ག་གིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཐོབ་ནས་འཁོར་བའི་འདམ་ནས་འབྱིན་ ཅིང་མི་འཇིགས་པའི་ཁྱིམ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་དུ་འཛུད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་བདག་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་ནས་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་བས་པར་མ་གྱུར་པ་དེ་སྲིད་དུ་བསྐལ་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བཟང་པོ་ཡང་བས་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །བདག་གི་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་བས་པར་གྱུར་པ་ན་བསྐལ་པ་བཟང་པོ་ཡང་བས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །བདག་སྐྱེས་པའི་སྐུ་གདུང་གང་ལགས་པ་དེ་དག་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྐུ་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེན་པོའི་མཚན་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་སྐུ་ལེགས་པར་བརྒྱན་ཅིང་མཚན་རེ་རེ་ཡང་དཔེ་བྱད་བཟང་པོ་བརྒྱད་ཅུས་ལེགས་པར་བརྒྱན་པ་དཔག་ཏུ་མ་མཆིས་གྲངས་མ་མཆིས་པ་དག་ཏུ་གྱུར་ཏེ་གནས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྐུ་དེ་དག་ཀྱང་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་སྟོང་པ་དཔག་ཏུ་མ་མཆིས་གྲངས་མ་མཆིས་པ་གཞན་དག་ཏུ་བཞུད་ནས། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་རེ་རེས་ཀྱང་སེམས་ཅན་དཔག་ཏུ་མ་མཆིས། གྲངས་མ་མཆིས་པ་རྣམས་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ་པོ་དག་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་འཛིན་དུ་འཇུག་པ་དང་། འཛུད་ཅིང་རབ་ཏུ་འགོད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་གང་ན་བར་གྱི་བསྐལ་པ་ཞིག་པར་མ་གྱུར་པ་དེར་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྐུ་དེ་དག་བཞུད་ནས་ཇི་ལྟར་སྔར་བརྗོད་པ་དེ་ལྟར་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་སྐྱོབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་སླད་ཀྱིས་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་ནོར་བུར་གྱུར་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་གང་དག་ན་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་བྲལ་བར་གྱུར་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་དེ་དག་ཏུ་མཆིས་ཤིང་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཆར་རབ་ཏུ་འབེབས་པ་དང་། གཏེར་དག་ཀྱང་རབ་ཏུ་སྟོན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་གང་དག་ན་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་དགེ་བའི་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་བྲལ་ཞིང་ནད་ཀྱིས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཅན་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་དེ་དག་ཏུ་ཡང་ཙན་དན་ས་མཆོག་པ་དང་། སྦྲུལ་གྱི་སྙིང་པོ་དང་། དུས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲང་བ་དག་གི་སྤོས་ཀྱི་ཆར་རབ་ཏུ་འབེབས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྤོས་ཀྱི་ཆར་དེ་དག་གིས་ཀྱང་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཉོན་མོངས་པའི་ནད་རྣམས་དང་། ལྟ་བའི་ནད་རྣམས་དང་། ལུས་ཀྱི་ནད་རྣམས་ཀྱང་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བགྱིད་པར་ གྱུར་ཅིག །དེ་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་ཀྱང་བསོད་ནམས་བགྱི་བའི་དངོས་པོ་དག་ལ་མངོན་པར་བརྩོན་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་མཐོ་རིས་ལ་གཞོལ་བར་ཡང་གྱུར་ཅིག །བཙུན་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བདག་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སྤྱད་པ་སྤྱོད་པ་ན་དེ་ལྟར་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་སྐྱོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །བདག་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཐོབ་ནས་ཀྱང་དེ་ལྟར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་མཛད་པ་བགྱིད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །བདག་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་ནས་ཀྱང་དེ་ལྟར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་མཐའ་ཡས་མུ་མ་མཆིས་པ་དག་གི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་སྐྱོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །བཙུན་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གལ་ཏེ་བདག་གི་རེ་བ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྨན་དུ་ཡང་མི་འགྱུར་བ་ལྟ་ན་བདག་གིས་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་མཐའ་ཡས་མུ་མ་མཆིས་པ་དག་ན། སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གང་དག་བཞུགས་ཏེ་འཚོ་ཞིང་གཞེས་ལ་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་ཆོས་ཀྱང་སྟོན་པ་དེ་དག་བསླུས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བདག་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་ལུང་སྟོན་པར་ཡང་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སྲོག་ཆགས་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་མང་པོ་གང་དག་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་ཞུགས་ཤིང་ལུང་བསྟན་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སུ་གྱུར་པ།དེ་དག་ཀྱང་བདག་གིས་ཐུགས་བྱུང་བར་བགྱིས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །བདག་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སླད་དུ་ཡང་དང་ཡང་དུ་འཁོར་བར་འཁོར་བ་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་དང་། ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་དང་། དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་སྒྲ་དང་། དགེ་བའི་སྒྲ་དང་། དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་བགྱིད་པའི་སྒྲ་དག་རྣ་ལམ་དུ་གྲག་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །གལ་ཏེ་བདག་གི་རེ་བ་འདི་ལྟ་བུར་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་ཞིང་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྨན་དུ་ཡང་མི་འགྱུར་བ་ལྟ་ན་བདག་རྟག་ཏུ་མནར་མེད་པར་རྟོགས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་དེ་ནས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་སྙིང་པོས་བྲམ་ཟེའི་ཁྱེའུ་སྟོབས་ཆེན་ཤུགས་འཆང་ལ་ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བྱིན་ཏེ། སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་ ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ། །ཁྱོད་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྨན་དུ་འགྱུར་ཞིང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དག་ལས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཐར་བར་བྱེད་པར་ཡང་འགྱུར་ཏེ། སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་དེའི་ཕྱིར་ཁྱོད་སྨན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་སྐར་མ་དྲི་མ་མེད་ཅེས་བྱ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྨན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་སྐར་མ་དྲི་མ་མེད་པ་ཁྱོད་ནི་མ་འོངས་པའི་དུས་ན་བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་པ་གང་གཱའི་ཀླུང་གཅིག་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་འདས་ནས་བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་པ་གང་གཱའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་གཉིས་པ་ལ་བབ་པ་ན་བསྐལ་པ་བཟང་པོ་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་སྟོང་རྩ་བཞི་པོ་དག་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་ནས་རིང་པོར་མ་ལོན་པར་རང་གི་སྨོན་ལམ་ཇི་ལྟར་བཏབ་པའི་བར་དག་བཞིན་དུ་བསོད་སྙོམས་འབུལ་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་སེང་གེའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་གཙུག་ཕུད་བཟང་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་

愿谁证得菩提，从轮回的泥潭中救拔， 并将他们安置于无畏之家，涅槃之城。 只要我未完全涅槃，未穷尽圣法， 那么贤劫亦未穷尽。 我之圣法穷尽之时， 贤劫亦穷尽。 凡我所生之身， 皆成如来之身， 以大丈夫三十二相庄严其身， 每一相又以八十随形好庄严， 化为无数不可胜数之身而安住。 彼等如来之身， 亦前往十方无数无量的佛土。 每一佛身， 皆令无数无量的众生， 如实受持三乘之法， 安置并善加引导。 于何佛土，中期劫未坏灭， 彼等如来之身即前往彼处， 如前所说般救度众生， 之后化为如意宝珠， 前往何佛土众生远离珍宝， 于彼等佛土降下珍宝之雨， 并示现宝藏。 于何佛土，众生远离善行， 为疾病所困扰， 于彼等佛土， 降下旃檀胜妙土、 蛇心香、 以及随顺时节之香雨。 彼等香雨， 亦令众生之烦恼病、 见解病、 以及身体之疾病， 皆得平息。 之后，彼等众生亦将精勤于行善之事物， 并趋向善趣。 尊者世尊，我于行菩萨行之时， 愿如是救度一切众生。 我证得菩提之后，亦如是...

May whoever attains enlightenment be delivered from the mire of samsara, And may they be placed in the fearless home, the city of nirvana. As long as I have not fully passed into nirvana and have not exhausted the sacred Dharma, May the great and auspicious kalpa not be exhausted either. When my sacred Dharma is exhausted, May the auspicious kalpa also be exhausted. Whatever bodies I am born into, May they become the bodies of the Tathagata, Whose bodies are well adorned with the thirty-two marks of a great being, And each mark is well adorned with eighty minor marks, May they become countless and immeasurable and abide. May those bodies of the Tathagata, Also proceed to other immeasurable and countless empty Buddha-fields in the ten directions. May each body of the Buddha, Cause countless and immeasurable beings, To correctly grasp the three vehicles, And may they be placed and well guided. In whatever Buddha-field the intermediate kalpa has not perished, May those bodies of the Tathagata proceed there, And as previously stated, may they completely save sentient beings, And afterwards, may they become wish-fulfilling jewels, And in whatever Buddha-fields sentient beings are separated from jewels, May they go to those Buddha-fields and rain down showers of jewels, And may they also reveal treasures. In whatever Buddha-fields sentient beings are separated from virtuous conduct, And are afflicted by diseases, In those Buddha-fields also, May showers of sandalwood, excellent earth, Serpentine essence, And incense that follows the seasons rain down. May those showers of incense, Also completely pacify the afflictive diseases of sentient beings, The diseases of views, And the diseases of the body. Thereafter, may those sentient beings also be manifestly diligent in the objects of making merit, And may they also incline towards higher realms. 愿行持佛陀的事业！我彻底寂灭之后，也同样救护无边无际的诸佛刹土中的众生！尊者世尊，如果我的这个愿望不能完全实现，也不能成为众生的良药，那么我便欺骗了十方无边无际世界中的，安住、生存并为众生说法的诸佛世尊！世尊也不要为我授记无上正等菩提！世尊，无数亿的众生，已经正确地进入无上正等菩提并被授记的众生成为佛陀世尊，我也就让他们感到不悦！我为了菩提而一次又一次地在轮回中流转时，不要让我的耳朵听到佛的声音、法的声音、僧伽的声音、善的声音以及行持善法的声音！如果我的这个愿望不能完全实现，也不能成为众生的良药，那么我愿恒常感受无间地狱的痛苦！种姓之子，之后，如来宝藏对婆罗门之子大力士说“善哉”并说道：大丈夫，善哉！善哉！你将成为众生的良药，也将使他们从痛苦中彻底解脱！大丈夫，因此，你将成为药王星宿无垢！药王星宿无垢，你在未来，经过无数劫如一条恒河沙，当到达第二个无数劫如一条恒河沙时，在贤劫中，一千零四位佛陀成佛后不久，你将如自己所发愿的那样行乞，如来狮子友善顶髻贤将彻底寂灭。

May I perform the deeds of the Buddha! Even after I have completely passed into nirvana, may I likewise protect the beings in the boundless and limitless Buddha-fields! Venerable Bhagavan, if this wish of mine is not completely fulfilled, and if it does not become a medicine for sentient beings, then may I have deceived all those Buddhas, Bhagavatans, who dwell and live in the boundless and limitless realms of the ten directions, and who also teach the Dharma to sentient beings! May the Bhagavan also not prophesy my attainment of unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment! Bhagavan, may I displease those countless millions of beings who have rightly entered into unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment and have been prophesied to become Buddhas, Bhagavatans! When I wander again and again in samsara for the sake of enlightenment, may the sound of the Buddha, the sound of the Dharma, the sound of the Sangha, the sound of virtue, and the sound of practicing virtuous Dharma not be heard in my ears! If this wish of mine is not completely fulfilled and does not become a medicine for sentient beings, then may I always experience the suffering of the uninterrupted hell! Son of good family, then the Tathagata Jewel Essence gave the name "Excellent!" to the Brahmin boy Great Strength Possessor, and said: Noble man, Excellent! Excellent! You will become a medicine for sentient beings, and you will also cause them to be completely liberated from suffering! Noble man, therefore, you shall become the Medicine King Star Immaculate! Medicine King Star Immaculate, in the future, after countless eons like the sands of one Ganges River have passed, when the second countless eons like the sands of one Ganges River arrive, in the Fortunate Eon, not long after the one thousand and four Buddhas have attained perfect enlightenment, you will beg for alms in accordance with the extent of your own prayers, and the Tathagata Lion Friend Good Crest will completely pass into nirvana.
