Except for the pervading wind, other Bodhisattvas have completely abandoned the time of strife, but I have now arrived at the time of strife. Beings should seek nourishment through the essence of the Dharma and should be steadfast in their diligence. I shall strive to ensure that all of these Bodhisattva retinues attain wondrous things, and that this complete retinue, as well as the world with gods, gandharvas, humans, and asuras, will join their palms to me, pay homage, and make offerings. This Buddha Bhagavan will also grant me the word 'Well done' and will prophesy for me. The Bhagavan, the Immeasurable One, I will utter the praise of complete nirvana, and I will also proclaim beautiful sounds and melodies. In the presence of the Bodhisattvas, I will also declare the manner of my aspirations. Those Bodhisattvas, having heard the aspirations completely embraced and blessed by great compassion, will be greatly amazed. They will also generate great compassion for sentient beings. Then, they will also fully embrace such aspirations, just as I now fully embrace them, and in such impure Buddha-fields, they will also attain perfect enlightenment. May I liberate sentient beings who are driven by the four rivers, may I subdue them with the three vehicles, and may I establish them on the path to nirvana.
