenerations, on the eastern side, after passing fifty four continents, a Jambudvipa called 'Joyful' arose. There, I was born in order to fully ripen sentient beings, and became the sovereign of the four continents, a wheel-turning king named 'Sky'. There, I also caused sentient beings to properly uphold and abide in the path of the ten virtuous actions, and I arranged it well. I also caused the three vehicles to be properly upheld and abide, and I arranged it well. I also became one who gives everything, and gives to everyone. At that time, beggars came to me, like this, asking for food, gold, Indranila gems, huge high-priced jewels, star-colored gems, and various jewels up to water crystals, and those beggars also obtained so many jewels. At that time, I asked the ministers: 'Where did these jewels come from?' They replied: 'The dragon kings have revealed the treasures, and treasures have appeared in the world, therefore jewels have also appeared, and in the presence of the gods, only that little bit needed by the beggars has been revealed.' At that time, I made the aspiration: 'If I am to awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment in a world endowed with the five degenerations, where afflictions, fighting, and strife are rampant, among people with a lifespan of one hundred years, then for that reason, may this wish of mine also be completely fulfilled. May I become a dragon king who reveals treasures in this Buddha-field, and in each continent of this Buddha-field called Victorious Sound, may I take seven rebirths, and in each rebirth, may I reveal a hundred thousand trillion treasures filled with various jewels.'
